Corner cafe with great bakery selection. They have plenty of space to meet up with friends or to study. They play background songs and it is very relaxing environment. In general I love their coffee and I tried pistachio latte this time. It was too sweet for me I don’t like sugar in my coffee at all. They are quick with service.

Love this spot! The coffee is very good, but the best thing about it is the patio in the summer. It's a beautiful spot, and is a great vibe. Great energy when it's nice out, highly recommend.

This local chain boosts a warm, friendly vibe with an independent flare. The coffee is good, the outdoor/indoor atmosphere creates a unique offering in a city with a colder climate half the year. They have great sandwiches and pastries as well to enjoy with your coffee. Overall it’s an amazing place. I give it 5⭐️ Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5.5⭐️ sometimes people leave behind crumbs to snack on.

Matcha tasted everything BUT matcha… 💔 too sweet… however I loved it when I ordered it at the Evanston Colectivo!

A pleasant experience to say the least. I got an espresso and mocha scone.The scone is a must try and espresso wasn't bad either. Spent a little bit over $7 altogether. The outdoor seating is my favorite with lots of space for spreading out. Staff were delightful to have me. Place is is worthy of checking out.

All of the seating is on the patio. It’s covered, but they have an open doorway to the outside that allows birds to come in and poop on the seating. That’s the only complaint. The drinks were good!

This place is amazing! Fantastic coffee, delicious food, a ton of pastries, and a beautiful patio. And did I mention draft beer? It's the first location of this Roastery / Cafe based out of Milwaukee. They sell all different types of whole bean roasts. It's going to be our usual Saturday morning spot from now on.

There’s a grounded vibe in this Colectivo location light-toned wood, clean lines, and soft lighting that feels inviting rather than staged. Their cold brew was crisp and smoothly round refreshing after a long walk through the park. Paired with a berry scone that was both flaky and subtly sweet, it turned into one of those moments where time stretches gracefully. It’s a spot you come back to because it feels honest, genuine, and unfussy just good coffee and soft edges.

Colectivo is a blessing to live near for delicious, reliable coffee and food. Their hours are great, being open from 6 in the morning to 6 in the evening. I've enjoyed so many different lattes/drinks, from their cardamom honey latte to seasonal options and even their cold brew milkshakes! Food is also great (the veggie pesto burrito is heaven to my tastebuds, I don't know why we haven't put broccoli in breakfast burritos sooner). The patio is SO nice in warmer weather. My one complaint there is that the wasps are out of control - like whenever I'd try to be enjoying my meal, there's a yellowjacket swarming my sandwich. As someone who flinches around bees, this does kill the vibe for me a bit.

Loveeee the vibe of this patio! The turkey club is so yummy with their homemade pesto mayo. Chorizo breakfast burrito was pretty small so keep that in mind, but it was tasty! I prefer the cortados here to the iced lattes because the lattes taste a little too milk-y, but I am picky about that. Will always come here for a morning coffee hangout.

Great coffee and breakfast. Unique flavors without being sugary. So nice to find a great coffee spot that is right on with the drinks and breakfast options. Service was awesome as well. I really love this coffee spot and the coffee has more caffeine than Starbucks coffee so definitely a plus!

The best Colectivo in Chicago, it offers a great Patio in the summer and great coffee year round. The only bad part is how packed it can get and if you're looking for a place to settle down and get work done then you have to show up early. The coffee itself is pretty decent and the food isn't bad as well. We ordered the Spiced Maple Cream Cold Brew and it wasn't bad.

Got the pink panther! It was great! Super cute location and near so many other places! Service was fast even considering how busy they were.

The coffee, the food, and the space are all amazing. The customer service is terrible. Snobby, borderline rude and incredibly standoffish. Where do you find such bitter people in guest facing roles...and then to have the audacity to prompt for a tip?

Great coffee, baked goods and breakfast / lunch. Oh, and some of the nicest staff in town! Always a pleasure hanging on the patio at this lovely neighborhood spot.

Came here for a quick latte and breakfast bite before heading to the airport. Super quick and convenient and love the vibes! Plenty of covered outdoor seating which was super nice. Vanilla latte didn't much taste like vanilla but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The chocolate croissant, however, was amazing. Super flaky and buttery and just the right amount of chocolate to not overpower everything. I was not expecting that much out of it since I thought this was mostly a coffee shop but I was very pleasantly surprised.

Colectivo has been sitting in my bookmarks since a while and I'm so glad I finally got a chance to visit this cute cafe located in Wicker Park. This cafe is usually packed with a lot of people either working/ studying/ catching up with friends. It has a lot of seating space and the ambiance is very cool and has ample natural lighting too. They have some seating space right by the fireplace, have huge sharable tables, and have an upper level as well to accommodate visitors. On my recent visit, I ordered a lavender Latte with almond milk and my friend got a Cortado. We also ordered a Vegan Burrito that had potatoes and just eggs and it was so so good. They have a lot of Vegan/ Vegetarian food options and I'm definitely coming back to try more food. The service was good as well, they have an amicable staff.

I've eaten here before & the food & coffee is good but now it's turned into a Starbucks where all the student's just nurse a drink for hours & take up all the tables to work on their laptops outside. I wanted to have a nice lunch but not one table open because of this, not one person eating & at this point drinking anything. What a waste of money for Colectivo since a lot of that neighborhood is families with kids.

Astronomical amount of indoor and outdoor seating perfect for laptops, reading and talking with friends. Great selection of tea and coffee drinks. We ordered a ginger tea, meadow spritz and Thai tea latte. Everyone enjoyed their orders. Service was quick, but not as warm as I would have liked. Oh well. Overall good experience.

Best sandwich ever , first time at this location . I had to pay street parking but it was totally worth it The turkey club was so good And mango smoothie

I absolutely love the avocado toast here. It's so yummy, I highly recommend it. The chai tea I had was pretty good too, but the avocado toast is to die for.

Love the seasonal menu items at Collectivo. The patio in Lincoln Park with the fire pits is very nice.

This is the neighborhood coffee shop for Lincoln Park! We went on a Sunday morning and it was packed. There was a line out the door and people seated all over the patio. There were a few tables available so we snagged one of those. Our group orders coffee and breakfast burritos on the app. I'd love to see some more gf/df food options on the menu and maybe some coconut milk or more specialty drinks without sugar/syrups too, but everything looked great. Thanks y'all!

I feel like everytime I come back, the quality of their drinks has gone down. Last time I was here, I got a latte and couldn't even taste any coffee. Their cold foam has no flavor and their pistachio matcha straight up taste like pistachio milk. However I think their food is better and I like their outdoor seating for the summer.

Great neighborhood coffee house. Spacious partial shade outdoor seating. Attendants were nice. Drink and food were good. Visiting from out of town.

LOVE this coffee shop!!! The work from home vibes are immaculate here. Grab your coffee and sit on the covered porch - you can still see your computer screen and maybe even get a seat with a plug if you're lucky. I sat here and worked for 4 hours on a nice Friday and it was ideal. They don't really have any indoor seating though. The coffee is great, and the food is pretty good. The turkey sandwich I got for lunch was tasty. The breakfast burrito was ok. The chocolate croissants were pretty good too. I loved that they had food and drink seasonal specials too for pride month! The rewards system is definitely worth getting. They give you points so you can get free items later!

Colectivo is one of my favorite Chicago work-spot, coffee shops. I specifically go out of my way for the Lincoln Park location just for their patio and easy access to the bus stop. *The 36 drops you off right in front* The coffee and tea are always made correctly and is delicious, the service is kind and speedy, and the setting is very young professionals working. At least it gives that vibe on a week day. This is the perfect neighborhood coffee shop for summer Fridays when you need to pretend to work, but still want to enjoy the sun!

This is hands-down, one of my favorite coffee shops I've ever been to. Sadly, I don't live anywhere nearby and just dropped in on a 24 hour visit to Chicago. My sister and I were in town for a show. If I lived nearby, I would probably be here all the time to work or meet with friends or grab a quick snack or drink. The prices are honestly amazing for the quality and variety. I was pretty shocked by them. I opted for a blackberry cold foam iced Matcha latte and an avocado hummus toast. Both were super good. The toast was made with sourdough that is baked by the coffee shop bakery. I wish I could've grabbed a bag to take home. my sister got a potato breakfast burrito and a strawberry peach smoothie. She was super excited because strawberry and peach are not always together in smoothies. The burrito was so tasty. There isn't really any room to eat inside, you mostly just order in there. Then there are big sliding glass doors that lead out to a giant patio with colorful chairs and tables. There was also mint growing in pots around the patio. They have complimentary water and reusable cups, which I really appreciated. 1000/10 recommend.

Colectivo has an incredible vibe! There's an outdoor patio with a fire place and tons of seating. Also they have a covered section which they heat during the cold seasons. Really good spot to grab coffee and catch up with a buddy. Only downside, there's not much indoor seating. I've also been to the Andersonville location which has a lot more indoor seating than LP. The coffee is really good too! They have tons of signature options as well as the classics. If you're feeling a little crazy, you can really customize the heck out of your drink! App is user friendly. Once you place your order online - the drinks come out in like 10 or so minutes. So time accordingly. They may even call your name out when your drink is ready. It's nice touch - I love being called my nickname no one calls me

honestly love Colectivo for what it is and what most ppl use it for - the big patio, good coffee, lots of dogs, etc. but the customer experience here could definitely be improved. i had a gift card + saw they have a 15% off code on their website. i tried to add the gift card to my app, but you need to input a security code which is nowhere on the card, and there are no instructions for adding it on the website. i decided i would just use it in person instead of ordering online (also annoying because the lines are usually rlly long). i got to the register and asked the girl at the counter about the 15% off code and she had no idea what i was talking about. the guy next to her said that you can only use the code on the app - at this point she'd already put in my order and there was a line behind me so i said not to worry about it , but the whole reason i couldn't order on the app was because i couldn't add my gift card to it ! and then i went outside to say hi to my friends who were working there and they said they did order on the app but there was no place to put the discount code. WHY even have them if you can't use them? super annoying. felt like the baristas could have just given me the 15% off at that point too, idk. i'm just saying this bc i love you @ Colectivo, pls do a little better. today was just a bad day. edit to add: they only added one shot of espresso to my medium dirty chai :(

I live in Evanston, bicycled down here early on Saturday to meet an associate for my first visit here. While I only had a small coffee, it had by far the finest coffee shop patio anywhere. We enjoyed sitting outside under the roof, met a number of regulars (a few with their dogs) who were very friendly. I look forward to going back some morning and sit out there again.

Took advantage of the sun shining in February by going to North Pond and the Colectivo patio - I LOVE that they maintain the patio in the off-season. It was absolutely packed for 45 degrees and sunny in February, which was so fun! We enjoyed a coffee and tea, as well as two breakfast sandwiches. About $20 for that which is pretty good compared to elsewhere in the neighborhood with the sandwiches! The sandwiches were basic but tasty. I really appreciated that they elevated a classic "egg McMuffin" with a little chimichurri. We will definitely stop by again on morning walks!

Ok the bread hard yet good but the vibes in there even harder. Lots of business bros and girlies tryna flaunt their new wealth. Idk I don't think it's the place for most people wanting to try a new place. It gave me high-school lunchroom in there. Look at my trauma coming out in a review. People cut me in line. Once again not on the workers who were very serving and lovely. I for something small after my trip to the zoo and oh honey was it good but the people that go are. Yea. Let's just say. Not the crowd.

WFH central! Walked in and a lady had two monitors going, had a laptop stand set up, on a zoom call with at least a dozen people. Lots of other remote workers in here as well. Overall great productivity vibe going on a friday morning Food was pretty decent. Got the sausage egg and cheese muffin and it was pretty much the same as a starbucks sandwich. Cappuccino was solid as well but was far too hot to drink for the first 10 minutes. Pops said the chorizo breakfast burrito was mid, for what it's worth Walking distance from my place so I'll definitely be back to explore more on the menu.

Worst service, I've never been treated so rudely before. Didn't offer to heat up my croissant even though the girl offered for the person in front of me and behind me. And when I went to try and ask her a question she hurried away and pretended not to hear me. It's a cold cafe, it's cute outside and there's outlets both inside and outside to work. Offers free WiFi which is the only reason it even deserves 1 star. Also, there are bees all inside making it hard to enjoy the place.

I May be biased because Colectivo was my spot in Evanston, but I love this place. Kieran is the epitome of good customer service - personable, kind, remembers regulars' orders. Coffee's good, especially if you like fancy lattes (a little pricey for pastries or a drip coffee though). Lines are very long because it's a really cute study / catch up with friends spot. Definitely an informal DePaul landmark.

It's super busy and packed even on a weekday. I got the lavender honey latte. Not a good iced latte. Honestly didn't even have those flavors. The bottom had a syrup that wouldn't mix into the rest of the drink. It tasted more like coconut too. Poorly made and not a correct description of the drink

The blackberry matcha was AMAZING. It was such a good sip. It was such a nice day to sit outside and chat with friends. The inside was little small. The workers were also really kind!

Cute coffee shop on lincoln. A lot of space to sit and hang out. Line can be long but moves fast. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant which I didn't particularly love. The croissant was just a little challenging to eat. I also got an Americano which I thought was quite good. Would swing by again

I fell in love with this place while visiting Chicago and staying in Lincoln Park! My favorite part about this place that really kept me coming back was the incredible outdoor seating area. The coffee was good and I would HIGHLY recommend their sausage? egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich- that baby was cooked to perfection. Also they had both a regular AND a sparkling water tap for patrons. WHAT! I have never seen anything like it before, but I am here for it!

Stopped in for a quick bite and drinks. Wow! My daughter got an iced salted caramel latte with oat milk and it was perfect. It was creamy from the oatmilk and the coffee flavors blended together perfectly. I'd get this again in a heartbeat. The pesto wrap was tiny but it was delicious! I got a hot chai with oatmilk and that was pretty good too. There was a line but it moved pretty fast. Download the app for quicker service and welcome complimentary drink.

They were very busy and hopping which is a good sign! Orders are placed in one room section and then you moved to an outdoor covered patio section with tables and heaters.. We ordered Lattes I had Mocha and my daughter had Vanilla... I didn't get to take a picture of the cups ... but the small was an ample perfect size! The best part was it was warmed to perfection and tasted! Prices were fair also. Most likely will return in the future!

This place is SO GOOD! I never like sour dough bread, but their grilled cheese was absolutely delicious and they have so many great menu options that you're sure to find something you'll enjoy! The coffee frappe was also SO good and my friend got the windy ci-tea which she wouldn't stop talking about because it was that good! The place also has great seating and a cute ambiance!

Oatchata cold brew is not too sweet and so yummy. Also such a nice outside seating area with lots of doggos.

I went to Colectivo today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! VIBE: Sooo much seating. And most of it is outdoors so keep that in mind! It was wonderful. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty so working was kind of tough but I had my phone to hotspot so not bad. I would definitely recommend if you need a spot to get out the house! WHAT I ORDERED: The iced salted Carmel latte was WONDERFUL! It was $7.30 which was pricier than I thought it would be, but I added almond milk so that probably bumped the price up. I loved the coffee and that combined with the salted Carmel was perfect. I definitely will be coming back to work and grab more coffee!

Colectivo has a great atmosphere with their expansive outdoor space and good coffee. There are a lot of bees on the patio. I find most of their food items a bit overpriced for what you get, but I LOVED their baked oatmeal. I would go out of my way to visit just for the baked oatmeal. Visited today only to find it's been removed from the menu. Hope they bring their best menu item back soon.

Coffee and service were phenomenal. Honestly one of the best lattes we've had in this area and they have plenty of options for non coffee drinkers. The burritos are good but not worth the price since they are tiny. I'd opt for the breakfast sandwich instead cause they use great cheese and sauces! The store has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a very cozy feel.

One of my favorite cafes in Lincoln Park. When I lived nearby, I used to go study and work there when it was warm outside. The iced sports tea is my favorite thing there; I can drink it by the gallon. The food is always good, but I wish they hadn't gotten rid of the smoked salmon sandwich; it was also my go to. I have also had the avocado toast, and the pickled red onions make all the difference. Service there is great, and everyone is always really nice. I love the large patio. The fire pit is my favorite spot on a chillier day, and I love that the patio is dog friendly.

Colectivo never disappoints, but their chai tea is on another level! Perfectly spiced, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. It's my go-to drink whenever I need something warm and comforting. Highly recommend!

Coffee is fantabulous and service is great! This people know their coffee. Love the outdoor space! I had their salmon lox sandwich and like it! We love to get their bags of coffee too. We grind the brand at home. Home brewed coffee with their beans adds another benefit to working from home or just relaxing on weekends. Cheers!

Funky vibe inside, friendly service, awesome outdoor patio. I had an iced americano and their lavender lemon poppyseed scone. Both were delicious!

The coffee as ok, not too good. The lady just wanted me to order quickly and get out of the way it seems. It was my first time there and I always enjoy hearing their suggestions but she wasn't too interested in helping. The outside seating was nice though.

I am new to the Chicago area from Milwaukee. Occasionally, I have pangs of nostalgia for my old city, and I was so happy to find Colectivo here too! The patio chairs were the same along with the same solid coffee I have come to know and love. The location isn't the most convenient for me, but I'll continue to be back!

Stopped by here to enjoy a Hot Coffee on a cold Chicago day! We have ordered Cappuccino, Almond Croissant, and a Veggie Sandwich. Everything was perfect. Especially the Almond Croissant was very puffy and good filling and lot of flavor. They have a very good selection of Burrotos and Sandwiches and a lot of more items than a Starbucks air any chain coffee. The ambiance, lighting in heated patio and also outside the fire place everything was very well done.

If your looking for a good place for a little sun and a cup of Joe go to Colectivo at Clark & Deming in Lincoln Park. Their counter persons are top-notch they know their stuff. Absolutely one of my favorite places for coffee. When I try a new restaurant I check to see if there's Colectivo close by. This time I ordered a Blueberry Muffin that was pull apart soft with plenty of blueberries.

Fantastic coffee shop & cafe in the hear of Lincoln Park. They have a huge patio with plenty of seating. I met someone here for a meeting and then hung around to get some work done. Tons of table space for socializing and working! I ordered the Cold Brew Oat-chata off their Signature Drinks menu. Very good and refreshing. Perfect drink to caffeinate on a sunny day in the city.
