honestly love Colectivo for what it is and what most ppl use it for - the big patio, good coffee, lots of dogs, etc. but the customer experience here could definitely be improved. i had a gift card + saw they have a 15% off code on their website. i tried to add the gift card to my app, but you need to input a security code which is nowhere on the card, and there are no instructions for adding it on the website. i decided i would just use it in person instead of ordering online (also annoying because the lines are usually rlly long). i got to the register and asked the girl at the counter about the 15% off code and she had no idea what i was talking about. the guy next to her said that you can only use the code on the app - at this point she'd already put in my order and there was a line behind me so i said not to worry about it , but the whole reason i couldn't order on the app was because i couldn't add my gift card to it ! and then i went outside to say hi to my friends who were working there and they said they did order on the app but there was no place to put the discount code. WHY even have them if you can't use them? super annoying. felt like the baristas could have just given me the 15% off at that point too, idk. i'm just saying this bc i love you @ Colectivo, pls do a little better. today was just a bad day.
edit to add: they only added one shot of espresso to my medium dirty chai :(
