I've really never attended a supermarket with such poorly stocked shelves. Granted this Coles has got to be at the end of the transport line in North Queensland, but seriously, it didn't seem to matter what day or time, we just couldn't rely on this supermarket to actually have fresh fruit, vegetables, bread and sometimes milk? There were no extenuating circumstances (like a natural disaster or a COVID run on toilet paper). It was holiday period, which I would assume is even more reason to have back up stock? It was that bad three times in a row, we ended up at the IGA and even the Woolworths at the next town north. Just crazy!
