First thing first, make a reservation. I went to this place on a Saturday night, basically arrived when it just opened without a reservation, and they only get 2 tables left for walk-in customers. Food is amazing, there was a dish with lamb sweetbread, basically the best dish I had in this 6-day trip in northern France, the pigeon dish was good too according to my wife. Nice place for dinner in Dinan, beatiful town too, btw. Oh, oh, it's located at the higher part of the town, so if you can, please drive and park nearby, or there would be a lot of steep-slope walking...
