The drinks were great also when you have a credit for pretty much 3-4 drinks. The downside is that on my visit to the bar the bartender was working the registers, making drinks and cleaning the table. So, the wait to get food and drinks was pretty long.

The bar inside the hotel where you have to spend your daily $30 resort fee stipend. Food is honestly pretty mediocre and is akin to cafeteria food. Top dishes are the moz sticks, chicken sliders, and the salads. Drinks are decent, though. They also sell a variety of snacks, which are also overpriced (think $4-5 for a Kind bar). Service is usually friendly but the entire place is quite understaffed so near the end of the evening, the staff are visibly tired.

Look, if you’re a guest at the hotel, you have a $29 fee charged each day that you can use here. We have been stocking up on water and the occasional night cap. Staff is amazing and helpful with making drink selections

Got a cheeseburger that was so frostbitten I could not chew through it. The fries came 20 minutes after the burger??? And they were whiter than vanilla ice with absolutely no crunch. What an absolute trash experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone. 2 hours after I’m in bed with upset stomach and pain. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I am currently staying at Distrikt Hotel. The Hotel charges patrons $20 mandatory on top of the room rate and serves that as credit to Collage Bistro. I thought it'd be an amazing perk.. as it's listed as restaurant on their website and on Google Maps. I wouldn't call the bar food an "Italian restaurant" as it states here. Very limited choices, it's a bar menu not a restaurant or bistro menu. Nothing healthy- is fried and fatty. And overpriced. I actually found it tough to choose something my body felt good about that added up to $20 (for one person). And service was slow. I waited for my chicken sliders for 20+ min, patiently until I went up and asked and she didn't even put the order in. Once she put it in, came out in 5 minutes. And this bar was less than 10 people full. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, for this mandatory charge because I wouldn't otherwise eat at this place. Internet is also 7mpbs download speed- poor for the USA and for a digital nomad. Nice staff, I will say that thought. Sweet front desk people.

The food was good but the service was even better. Coco took super good care of me, was friendly and helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you so much!

Under very loud construction @ 1717 on a Saturday. Limited bar snack menu, unable to provide allergen/ ingredient list information. The canned diet coke was somewhat cool.

Montana was wonderful! Came back every morning since Friday just for her! Sandy helped us out this morning and was great as well! 😊

It's super convenient to have this cafe on site at the hotel and to have some meal credits applied here. I took advantage of this perk and was glad I did. Even if I wasn't getting a full meal, it was a breeze to buy a few beverages or a snack and head out.

Limited menu, mediocre service, but good food. It has a neat modern feel to the restaurant and it was tucked in the back. There is a mandatory $29 food and beverage. There were limited options for food and I ate dinner, and breakfast here, as well as grabbed some snacks. Service was crappy and I had to look for people to help anytime I wanted to order or get something. The cook did most of the work behind the curtain and the bartender kept disappearing. It was a Tuesday night and Weds morning so not sure if this was the usual experience. The restaurants convenience is what was most appealing.

This is the cafe and bar located within the Distrikt Hotel. Their coffee and baked goods (croissant, muffins, etc) are tasty and priced very reasonably. ($3 for a 16oz coffee, $2.75 for a croissant, $4 for a muffin). Their espresso based drinks are made fresh on site and are also reasonably priced ($3~$5). For these items, they're probably as good or better than Starbucks. If you only order these items, I'd give them 4 or 5 stars. On the other hand, their other prepared breakfast items like the breakfast sandwich ($10) are not very good. It looks like what you'd get out of a fridge at a gas station and microwave it yourself. Kind of expensive as well. Their yogurt parfait ($7) is identical to the ones you find inside hospital cafeterias. Edible, but not what you'd expect from a cafe inside a hotel lobby. I haven't tried their evening foods, but I've gotten a few beers from them in the evening. Canned beers are $10 each and draft beers are $11 each. Even considering the price adjustments for the NYC location and hotel location, that's pretty steep. You could walk a block to the nearby Duane Reade and almost get a 6 pack of beer for the price of 1 draft beer here...

Friendly service with a complimentary coffee bar at breakfast for hotel guests. Clean and a nice space with electrical outlets for charging devices. Decent food and drinks. It's a little pricey for what it is, but I get that we are right by Times Square. We used our urban location credit for the hotel stay on breakfast one day and drinks and snacks one day.

Decided to come have a few drinks so we could use the $20 food voucher we got from being residents at the hotel. We order two margaritas which were horrible. I could not finish mine and my boyfriend forced himself to drink his just because we paid for it. We also got an order of Bavarian pretzels. We waited 30 minutes for the pretzels and I know there wasn't anyone in the back twisting these things. We heard the beep of what sounded like a microwave or toaster oven and we should've gone up to ask if that was our pretzels but we didn't. The pretzels finally came to the table and they were cold. They were soft though and would've been very good if they were warm. I don't care if they gave us $40 a day-we are not coming back. Edit on our last day after realizing you can use the voucher for any drinks or food so get yourself a beer and some bags of chips!

A nice hotel bar with light food. The service is quick and attentive. Small space with large TVs to watch sports, etc.

Come here after 4:00 PM and go see Ross. He's an awesome bartender that mingles and talks to all of his customers. You know, actually gets to know them and doesn't just "serve" drinks. He knows how to make drinks the way you want them. They have a good selection of beers on tap and a full bar. They even make homemade hot chocolate.

The drinks were pretty incredible and the overall atmosphere is very relaxed. Lots of seating and warm lighting! My favorite drink was my tried and true Long Island Iced Tea. The bartenders were all very warm and friendly.

This little bistro is in the back of the Distrikt hotel, so I stopped in for a quick bite and coffee during my stay at the hotel. Keeping in line with the theme of the hotel, it's very sleek and clean, the server was friendly and the chef had my meal up in no time at all. With just egg whites, potatoes, toast and fruit - my order was simple but they took extra care in plating it to make it look extremely appetizing.. and it was, all for only $12! I didn't get to snap a picture, but next time I will for sure... I'll be back to see what they have for lunch.

Since I am staying at The Districkt hotel where this restaurant is located I decided to eat breakfast here because it was convenient this morning. I arrived a little late, around 10:00am. The place was almost empty and yet I still had to wait to be seated because there wasn't a clean table in the entire restaurant. They finally found a small table near the wall that only had one glass on it, so they sat me there. The coffee was good, but would have been better if it was hot. I ordered the traditional American breakfast. $16.00. Two eggs sunny side up, home fries, bacon and toast. The eggs were quite small, cooked so that the bottoms were brown and crunchy and the tops were undercooked and runny. Obviously the cook did not know how to do sunny side up. The home fries were almost non-existent, in that the portion was so small it actually amounted to maybe 3 tablespoons of undercooked, barely seasoned potatoes. The bacon tasted fine, but was curled up into two small barely recognizable pieces. The best thing about this meal was the dry white toast. Although the server was pleasant enough the service was quite slow. Not one single table was cleaned while I was there even though there were 3 employees standing around doing nothing. The only reason I gave them two stars is the fact that I forgot my iPhone on the table and the honest employee turned it into the front desk. Overall a poor experience. Sausage McMuffin at McDonald's tomorrow.

I enjoyed my time here with my friend, Justin. We ordered two "Wall Streets" and two Blue Moons (draft). The bartender was very nice and accommodating and took care to make strong but tasty drinks. She brought extra napkins and coasters and apparently she is also the chef at times. The drinks are a little pricey for a place that is so far away from everything, but I wouldn't mind coming here for a good read/ writing and a drink to relax with on a weekday. It's quiet as well.

This bar is located inside Distrikt Hotel. We came here to hang out, charge our phones, and wait a couple of hours before our flight in a relaxed comfortable setting. They have tables and chairs along with a few comfy couches and dim lighting. I approached the bar and met Robert he was friendly and I asked him what was in the spiked hot chocolate. He didn't seem 100% sure but offered me a drink menu to look at. We looked and settled on sangria. I approached the bar and ordered and Robert said he would make it and bring it over. The sangria was delicious. We decided to try a specialty drink called Snow White- it was made by another bartender. He brought it over in a martini shaker, poured it, and grated fresh nutmeg over it. It was HORRIBLE. It tasted like dirty sock water. I tried another sip and just couldn't bring myself to drink more. I brought the drink up to the bar and the other bartender had stepped away. Robert asked to try it and his face and reaction was about the same as mine. He offered to fix or replace the drink. He had great customer service skills. The other bartender returned and I felt I got the evil eye from him. I'm not one to send back drinks but it was undrinkable!

The availability of the bistro and bar while staying at the Distrik Hotel is wonderful. We had the opportunity while we were staying between 5-13 June to share a few occasions with Tyler the efficiency, friendly barman. Tyler made the experience so good. Thank you
