Collins Bros Chophouse
I have been to this restaurant before but don't remember what the name of the restaurant was prior, we had the private room for Mother's Day 2 years ago.
Potato Croquettes looked nicer on the presentation than the palet, we were thinking this was the short ribs croquettes, but we were wrong.
Collins Bros 16 Oz Prime Rib is their house specialty and aged for 48 days, we ordered and served medium rare. Very nice large cut of beef served with a big cup of au jus and horse radish. With the 16oz prime rib at $34, what a bargin and the quality was very good and nicely seasoned lightly where it complimented the meat and not over bearing. Highly recommend.
Marinated Sonoma Ribeye is served in a 14 oz cut that is glazed with a worcestershire garlic sauce that is on top of the cut of beef. This is prepared well, but if you had to choose one meat, personally would recommend the prime rib.
Fully Loaded Baked Potatoes was certainly fully loaded and delicious, a nice compliment to the prime rib or ribeye.
Brussel Spouts arrived on a wooden board and some in a glass jar. Mixed with bacon, was very good and I am not a fan of brussel sprouts.
We were just to full from dinner, but really wanted to try the Butter Cake, maybe another visit.
We sat outside in the patio, was nice with space heaters for Valentines Day Dinner.
Overall, was a nice experience with very good service and lots of parking, would say 4.5 stars
