I'm a customer for many years of these place,I'm very disappointed with the service and responsibility for the employees at these place.I did order food for a birthday party with a day before and then tell me call the same day to may sure everything was ready for the time that we want,literally I callat the same time the girl said,and she told me the time to pick up, but when I went was nothing ready, no help,the only answer was the kitchen closed, the girl that's not put the order,and nothing more.when I spoke with 3 diferents people from a day before and they know me very well,is unavailable, frustrating, because,no body call me ant let me.know,to get diferents solutions. And the last minute for that important day I have looking for other restaurant and no time, IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, and when ask for a owner, they answer they don't know when he be at the place and up to now,and don't get any answer from the owner, but the way is a new owner, never happened before with the last one. This place is untrustworthy

Very friendly personel, good prices, and delicious food. You can really ask for more.

I’ve given this place so many chances, but the last time I went, I promised I would not go there again. Staff is very slow and rude. They will see you standing there waiting to order or pay, and they will walk away or look the other way. There is a line and the staff will start full blown conversations with customers they know instead of taking the next customer. The last time I went, there was a soccer game on, so the store was FULL of people sitting at the tables they have in front. I must’ve said excuse me 3 times, and the people would not move. The owner was there and he didn’t ask any of his friends to move. I think this is very unprofessional. You are running a business, not hanging out with your friends at home. If you wanted to watch the game with your friends, you should’ve closed the store, or better yet, watch at home. Very bad service. Will not be returning.

I have gone there many times but last time I went there the steak I received was really hard. This time I went again and said please give me a softer piece, I wanted to believe that possibly last time I was just unlucky, but once again the steak was really bad and not with the money. Service is great but the quality of the meat is not great.

Morcilla Best ! Absolutely best ever. Fresh, fresh, tasty. Beats Jackson Hieghts, NYC and all the restaurants. Mouth is watering, just remembering. I got like 4 Libras (lbs) we ate 2 and froze 2. We Savored it and ate it slow. Guy has a great recipe. Staff are beautiful amazing kind and always make me feel like buying more.

If you want Home Cooked Colombian Meals and variety of colombian goods and snacks come here! Food was Great, the attention was perfect, and they had a great variety of authentic colombian products. It felt like i was back in colombia! I suggest you come here.

I went to the place to ask for a ribeye, and they gave me a super dry tough piece of meat. After putting the meat to a barbecue, we were severely disappointed. Whatever the cut, it was not a ribeye, more like beef chuck or another sub prime meat. The meat that we got was meant for slow cooking. We couldn’t even chew through it, it was that bad. It basically ruined our dinner.

Small restaurant in Freeport Long Island. If you drive too fast, you will miss it. The restaurant is in the front of the store while the back is a grocery store and butcher. The folks that work there are always pleasant and accommodating. I was first introduced to this restaurant through the Too Good To Go app Everything that I have tried has been consistently delicious and appetizing. In addition, there is a small bakery featuring croissants and bread with cheese baked on the inside.

I've been coming here for a while, quality meats. Great customer service. You can call ahead and they'll have your order waiting for you. I don't recommend getting chicken from here. I won't share that story but for beef, recommend. They also have a nice variety of other grocery products at decent prices. Already placed my order today for this gorgeous day BBQ.

Sunday morning 1st visit. You geat friendly 'buenos dias" from everyone. Butcher is awesome good prices. The "parba" fresh warm soft delicious. COFFEE Amazing! Awesome little "mercadito".

Good place , I love to get my Colombian productos over there , empanadas are the best

This is my 2nd time at this meat market. I had ordered a picada for 2, which is a Colombian appetizer with pieces of sausage, blood sausage, chicharron, strips of steak and small potatoes and arepas. It was very good. I also ordered some Colombian bread. It was all good and fresh. It's a small place but they carry a lot of Colombian products.
