The food was delicious and satisfying, especially the breakfast options—I highly recommend the pancakes and omelets. The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal or brunch with friends. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a hearty meal, and I can’t wait to return to explore more of the menu!

IF you go hungry while on Staten Island don’t miss Colonnade Diner, any time day or night, during the week holidays or weekends they are always there to deliver delicious food made to your desire, sweet, spicy or in between. The service is outstanding and your coffee cup will not go empty. That’s the place to eat, parking underneath the restaurant and if full there is always easy to find right there close by. There is an elevator for those who need it and also beautiful rooms for larger party with catering on the premises. This Diner should be declared landmark or untouchable as is standing there on Hylan Blvd taking one block nice and comfy. So don’t forget no matter what time it is breakfast, lunch-brunch or dinner or coming from some other party where was not enough food, Colonnade always welcomes you with open doors and fresh and delicious food. My husband and I took our grandchildren here right after going to see a movie . I have to tell you we had such a great experience. our waiter “Brayan “ was so friendly and very professional . he was very attentive to our needs in making sure we had extra napkins , beverages , etc . He was great with the kids as well ! He even brought them coloring book and crayons . The food and desserts were delicious. Especially the cakes . Better than past diners We’ve been to . Congrats colonnade for hiring the right people .

I ordered a waffle and a hamburger. The food came super fast. It was fresh and delicious. I dont order here often. Or even do take out here. Back in the day this spot used to be the go to spot. So definitely going to order again thank you Colonnade Diner for the great tasting food. Not to heavy on your stomach either. Which is a good thing. Spend around 30.00$

We used to eat here all the time. But recently we've noticed the prices going up and the servings getting smaller. Our favorite is the Cobb salad, but with our last visit, the salad barely filled the plate and cost $24.50! The waitress was impossible to get a hold of, left empty glasses unfilled, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Our bill came to $97 for 3 meals and coffee for brunch. Not sure how Google is saying it's $10-$20 per person! Disappointed as it used to be our go-to restaurant.

I love the colonnade but mainly because I always get rob as my server! He is the most sweetest and amazing person I’ve ever meet. He always get what I need and makes sure I’m well taken care of. He truly makes the colonnade such an amazing place. Such a sweetheart!

We left another diner this morning because of the rude customer service and came here and we feel so happy with our decision. We were instantly greeted so nicely and felt welcomed. The atmosphere is so nice and has an old timey retro vibe. The service is quick, polite, and again very welcoming. Everything looks clean and photogenic! I couldn’t resist asking my husband to snap photos for me 😅 So happy we went with our gut and didn’t dine at the other place because we found this gem 💎

Idk why this diner has such a low rating. I have been coming here since I was a kid Lately my dad has been coming on the reg and I came w him. A week later I returned w my sister It's honestly the BEST diner on SI and we are damn lucky to have it. I've been to several popular diners in Astoria and they are so bad. Colonnade is so good. Don't sleep on it The portions are huge The prices are great The food is fresh The staff is so lovely Constant refills on coffee water and soda Big inside - sit where you're comfortable For breakfast you get a bowl of fruit and juice and coffee and your food plus toast. I forget the price but it can't be beat My plate was half of hash browns and my food was served hot For dinner we got onion rings a turkey club a turkey burger and Moz sticks Free refills on soda - we never had an empty cup of Diet Coke The turkey club turkey is actually real roasted turkey. Ask for extra mayo They turkey burger came on a giant bun w lots of fresh onion tomato and lettuce - not sad or hot but fresh We were offered a million choices of sauce for the onion rings - get their thousand island - it's so good! (And put it on your burger - it taste like Mac sauce) We got giant cold bowls of crispy coleslaw and lots of pickles Just ask and they will bring it and don't nickel and dime you for everything My dad said he has a seafood combo here and it was bomb. So fresh We watched people at dinner get giant baskets of breads and soup and their main dish Show this diner some love!

Came in for the first time in years.. they had a $19.99 special going on. I got the chicken francaise with rice. It was pretty good... I enjoyed it. Others in my party had pancakes & eggs and Ruben sandwiches. It was nice that the special came with soup, a glass of wine and a dessert all included in the price. The menu was very extensive with a lot of good options. The staff were very nice. Overall a great experience.. will visit again.

It's been almost 20 yrs since I've been back to Staten Island and while driving down Hylan Blvd reliving past memories I saw the Colonnade Diner and felt a strong urge to stop and see if was as good as my youthful memories. I have to say I really enjoyed my breakfast here. The coffee was hot and fresh and my mug was refilled readily. The ham and cheese omelette was loaded with chunks of ham and a thick melty slab of American cheese. The home fries were crunchy and delicious. Over all I truly enjoyed myself and can't help but say I recommend this diner.

I haven't been to this diner in over 30 years. They seem to have gotten better. Omelettes were excellent, salads are generous, and every dish coming out looked great. Only 3 stars because the tuna salad isn't solid white albacore. They mix the white albacore with the brown tuna. No good.

The service was good. The hash browns are too greasy. And the bathrooms were not clean. No toilet paper available ?!! And barely soap for hand washing. Not even anti bacterial soap for that matter.

Big menu for a big diner. Many great selections to challenge a hungry person when ordering. I always have a few go to cuisines that's I like to get from a diner. My main cuisine is the gyro, and this gyro did not disappoint. It's massive, fresh flavors, juicy slabs of meat that was cooked perfectly (not overcooked or dried out). What will make this gyro stand out is the Tzatziki sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't get the flavor I was looking for here. It was good, but it was on the creamier side rather than that thicker sauce. I'm not sure what went wrong, or if this is their unique sauce. So it quite didn't live up to my standards. Being that it was breakfast time, and I was very hungry I also decided to go with some chocolate chip pancakes. It's hard to mess up pancakes, but I was a little disappointed here as well. It appears that the chocolate chips were just thrown on one side of the pancake as they were cooking. I like when the chips are all over and inside the pancake. And, it wouldn't hurt to use more than just chocolate chips to give it a real chocolaty flavor. My big issue wasn't the food here, but it was the swarm of Yellow Jackets (bees) that made this experience a little uneasy. At one point there were 5 or so bees getting drunk off the syrup container from my pancakes. This place is busy, and with the nice menu items coupled with a friendly staff it makes it a good spot to grab a bite. Just know what you don't finish the bees will eat your leftovers if they don't eat you!

The food is really good and for the price is pretty decent too. I enjoy it every time I go and the people here are extremely accommodating and friendly. I love the service and the food comes quickly too for such a beautiful diner. I just love them and everything about this place

Came here for breakfast when back in town visiting. Typical diner food. We have been coming here for over 30 years. The service has always been good. The food had always been fresh and delicious. The place has always been kept spotless. It does look very 80's but it's kept up. Every time I go back I see the same servers there from many, many years ago. That has to tell you something! They must treat their workers well. I love their breakfast and this time I had their Colonnade Omelet with a bialy and french fries. Everything was delicious. They have covered parking under the restaurant.

Came here for the first time post quarantine and was pretty disappointed. Staff was friendly and visibly happy to be working which is the only reason for not giving this review only 1 star. From the second we sat down I was disgusted at the dirty menus placed in front of us. Pretty sure post pandemic dining protocol is to have printed menus that are disposed after each use. I didn't touch the menu & just had to hope that they had whatever I asked for. Aside from that, the staff were wearing their masks as chin guards. Not covering their noses or mouths at all (which defeats the point of wearing one) while being right on top of us and our food. I was highly uncomfortable the entire time. I am very aware some people dont take this virus as serious as others, but I strongly urge you not to go here if you do take corona virus seriously like I do.

Ordered a decaf cappuccino and the baklava. The Decaf cappuccino tasted like a latte with whip cream on top. Baklava took a long time to come even though the diner was more than half empty. When it finally came, it was served warmed! and soggy! . Disgusting! Do not order the baklava. Definitely this people are ignorant on how real baklava is like. The price for the Baklava was listed more than $6. I told the waiter that there is something wrong with the baklava and I didn't want it. He offered me to get another piece or another dessert instead. But, I said no. I wouldn't want to try anything else at this place after tasting the baklava they served me.

We have been eating here for over 30 years. This is a typical NY diner. Large menu, good food and service. They have kept the restaurant updated over the years. Many servers have been there a long time. Whether breakfast, lunch , or dinner there is something for everyone on the menu. Items such as pancakes, omelettes, bacon , sausage, french toast, and waffles all prepared well and delicious. They offer many lunch and dinner items such as burgers, salads, wraps, and greek specialties. They serve steaks, seafood and chicken dishes. Save room for their fresh made cakes and danish. There is plenty of parking because the diner is elevated over the parking lot.

Food is so so ,waiters aren't friendly and the ,widows are crying to be cleaned!!! The interior need to be updated It's the same when it was the dinner of the Eighties

With 7 children, my family and I decided to dine in at Colonnade Diner on Christmas Eve, prioritizing convenience over food. While the diner was spacious enough to fit all of us together, plus a stroller, the food was horrible. My sister emphasized that it was the worst food she's ever had. I've had worse, but do agree that it was pretty bad. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with lox, whereas some dishes my family ordered included seafood marinara, tuna melt, pastrami, macaroni and cheese, etc. My Eggs Benedict came with really salty lox on top of a burnt English muffin, topped off with weird looking sauce that didn't resemble Hollandaise. The seafood marinara had decent shrimp, but the scallop was rubbery and tasted frozen. My other half's pastrami was dry like cardboard. Worst of all, my niece's tuna melt was BURNT and STUCK ON HER PLATE, and the cheese was NOT MELTED. Yes, it was a "tuna unmelt" vs a tuna melt. I do want to commend the staff for providing friendly service. The gentleman who assisted us took the tuna melt off our tab and gave us all complementary ice cream (topped with whipped cream for some reason). While I do appreciate this, there is no excuse for burnt food, especially one that is stuck on a plate. Not to mention, the food was not cheap! We paid over $250 for food of this caliber! Hopefully, their New Years resolution is to improve the quality of the food they serve...

Ordered a lemonade and got a lemon water and charged for lemonade ordered French dip sandwich and was the driest thing ever server behind the counter seemed like he was annoyed I was there ordering and had less then decent customer service also was like 100 degrees in there the nicest person was the gentleman who took my payment

Hahaha yea no Probably the worst food we've had in a very long time Usually we don't go to places that discriminate and spew their political beliefs and rhetoric but- We were hungry and they were open so political bashing is not the reason why this review has one star Waitress was kind enough but not overtly excited to be working it seems Food was bland and mediocre - burger tasted like it was soaked in water, my pickle looked half eaten - seriously like someone bit it! It feels like something straight out of an 80s movie. Had a panini and tried some pancakes and either one is pretty on the money if you ask me.

One of the best and most conveniently located diners on the island. The service is quick and accurate, and the food has always been good for me.

Stopped by for lunch with my 90 year old mother, wife, and brother during a visit back home today. My wife ordered scrambled eggs and bacon, and a milk shake. The eggs and hash browns looked like they had been laying around all morning. The bacon was cold. Thirty minutes after eating she became deathly sick and spent the next 4 hours in the bathroom. My pastrami sandwich was beyond bland. Just glad no one else suffered my wife's fate.

This place has been around forever but there's really so many better options around here. The food was horrible as well as the service.

I refer to this place as the "Colon-aid", because after I ate my pancakes with canadian bacon and eggs benedict last time I came here, my #2 was explosive to say the least...still the breakfast here is quite good, but any non-breakfast foods on the menu? Lets just say i'd rather buy dinner from a gas station bathroom! $94 for a chicken cordon bleu?? if I wanted to eat a piece of rubber i'd chew on one of my nephew's toy ducks, ugh...

We decided to try this place out for my parent's anniversary. The place looked very old and weathered put but I guess that's what diners usually look like. We were seated in the back with pickles, bread, and Cole slaw as complimentary dishes. Our waiter was this old man who seemed kind of deaf as he messed up our order. We ordered the clan chowder but got the Manhattan clam chowder. We thought it was going to new England and tried to tell him but he rudely said , " This is Manhattan clam chowder, not new england. I think I know what clam chowder we serve." Sorry but not need to give off a nasty attitude. The food was very bland and mediocre. The fried calamari tasted like rubber and the steak and rice were bland. I ordered the Italian wrap with sweet potato fries but he misheard and gave me regular fries. The chicken in the wrap was so dry and inedible. The only decent food is sadly my sweet potato fries. The old man gave us two free cake slices in hopes of us not complaining about the poor service. The cake was soggy and nasty but the nice gesture made up for it. Definitely not returning with poor food and poor service.

Mike Platis. Owner of Colonade dinner is the best thing to happen to Staten island since running water. He has got the biggest heart in this world and for the rest of my life I will remember this gentle men that does amazing generous lifesaving things Mike Platis saved my life and I've seen him over the years take care of people that were hungry, in trouble and homeless. I 've never seen him deny anybody that came to him. He goes above and beyond to help anyone .especially his workers- I'm owe him my life and I am in dept to him as long as I'm breathing. Food was Actually good. Service was horrendous. I just love being ignored especially when the place is empty. Our waiter was very dismissive, forget about getting water or a refill on drinks. Will only go back if have a different person. Woman at the front desk was extremely wonderful polite and I wish I could have given her his tip

I really don't understand the negative remarks that I have read, but I guess everyone has an opinion and all of them should be respected. There were a couple of times that the Colonade Diners' politics were mentioned, and I have no idea what that means, I never got any vibe as to the place being left leaning or rightwing, but lets talk about the diners merits. I am a native Staten Islander from the north shore, and have been to just about every diner on the Island, they all have their strong points and weaknesses. My Brother, Sister and myself meet just about once a month for lunch, and we pick different spots to eat, and I can tell you that the Colonade is a top self diner. We have never had anything but exceptional service, and the food has always been very good. Of course there are times when you think something could have been better, but the spirit of the employees is always to keep us happy. Just as a little example, we went 2 days ago, and we were meeting for a late breakfast/early lunch at 11:00am. Well, as things go, we didn't sit until at least 5 minutes past 11, and we hadn't even thought about any breakfast specials. Well, when we sat, the waitress asked if we wanted anything to drink, and i ordered a diet coke. She then came back with menus and said that if we wanted breakfast that she would give us the breakfast specials, of which a coke isn't part of. Know what? She substituted the coke for the coffee that was offered as the special and called it even. So, she gave us the breakfast specials without us even asking, and then gave us a thoughtful substitution again without us asking. I know this review is painfully long, but i wanted to give a clear idea of the spirit of this diner. It's a friendly, accommodating place with real good diner food, and even better service. What more can you want?

The service sucked the waitress was rude the food is overpriced we ordered bread and she proceeded to tell us that is was two dollars extra but forgot to tell us that the two sides of teziki sauce that we ordered was 4. $ each and she proceeded to add more money for other things that she did not explain to us was extra so after fried calamari and two burger deluxe our bill was $76.49 wtf in a dinner for burgers and rude service never again stay away from this place they will charge you for the fork and plates you have to eat on and you'll get a snotty little twit serving you your food with an attitude

Two appetizer plates has food stuck on them, the little butters, one of them was already open and used, one of the appetizer pickles was bitten, I'll never go back there, and this is during covid, the air stunk like a dirty mop

Staten Islands Worst Diner....The Colonnade!!!!!... This was one of the worst and most expensive diner experiences in my life. The food was horrendous and tasted like it was found on the bottom of a dumpster!!!Yes, it's a diner, but the health department should shut this place down. Microwaved, old tasteless bland low quality garbage food, but priced like it's a fine dining restaurant. Waiter ignored all guests complaints about every tasteless morsel of aged and old rancid food. The food was so bad I decided against subjecting my dog to the food and trashed this garbage. We had five dinners and one was worse than the next. Highway robbery. Everything tasted like it was defrosted, microwaved, frozen the reheated. Snippy waiter who was condescending and rude. Staten Island's Worst Diner for sure!!!!!!! I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this dumpy dilapidated hell hole

This place has good service and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On the other hand the burger was under cooked and the fries were so soggy. The only thing good about my food was the mozzarella sticks. I suggest that you asked them to cook the burger all the way

It's an ok diner. It definitely has the old school diner feel to it. One of those places that you just pop in after a night of drinking or a quick bite to eat in the AM. Nothing really stands apart from the other diners.

Twin Cheese burger with cheese on the fires is pretty good. Me and my boys hit this spot late at night, I'm sure the food is even better during normal hours.

$18 dinner specials all week long Sunday to Saturday. Good selection. Includes soup or salad aglaas of wine and desert.

I eat at the colonnade at least once a week and have been eating there my entire life. I can tell you without a doubt it's the best diner on Staten Island. Extremely friendly staff that makes it feel like that small-time neighborhood diner that you're looking for.

It's a diner on stilts with parking underneath. Too close to the water thus subject to flooding otherwise so I have been told by nearby residents. Nice breakfast menu. Friendly staff. My broccoli and cheddar omelet was fine. I didn't want potatoes or toast. They offered me tomatoes as a side but I declined. The thing that bothered me is that they still brought my dish with both potatoes and toast. What a waste of food. But still a good place especially if you have happen to be visiting someone at the nearby hospital.

This place has always been one of my favorites. They've kept their quality the same since the beginning. Beautiful decor in this place, perfect for going out with friends for a night meal or breakfast( open 24 hours!!) service is always great in here too, it's not a surprise this place is doing well for so long.

Avoid this restaurant. Intentionally over charged me on New Years Day altering their prices on their menu. Sodas at $2.95 were charged $3.15. And the capper...Ordered a Grilled cheese sandwich alone, nothing on it and no fries or sides. No anything. This was made clear and at the time seemingly understood by the waitress who actually confirmed that this fact with us. They sent it with fries too of course, and the waitress said don't worry it's complimentary. Still didn't eat them, didn't want them. Bill came...they billed 10.50!!! for that Grilled Cheese. Less food and more than advertised menu posted price. Since we were not ordering anything with it. I politely spoke to the manager who was indeed a gentleman. A likeable fellow, however one of his responses to me was that 9 of 10 people want theirs with fries, and I, get this, 'I' am the only one who wants different. I laughed of course, and responded appropriately. I guess to charge a full price for the grilled cheese two slices of bread and melted cheese a full price despite clear requests and acknowledgement for no additional Fries or sides irks me. Generally no other restaurants or take outs in Staten Island would charge 10 1/2 bucks for just that. But to add insult and overcharge me from the menu in addition to being at full price despite not wanting sides was enough to speak with management for me. Although he talk with the manager was cordial, he only took a whopping $3 off the bill which I guess was to atone for the outrageous of this bill. So in all I was overcharged, and just some of that difference recoup off the overcharge form the posted online menu price, but 10 dollars for a stale grilled cheese? My hamburger which I politely asked for medium, came to me char coaled. It was over cooked, well done, and sorry... not very tasty, juicy, or good, unless you someone who likes to munch on incinerated hockey pucks. In no mood on New Years to carry forward with a possible discussion about a bill dispute, I gave them my cash, absorbing the loss of wallet and appetite. I guess that what I get for attempting to have a grilled cheese and hamburger on New years day at this place. I will not return. Avoid this diner, there are better for sure on the Island.

My go to middle of the night dinner. Burgers and breakfast I stick with I'm a creature of habit. Also Rob is the best waiter there always doing the right thing and gives his tables plenty of attention!!!

I was here three times. Once was for breakfast because it was the closest one and I haven't had diner food for a long time. It was pretty average, you can find it at any diner. But my boyfriend said dinner would be better, so i gave it another try. Finally I came here for dinner. They had the deal, I believe it was either a 3 or 4 course meal for $20. The food was actually pretty good for the price. The pork chops was moist and not dry. My spaghetti was pretty good. We couldn't finish the food! I brought my in laws here for this deal but sadly it was the weekends and they didn't have the deal. But we still had our dinner there regardless. My boyfriend really liked their pork chops but they did say that they didn't have the same pork chops from that deal and the chef that normally cooks it is not there. But they still said they are able to make it for him. This time the pork chops was disappointing, it was dry! BTW the service is not good here. The servers are really rushy and it's not even busy! They aren't attentive and they disappear for a long time. They are only at our table when we order and when they serve us our food. Then they are no where to be seen, even when we want our check. We had to ask the busboys to get our check.

I was here for a party and the waiter stole my phone and we saw it on camera and he still denied it, I never got my phone back with all my pictures of my kids as babies. The owner took the waiters side and they wouldn't even give me the money for the phone. After I said I would tell everybody not to have parties there then he gave me $300 but that's not important to me, my pictures are. Worst place EVER!!!!

This place is an absolute sh**hole - dirty and disgusting. I've eaten here twice and still can't figure out why! The food is mediocre at best, standard diner fare, but what makes the experience here at the Colonnade so memorable, the shanty, rude and oh so attentive wait staff. I've gotten better service in Saigon, and nobody spoke English. Word to the wise, stay away, stay far far away.

My review has nothing to do with the food, but the accomodations. As a disabled woman, my life is full of challenges, but none so daunting as a restroom. No handicapped booth, and all three bathroom stalls were small with low toilets and no grab bars. I needed to use the bathroom, so I did, then spent 5 frustrating minutes trying to stand up. The restaurant does have an elevator ( accessed through the side of the building)which opens directly into the restaurant, but in order to use the restrooms, you need to maneuver up 2 steps. Impossible for someone in a wheelchair.

Came for breakfast at 1020 am, gave my bacon and egg order , asked if the breakfast special included juice , waitress said it ended at 11. I said it was 1020, if I didn't ask I wouldn't have gotten it, eggs were ok , bacon mushy, potatoes scarce and undercooked , toast mushy, overall experience lousy

This place was an average diner, just with high prices. The food wasn't anything spectacular, just your average food, not too terrible. Service was okay (I did go on a late Sunday night), so I wasn't expecting anything that great. The waiter came over 2x to check on us. We received complimentary cole slaw and pickles, have to say the pickles were a little bit soggy and soft, as if they were starting to go bad. I ordered chicken fingers and French fries, the fries were very good. Also I ordered French onion soup, which is my favorite soup, and it was delicious. The cheese was melted and browned nicely, a lot of onions which I liked, bread was nice and soft inside the soup, and it wasn't very salty tasting like many other places make it. I would probably come back here again. It was clean inside. Main compliant is that the prices are just a little bit too high I feel.

Atmosphere: 10/10. Classic diner decor that has been the same way since I started going here in the late '90s, and yet has no hint of being run down, or outdated. Many nights have been spent here with family or friends just sitting and BSing for hours on end. Menu/Pricing: 6/10. The menu is honestly expansive and there's definitely something for everyone. However, over the years they have gotten more and more expensive to the point where I feel the out-priced themselves. Not the place to go if you're looking for a good $10 meal. Food: 8/10. Through the years I must've tried 75% of this menu, and I never leave unsatisfied. Some things are better than others, but you can never go wrong with a diner burger here. Portions are sufficient, and most things comes with pickles and coleslaw, plus a bread basket. Overall: 8.5/10. This place could easily be a 10/10 if they just made their prices more reasonable.

Good food and good service. No where around building are there any handicap access signs (thought that was law). Front of building access only has a large flight of stairs to go up. There is an elevator in the back of the building. Again, no handicap access signs and not even a sign to show there is an elevator through that door. I had surgery on my ankle and use a cane. Going there, had to climb the stairs. While eating, asked waitress about an elevator and she pointed to the rear of the dining area. Left that way.

Spotless (clean as a whistle) After my visit, I can see why Colonnade Diner has been around for over 30 years. My visit was nothing short of spectacular! I'll surely eat here again.

Just moved to Staten Island. Stopped here with the family looking for good diner food on a hot day... outdoor seating was nicely setup above the parking garage. Would not recommend for handicap or people who struggle to walk up very steep stairs. We were seated right away and brought short water glasses, which was nice bc it was 90+ degrees outside. Our drinks were never filled again until we asked for more as our entree plates were being cleared away. The menu is large and the prices are pretty high for what you're getting. We ordered two kids meals that were supposed to come with a drink and jello/ or ice cream which we never received at nearly 9bucks a pop. My husband and I split the coconut shrimp and the Greek platter. The coconut shrimp appetizer was pretty tasty, even our kids liked it. The Greek platter did not come with all of the items mentioned on the menu and two of the items were inedible due to being overcooked. I was unable to bring this to the servers attention bc he never returned the whole course of the meal. When he finally came at the end and brought up the missing items, he asked me if I wanted them after the fact. We were completely done at that point and I said I just wanted you to know we didn't get the items and could we have more water... water came and then we waited another ten+ minutes to receive our bill. Two apps and two kids meals came to 60 dollars. Not exactly what I expect from a solid diner. Could've been an off day, but as it stands I would not recommend this spot.

Use to go here a lot years a go. So decided to make a stop in with the family and get a bite to eat. The place was musty smelling and my wife's coffee cup still had lipstick marks on it. I had hair in my corned beef hash and my omelette looked like nothing more then scrambled eggs with cheese ham and broccoli thrown on it. The waiter was good but the places overall hygiene has gone tremendously down hill. Even after my complaint of the hair in the food they still have me a pretty hefty bill. Telling me they are use to the complaints and really don't care much for their reputation or customer base. Well goodbye Colonnade!
