11 of the most decadent champagne brunches in Singapore - SilverKris

"This opulent hotel dining room stages one of the most extravagant Vintage Champagne Brunches in the city, anchored by a famous Ice Bar heaped with lobsters, Alaskan king crabs, snow crabs, langoustine and freshly shucked oysters. Live stations include lobster egg benedict and a Grill & Rotisserie serving Chinese roasts such as crackling pork belly and slow‑baked Onyx beef tomahawk, while seasonal Chef’s Tables rotate to introduce new specials. The Vintage Champagne Brunch runs Sundays noon–3:30pm and is priced at $228++ per person with free‑flow selections from Champagne Barons de Rothschild and other beverages." - Ben Chin

I’ve been coming to Colony Grill for over two years now, and it’s consistently been one of my favorite spots. The bartenders are always friendly and on point, and it’s an amazing place to bring kids or even a whole team after a game. I’m honestly shocked at some of the low ratings—this should be the premiere pizza spot in Potomac. It’s leagues better than Potomac Pizza, Papa John’s, or even Frank Pepe’s. The pizza is unique, consistently great, and the vibe is always welcoming. Highly recommend.

Nostalgia! I went to this place in Fairfield back in 2012. I was surprised they've been expanding! The hot oil topping is the best! 🔥 It may be a bit greasy for some, but it serves good pizza 🍕 and has a chill ambiance. 😌 #Fairfield #Pizza #Nostalgia #Restaurant #Food #Memories #2012

I have been in and throughout this area for years. Lots of changes around here but this place is got to be seen and stopped by. Rediscoved here remember being back here but wow a must stop for a great pizza or a drink on a hot day! A great place to be!

This might just be my new local favorite Pizza joint. Got a pepperoni and sausage pizza which was delicious. Pizza looked great and ingredients were perfect. Very high quality pizza for a low cost. The drinks were very affordable too. The waiter and GM were very nice, friendly and very attentive. Can't wait to come back and try a different pizza. Also want to come back when the weather is nice so I can sit outside.b. Highly recommend if you are looking for some tasty no gimmick pizza

I was at an event last night where James and Paulo were working the food truck. They were both helpful and customer service was excellent! I needed a gluten free pizza and most places don’t have that option, but they did and it was probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve had! Would definitely come back! Thank you so much!

We were treated very well by four staff members, including the General Manager, James, on our first visit. Some of the flatbread under the as-it-comes salad pizza came home as a doggie (and coffee?) treat.

The pizza sucks, I tried it once , I got a refund, went their again and the pizza sucked more, so I asked for a refund , they threaten to call the police. Just the general manager. You go to a bar to have fun, management is watching the cameras that have no sound. The people of Potomac are sick of having no place to eat without either getting sick or being thrown out So why do people go back, because the regulars get treated like crap and leave. The staff is wonderful, and they have fun I wish I didn’t have to write this , I’d rather be having a drink , but I’m not allowed to You’re supposed to have more fun making your money than spending money No one calls the police when they get overserved Im sorry I had to tell the truth Mic drop (emoji not available)

This place opened on 19 June, and we ate there on 25 June, so they’re still shaking it down a bit. Was seated outside on the patio by the hostess who had an ipad to assign tables. Had an excellent server who they brought down from their original location in Connecticut who was super; he was there to help train the new local staff. The pizza was exactly like their other location in Arlington that I have been to many times—thin crust, which you can get well done or charred if you’d like, and most people like the hot oil topping in addition to whatever else. Had beer on draft of which they have several good ones. The price was super reasonable for the pizza and the beer. The view from the outdoor patio is really nice in the evening, see photos. Complainer reviewer below somehow said the view was of dumpsters, but he’s wrong; complainer reviewer also said the pizza was “ok,” but actual customers were talking about how good the pizza was; complainer reviewer was also thinking people would not be able to find it on the back side of the building, but he’s wrong about that too. There were people waiting for tables to become available, and about every two minutes someone would be walking out with carry out boxes of pizzas (two and three boxes at a time) so plenty of people found it during the one hour we were there. Recommend it over the nearby Gregorios for sure.
