Took a guided hike with Quentin to Mayflower Gulch. Quentin was an outstanding guide. He is very knowledgeable and shared information about the trail, the terrain, the history of the area, and nature. It was like being on our own private Discovery Channel adventure. And we even had a few laughs together. Quentin was also very helpful in sharing recommendations for great places to eat, other outdoor adventures, towns to visit, etc. We will definitely do it again and would request Quentin. Fantastic hike!

We had a perfect rafting experience. The whole trip was so organized and our hosts gave me great ease as they were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. Jake was our guide. He was full of info about the history and ecosystem of the area. Boyd and Jason, the other guided were super helpful and kind, especially to out kids on their first rafting experience. Weather & conditions were perfect! Loved the view of the canyons and railroad from the river. Saw beavers and bald eagles. Thanks for the great pics, Jake!

Thank you so much Colorado Rafting Company for an awesome day on the Upper Colorado with great guides Jake and Dustin & Boyd the shuttle driver! I loved crashing through the white water on an inflatable kayak and soaking up the gorgeous scenery & sun. Loved the beautiful drive up to Bond, CO and Rancho Del Rio for this fun adventure. I live in Colorado and this was the perfect way to spend a Summer day. Hope you get a chance to try it too! What Colorado skiing is in winter, Colorado white water is in summer.. The Best! :D

Extremely enjoyable experience! Our guide Dustin was knowledgeable and answered all our many questions. The half day trip with level 1 & 2 rapids offered great opportunities to take in the beautiful Colorado scenery. We observed a bald eagle, Canadian geese, ducks & other wildlife. Highly recommend!

Definitely a 5 star experience. 10 person bachelor party for white water rafting. Conner was the lead but we were able to work with other great individuals. I apologize I’m terrible with names but Nate was the guide for our raft, I don’t know the name of the other raft but the crew of 10 had a great experience. Melissa and Michael were a pleasure to work with when setting this up for our group as well. Everyone I engaged with (6-10 people) were pleasant, honest and prompt with communication. I’d highly recommend using this group for any of their activities. Thanks for a great experience!

My family had a great experience. We had Jake as our guide and he made the entire experience very easy for us and fun. He gave us lots of historical tidbits and pointed out all the woodland creatures. Definitely recommend this outfit.

We had an incredible experience with Colorado Adventure Guides on our recent Peak Ascent to Crystal Peak in Breckenridge. Huge thanks to Brittany and Carly, who led our group with such confidence, skill, and positivity. They absolutely nailed the timing—getting us to the summit and back below tree line well before the forecasted weather rolled in. Their deep knowledge of the area, professionalism, and encouragement made the whole journey not just safe, but truly memorable. It was especially inspiring to be guided by two strong women leading in the outdoors. A big thank you as well to the entire CAG team for organizing and coordinating the group experience so smoothly. Every detail was handled with care, and it’s clear this team really loves what they do. Highly recommend!

We had the absolute BEST time rafting in Colorado, and our guide Mikey made the experience unforgettable! From the moment we hit the river, his energy, expertise, and sense of humor set the tone for an incredible trip. Mikey kept us safe while still giving us the thrills we came for — navigating rapids like a pro and making the whole crew feel confident and capable. He shared fun facts, encouraged us through every splash, and made sure we soaked in every bit of the stunning scenery (along with plenty of water!). You can tell he loves what he does, and it made all the difference. If you’re lucky enough to get Mikey as your guide, you’re in for a wild, fun, and safe ride. Highly recommend this company and experience — we’ll be talking about it for years!

I had an amazing time going rafting down the river. My guides were Connor and Graham and they were professional, experienced, and funny. They made our trip memorable. I went with my family of 4 on a Thursday and we did the beginner rapids. This trip provided a thrilling experience and a great opportunity to get wet! We highly recommend rafting with this company and requesting Connor!

We booked a snowshoe tour this morning, and really enjoyed it! Jared was professional, but funny, and kept us moving at an appropriate pace. We got a great workout and some fun group photos!

We did an intermediate white water rafting trip today. Collin was our guide and did a fantastic job. This was my 13-year-old son's first time white water rafting and he loved it. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a thrill. We will do this again when visiting the area in the future.

We had an amazing trip with Colorado Rafting Company. Our guide Conner made the whole trip a ton of fun. He kept everyone engaged and laughing. The river was getting pretty low, but Connor did a great job of keeping us moving and in the boat. The beginner half day trip was perfect for our kids' (9,10) first rafting trip. This was a highlight of our time in Colorado and we will definitely book with them when we come back. 10/10.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of using Colorado Adventure Guides twice this week. One day we hiked with Amanda to Chihuahua lake and it was great! She taught us a ton about the wildlife and flowers along the way. We also went white water rafting with Tanner and Corbin, they were awesome too! We had such a great time on both adventures. I would highly recommend this company to anyone coming out to Colorado. All of the guides are super friendly and knowledgeable!

My group went snowshoeing on Hoosier pass with Nate a few weeks back and it was a BLAST! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and let us choose our own adventure! He kept us on safe terrain but still made it a bit of an adventure by cutting our own path. He served as an amazing tour guide and even snapped some candid photos of our group! I'd definitely take a tour with this group again!

Had an amazing time River rafting on the Colorado river. One of the most serene experiences, surrounded by the mountains and nature. Our guide Tanner, was amazing with all his knowledge and poor dad jokes! Lol We loved him. Will definitely come back .... He made me feel so comfortable and safe, since this was my first time River rafting. Anyone looking to enjoy a yummy lunch on the banks of the river .... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and ask for TANNER to be your guide

We had a great day rafting with Tanner! He was happy to share his expertise and knowledge with us; super upbeat & infectious attitude for rafting and life. Tanner was great ensuring everyone had a ton of fun while being safe at the same time. No surprise, but Colorado views were amazing to boot :) Hope to come back next year for the rafting and jokes!

It wasn't my first 14er, but it was my first winter ascent, and so, as a flat lander with zero avalanche or snow training, I decided to hire a guide to climb Quandary Peak. Emily was more like a coach or an escort, but that's only because it was a perfect day and nothing went wrong. The truth is, Em is a completely badass mountain chick with wicked knowledge and skills and zero ego or attitude. Pretty rare find at her level and I couldn't have been more pleased with her company on the hike. Before the hike, Dave and I had multiple conversations about the trip and what I would need to bring. He was responsive and informative. Full thumbs up on this company all the way around! BTW, tip your guides. When nothing goes wrong they've earned it more than any other time!

Nate was my personal guide through the beautiful Colorado woods and mountain tops. He was very informative, polite, and patient when I needed a break. Thanks again Nate! You're the best

We took a trip with 13 a little later in the season (Late September). Our Guides (Tanner and Amanda) were great. Super knowledgeable, entertaining and lots of fun. Rapids were really low this time of year, so we didn't get into any tough spots, but I would be confident going into larger rapids with Tanner.

Had an incredible climbing day. First day since before pandemic started, first time ever outside, and the guide (Sean) did an incredible job making me feel safe, calm, comfortable, and supported. The location was spectacular! Sean explained the differences between indoor and outdoor, talked me through outdoor etiquette, and guided me from top roping to lead climbing in a half day. They supply you with what you need and discuss with you by phone beforehand - helmet, belay device, hiking sticks (the approach is no joke steep! Wear your boots!), helmet, quick draws, etc. Also, because of the times, appreciated the covid safe protocols (separate cars, vax status, probably would have taken other precautions if asked). I'm an extra cautious climber and am very picky about who I climb with. This was such a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Staff is responsive, however If you don't take safety in high regard, this place is an excellent fit. Lots of dead time in instruction where everyone is just standing around then guides jump into action without giving direction.

Yes and Yes! We did a package that included white water rafting one day and hiking the next day. So much fun, it was like hanging out with your friends (less the adult beverages). The rafting trip included a lot of good conversation (thank you Tanner, you are the man) and fun, not limited to jumping off a cliff (no worries it was not too high and optional). The hike was also a lot of fun and challenging. Our guide was super helpful and knowledgeable about the mountain and the hiking trails. We had an option of several different hikes and choose one that went above the tree line. Again, the conversation was good and Graham understood mountaineering and our abilities for more or less hiking. Of course, we made it to the top and Graham did a great job of capturing photos to document. I would do this again in a second and would recommend it to anyone with all skill levels. Well done and not forget the tasty lunch provided on the rafting trip. Spot on!

Took my AIARE Level 1 course here as a hut trip. It was a great trip, and the guides were really knowledgable. I learned a lot!
