I decided to stop in here last time I visited home (a few weeks ago), as I had never really noticed it in Colorado Springs. Anyway, I go in, and what appears to be the owner, totally started asking if I'd ever been in, where I'm from, telling me about the beans they roast, and that they mill their own flour etc.; promoting the business to me. I was really impressed. I told my dad about the place, and he said he would go there for his next men's meeting (a regular thing he and a group of men he knows have)... Anyway, as I went over to fix my coffee, I noticed no honey (lame) - I always sweeten my coffee with honey - as well as like one option for dairy, AND they charge a friggin' DOLLAR for refills from a colander! I was in a hurry and didn't ask for honey...
Anyway, fast fwd the next week, and my dad goes there for the men's meet-up, and as he's fixing his coffee, he notices no honey... He mentions it to the man behind the counter and asks for some, and the guy was super rude to him, telling him they didn't have any (lamer). Maybe try stocking some LOCAL honey, and providing it as a natural sweetener option for your patrons as well as other types of dairy, and stop charging for refills. Very disappointing, as I love local businesses and supporting them, and so does my Colorado native family.
