An Unforgettable Holiday Party at Columbia Collective Woodinville! We recently hosted our company holiday party at Columbia Collective Woodinville, and I can’t recommend this venue enough! Everything from the initial planning stages to the last dance was absolutely perfect. The support and planning we received from the very first day we visited the venue was top-notch. The staff was an absolute dream to work with; their response time to all of our questions was incredibly fast and their assistance made the entire planning process stress-free. The venue itself is awesome—it provided the perfect ambiance for our celebration. The food was delicious and plentiful! We opted for food stations, which worked incredibly well for our large group and allowed guests to mingle easily. We had several activities throughout the night, including a "Rockaroke" band, a roaming magician, and a chocolate fountain, and the venue easily accommodated all of them. The bartenders were friendly, fun, and kept the spirits high all evening. A great time was truly had by all of our employees. If you're looking for an amazing venue with great food and the best staff in the business, look no further than Columbia Collective Woodinville!

Would get married here again 100000000%. We originally signed with Shirah, and she was incredibly helpful and so responsive and understanding. I truly felt taken care of. We worked with Alexis after, and she was an absolute dream to work with and incredibly kind. We are very grateful for her. Alexis was light hearted and incredibly fun on the day. She was timely, calm, understanding, clear, but also kept our timeline smooth. She made us laugh and kept our energy high. What a dream of a day! The venue itself was beautiful on the day. There were small things that did not deter our experience of the day at all due to how professional everyone was. The staff and venue did a great job making us feel calm. The venue was clean and well organized. We DIY’ed all our decorations and centerpieces, and the staff did a WONDERFUL job executing our vision. The vibe was incredible. The food was AMAZING. We had a plates service with chicken and steak. Our guests told us the steak was PERFECTLY cooked. One guest asked “how did they perfectly cook 100 steaks?” Incredibly well made food. Special shout out to our photographer Jen Thomas (Vowhouse) who took the most INCREDIBLE photos and had the most amazing vibe. I would hire here 10000000% with this venue (and any wedding). Overall, 5 stars! Best: the venue, the intimacy, the wonderful ladies we’ve been working with. Pro or con (depending on your vibe haha): the pours were on the heavier side and some of our guests got pretty drunk 😅 Not the worst thing and not on the staff at all! We had some tomfoolery from our guests we will remember forever hahaha

I had the pleasure of working with Larissa at Columbia Collective for a corporate dinner for 350 guests, and the experience was great from start to finish. I recently worked a special event at Columbia Collective with Trademark and had such a positive experience from start to finish. I assisted with guest check-in, which allowed me to interact closely with the house team, and everyone was warm, hospitable, and professional. The venue is stunning, the food was amazing, and the entire event felt seamless and well cared for.
