I am entering my second year living at the Columns and I highly recommend the apartments here! The office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and diligent with any questions or requests! The location is ideal for staying close to campus and the downtown area. Two perks I noticed are utilities are included in the overall rent price and the apartments come furnished. The price is also manageable for a college student. The only issue I’ve encountered is spotty WiFi, but the support team is always quick to help.

Management is great. They are responsive and super friendly. Price is reasonable for the location, proximity to campus, and square footage. Overall, it’s the best value out of the apartments i’ve lived/looked at. I’m glad to have found it and pleased to have been living here for 3 years.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Columns!!! Not only as a resident, but as a CA. As a resident for my junior and senior year of college, the apartments I stayed at were fantastic! I loved the historic feeling of the buildings, but loved the updated appliances. Not to mention, a washer and dryer in each unit was a great plus. Each layout, even the smallest one, gives plenty of space to not only live, but thrive. Having the units furnished was a huge bonus, as having to buy furniture as a college student isn't the most economical, BUT I could bring my own furniture with me to make it seem like home. The Columns being a pet friendly community is awesome, and it was great to see cats and pups all around the property, it's so inviting. Maintenance is great and timely! Barely had to wait a day for them to check out the issue. Sometimes, I would have to wait for a part to come in, but they would make sure to keep me updated. Evelyn, Morty & Logan are such wonderful human beings, they genuinely care so so much about people and about the property. All the workers there, past and present (Shoutout to Cat and David 😁) are always a joy to talk with and are so helpful during the move-in process and if I had any questions. Couldn't recommend the Columns enough! You get the most bang for your buck, especially being so close to campus (I didn't need to pay for a WKU parking pass while living here) and close to downtown! Love the Columns and I miss being able to call it home.

Best place for students to live in Bowling Green, hands down. Some places overcharge and then make you pay extra for amenities. Some places are super cheap, but you end up getting what you paid for both in physical accommodations and management. The Columns is different. Not only are the grounds/buildings/apartments well kept, but both maintenance and staff are extremely responsive to all your needs. Everyone is friendly and they genuinely care about you as a tenant and a person. I'll miss this place dearly!

This is the best apartment complex I've ever been to. The apartments were clean and well-furnished. The employees consist of a wonderful maintenance staff and helpful community assistants (Jess and Sarah were especially helpful!). The area is also convenient, since it is a short walk away from downtown and WKU. If you're looking for an apartment in the Bowling Green area, I highly recommend the Columns!

I've lived at other apartment complexes before and the columns is easily my favorite. The apartments are super affordable and has a bus line ran by WKU to help me get to my classes! The staff and maintenance are easily accessible and always on top of things. A lot of people have problems with the wifi but I always contact the wifi support team with my problems. They always do everything they can help with any problems I might have with it! The columns staff genuinely care about their tenants and are always willing to help! :)

overall the best apartment i could have been in during my time at WKU. bus comes right there , or within walking distance (10-12 min walk). Maintenance was always so nice and quick , and filing a complaint was very easy (through online). Only complaint would be a big struggle to find a parking spot on the Hilltop/Arena side , but wasn’t always an issue. office staff is always nice. having a fully furnished apartment with wifi is a blessing (yes , the wifi isn’t amazing but it’s honestly not that bad). Very happy with my time at the Columns.

This place is perfect for those who want a unique living situation that doesn't break the bank. The buildings are beautiful, and everything you get with rent is great! All utilities, cable, internet, and parking!? Not to mention, the WKU bus stop is just down the road, so no need to fight to get a parking spot at school. The staff are all lovely, and it's refreshing to see people who are passionate about the place and want to give you the best experience here. They make sure everything I need is taken care of, and they're prompt in their responses. Evelyn, Mark, and Morty do so much work to make sure everything is running smoothly and that I'm comfortable and happy here!

Front office staff have gone the extra mile to accommodate me. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work; and the maintenance staff made sure I was the first person they saw when they got in the office and fixed it quickly. Very pleased with the helpfulness and structure of the apt.

I've been living here for about seven months and it has been an overall great experience. Evelyn does a great job of managing the needs of residents and the staff is very helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of by the next day, as the maintenance team is quick to fix any problem you have. Rent is affordable and the location is perfect, being only a five minute bus ride from campus. I'm very satisfied living here.

If you are a college student or are just looking for a quality apartment at an affordable rate, The Columns is perfect. Not only do they have reasonable rates for their various apartment styles and sizes, but they have a great maintenance and management staff as well. The few maintenance request/issues I have had in my 2 years here have been handled quickly and efficiently. The office assistants are very helpful and friendly, and I assume that the manager, Evelyn, has something to do with that. She's extremely charismatic and clearly tries to help her tenants and improve the apartment complex on a regular basis. The occasional "give aways" they offer on their social media are a nice bonus as well. With a bus stop right down the road to carry you to and from campus, it's a prime location for anyone taking classes at WKU.

One of the best locations for students for WKU. Bus picks me up right in front of my building and takes me wherever I need on campus. The staff has been great and maintenance is taken care of in a pretty quick matter.
