The Best New Restaurants in Denver Right Now, Spring 2025 | Eater Denver

"This easygoing Vietnamese newcomer to Harvey Park is a blast. From fusion-inspired creations like pho tacos and egg-topped brisket fries to more traditional treats — don’t miss the rice paper salad called bánh tráng trộn or the grilled whole squid with chili oil — the food’s a whole lot of fun to play with, and so is the booze that accompanies it: Bottles of banana-flavored makgeolli, dragon fruit-soju mojitos, and even pho-infused vodka shots turn a meal here into a party. (Nonalcoholic concoctions involving salted plum or pandan leaf ensure teetotalers aren’t left out of the merriment.) Reservations are available online." - Ruth Tobias

As for the culinary experience, this establishment is distinguished by offering an exceptional gastronomic proposal, where the originality and uniqueness of the flavours are protagonists. Its soups and entree dishes are highly recommended, particularly the shumai. Regarding mixology, the variety of options available is remarkable. As far as the atmosphere of the place is concerned, it is extremely pleasant. However, I would suggest incorporating photographs of the dishes and drinks into the menu. This would allow diners to make more informed and visually appealing decisions, beyond mere textual description. Finally, I would like to highlight the efficiency and cordiality of the service provided by Anthony. Your kindness is a distinctive factor that undoubtedly encourages the desire to return. We thank Anthony for his excellent service and for contributing to such a positive experience. .

Overall - this restaurant has amazing food with great variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes that you won’t find at most pho restaurants. We loved everything and the portions were big! Some of our dishes could be shared between two people which is fair for their price at around $30. We did family style for everything and had over ordered. Not shown was the Bun Cha dish which we asked to be packaged Togo since we ordered more than enough for our table of 6 people. Their drinks were good - I thought the Vietnamese coffee had too much ice in it but I loved the black sesame foam that was on top. They also have the very popular Ube foam. The oysters we got were really good and came with a fish sauce dressing. The kumquat was too sour so we removed it from the oysters. I loved the vibe of the restaurant. It has contemporary modern decor. I also especially love the TVs as they had the football games on when we dined in on a Sunday. Not only was the food good but the service was also amazing. We had a female server who was fluent in both English and Vietnamese. She made some suggestions for us which we loved! Com Nha is a great place to bring visitors in because they’ll be impressed!! They soap that they bring to your table at the end of your meal to wash your hands is also very fun and innovative.

Google
Absolute gem! I wish I took more photos, but everything was so delicious that we dug in right away. Really interesting menu items that we had never had before. Everything is very fresh and the drinks are great. All the dishes are beautifully presented and the portions are large! Staff was very kind and gave us a round of pho shots on the house for my friend’s birthday. We will definitely be back!

Google
The easy stuff -- good location with plenty of parking. Absolutely dig the Mid-century Modern interior and vibe. But the food? Lawd have mercy! I love me some Vietnamese food and this is authentic with some unexpected twists. The brisket fries... the butter noodles... however the soups turned into sandwiches (think SE Asian French dip) were the best. We'll be back asap!

Come Nha Kitchen & Bar is Vietnamese food like I’ve never had before! They’re bringing Vietnamese street food to Lakewood with their own creative spin, and it’s a must-visit. We ordered the Brisket Fries (tender brisket, melted cheese, sunny-side egg, garlic butter sauce — wow), honey garlic wings (super crispy and flavorful), Bun Cha Hanoi (charred pork patties + pork belly with noodles and herbs), steamed baby clams, raw oysters with kumquat fish sauce, plus drinks like their fresh fruit tea (served with a little bear!) and the Vietnamese Spiked Coffee with coconut rum. Everything felt thoughtful, flavorful, and fun. My favorite bites? The oysters with kumquat were perfect, and the wings were easily some of the best I’ve had. To top it all off, they even have a unique way to clean your hands at the end — such a fun touch. Great food, great vibe, definitely coming back!

Google
Everything was delicious, flavorful, and well prepared. The presentation of the dishes and drinks was super fun! Highly recommend the Bo Ne, Mango Honey Milk Tea, the dumplings appetizer, and the spring rolls! Also, try the passion fruit crepe cakes. Yum!

Google
Great place for pho! Went here for lunch on a cold day and it did not disappoint. I got the beef pho and my friend got the house special pho, it came with bone marrow and was delicious. The broth for the beef pho was clean and delicious. They have an extensive menu for food as well as alcoholic beverages. There is also a Karaoke room you can use! Def will be coming back

Google
The menu is fantastic! I had the Ốc Hương in a salted egg yolk sauce it was fantastic! Even if you haven't eaten snails before I recommend that you try. The chicken feet were also a great bite. Haven't tried the pho yet but I've heard great things about their soups. I'm so happy this place is right down the street for my house. Excellent service and cocktails too!

Yelp
What an amazing experience! Apparently I have been living under a rock. This place is a gem. I have been wanting to come to this place since forever and today was the day. The place is really nice. The employees are friendly and willing to help you if you have any questions. I have the be honest with you. The food is full of flavor. Really tasty and flavorful. I am coming back with my kids and mom. We ordered the Bún bò Huế Banh Mi - Savor a spicy Vietnamese sandwich filled with brisket, enhanced by satay soy sauce, Thai basil chimichurri, and sautéed bean sprouts and onions. This delightful dish is served alongside a flavorful Bún bò Huế broth for dipping (per their website) and when you dip it in the broth it will take you the heaven and back. Cơm Đặc Biệt - A combination marinated beef, pork, and chicken served with rice and eggrolls. - my only complaint with this dish was the rice. It was a little bit hard. BBQ Roll - Charred pork and beef wrap with fresh rice paper rolls, accompanied by fresh veggies, crispy shallots, peanuts, and a flavorful sauce. SUPER DELICIOUS! I'm obsessed with this appetizer. Vietnamese Ice Coffee With Salted cream - it came with a coffee bear on top! So cute and fun. Overall I recommend this place. I recommend for family gathering, date, get together with your bros and girlfriends.

Yelp
Came back with family that was visiting - the last of a handful of visits. Everyone enjoyed their food, though we all left with food for later (huge portions!): seafood pho, bahn mi, house pho, and a... Hawaii combo plate, if I remember correctly. The pho barn mi was fabulous! Tender meat, bean sprouts, and a very delicious pho broth. It came with two sandwiches - I had to take most of the second one home and my hubby enjoyed it later on. (I did have to ask for a container for that broth, was strange it didn't come out with the sandwich box when I asked for to-go containers...) I'm glad I tried something new as I usually go with the bun dac biet. Looking forward to trying something else new next time!

Yelp
I have had this on my list for awhile. I was so excited to go for my birthday. We had a party of 6. Ambiance-chilly, obviously a past family restaurant kind of place. Needs different lighting and plants. Service-started out great! But then we never saw our original server again. Our service got passed to what seemed like a servers assistant. We asked for more wonton chips for our crab dip and he charged us for them. It was an ongoing problem to not have enough of the thing you needed to eat the main...see below for food. Food-we decided to order family style to try more things. Brisket fries-almost no brisket. Practically no flavor to set them apart from regular fries. Bo Ne- Bone marrow served with ribeye and egg plus bread. One small bread to go with a whole big bone and a bunch of sauce. We had to ask for more. It was still not enough. It was ok. Not a ton of flavor honestly. Mango, rice paper, tamarind salad. Amazing! Hands down the favorite! Bahn mi with pho dipping sauce- worst bahn mi I've ever had. No fresh veggies of any sort. Weird pesto kind of sauce. Tough pork. Pho dipping broth was water with things floating in it. No flavor at all. We added some cilantro and pickled veggies from our stuffed wings spring roll tray and it was still just ok. Stuffed wings spring roll platter-it was ok. Came with 2 lettuce leaves for 6 portions of meat. Not enough to wrap your spring rolls with at all. Had to ask for more. They were kind of grumpy about it. Meat was just ok. Not flavorful without dipping it. Lemon drop soju flight-supposed to be 4 different flavors. Lychee, mango, guava and dragonfruit. Pretty much all tasted like lemonade and vodka and wasn't cold. Overall a very mediocre/bad experience. Especially for the price. We ordered a house pho that never came and we decided to not ask for it after trying the pho broth with the bahn mi. I wish everything was to the same level as the salad we had. We won't be back.

Yelp
Absolutely an amazing find while I was on my trip in Denver! The vibes and staff were amazing! My bone marrow was delicious!! So much flavor with every bit! And the pho was flavorful!!! A good portion size! After we ate we got a bubbling bottle brought to us so that we could wash our hands! It was so cool! Definitely will come back if I go to Denver again!

Yelp
Another five-star dinner at Com Nha! Their menu continues to add- there's some new curry dishes and more. We came for a joint birthday party- and WOW, did we walk out full :-) Staff is sooooo welcoming and friendly And a big plus- they do take group reservations online.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for quite some time now after seeing all the positive reviews on Crazy Hungry Asians of Colorado Facebook page, and this place did not disappoint! We ordered the bun rieu oc (crab & snail noodle soup), bun cha Ha Noi (the dish Anthony Bourdain made famous), and a salted cream Vietnamese coffee. A few things we've learned after eating this meal: 1) I've been making bun rieu wrong my whole life. This had so much flavor and depth in the broth. It was good!!! 2) We're on a quest to try all the different bun cha's in Denver, and this is by far our favorite one! Who knew the char on this grilled pork belly would taste this good? I'm still thinking about it. 3) They dropped the cutest little ice bear made of coffee in our drink. I'm a sucker for cute things PLUS it was a delicious creamy coffee. Shout out to the host/waiter and to the girl who made our coffee! Always checked in on us. Super friendly. Com Nha, you've earned a fan. Oh, and for the ones that aren't good at parking in tight spaces in Denver, this one's for you. There's a large open parking lot. ;) Check them out!

Yelp
Restaurant that has been open since December of last year. The place appears to have been a diner in a past life. The open layout is nice to see with the Vietnamese decorations. The food was excellent. We got 3 orders of pho that were packaged well for transportation. The egg rolls were packaged with all the accoutrements which included an orange sauce I wasn't familiar with. The service was fast and friendly. We arrived early for a pickup order and they hurried to get us on our way as soon as possible. Great Vietnamese restaurant.

Yelp
Com Nha Kitchen & Bar is such a gem in Lakewood. Vietnamese street food with a creative twist, and every single dish impressed me. I tried the Brisket Fries (yes, brisket + cheese + egg + garlic butter = heaven), honey garlic wings (crispy, packed with flavor), Bun Cha Hanoi (charred pork patties and pork belly with noodles, herbs, and dipping sauce), and the raw oysters with kumquat fish sauce, which ended up being my favorite bite of the night. We also had their pineapple fried rice and green curry as weekly specials -- both delicious. Drinks are just as fun as the food: the spiked Vietnamese iced coffee with coconut rum was fantastic, and the fresh fruit tea with the little bear on top was almost too cute to drink. Service was warm, the vibe was fun, and the food... outstanding. Don't miss this spot.

Yelp
When people say Denver doesn't have a good food scene, it is because they don't know where to find it and the Vietnamese scene has definitely picked up. I took my picky dad here and he enjoyed everything we ordered (since savory Vietnam and New Saigon closed, he hasn't liked any of the viet restaurants I have taken him to due to location or small seating). Com Nha does have a pretty good dining area space where you are not cramped. Service is fantastic. From what we saw in the kitchen, the chefs were Vietnamese so you know the food is authentic and they know what they're doing. Start off, you have to order the drinks. I love the ice dancing lion that comes with some. The Mango Milk tea was also quite delicious and tasty. The menu offers a lot of Vietnamese dishes you don't see in a lot of restaurants in Denver. They have the classics like pho and the grilled rice plates. It's worth trying out their other dishes like stuffed chicken or batel leaf wraps. On top of the food being pretty good, the presentation is crazy. There was a pineapple fried rice served in a pineapple shell. They also had grilled octopus on a little stone heater. I was honestly excited for the end of the meal where they come out with a bubbly soap experience so you can wash your hands at your table. So much fun.

Yelp
This place is absolutely stellar! The staff here are the sweetest and so helpful. I think that this is a great place to try vietnamese food with a twist even if you're a native. The Vietnamese tacos were actually quite tasty! The folks are a tad heavy handed with the anise here. The Bo Ne here is so rich and flavorful. I love that the portions are super large too. Plus, this place is open til midnight so perfect if you're peckish. The great thing about this food is that even though it's so hearty, you leave feeling satisfied and energized rather than sluggish. When you finish your meal, they bring out this bubbly looking thing that you can clean your hands. I think they put some type of tablets that make it froth?

Yelp
If I could give this place a 10 stars, I would. So unassuming from the outside, looks like an old diner... but upon walking in, clean, new, hip and comfortable space - very welcoming. If it tells you anything - been here twice in a weekend and we're planning to come back next weekend w another group of friends. Was able to chat up Lucy and get a bit of the story of the come up and the creation of the concept of the restaurant. Lucy was kind and so helpful with her recommendations. The portion sizes to the price you pay, to me, is worth the money. The drinks were also super creative and they have happy hour everyday from 2-5pm, everyday! Who does that anymore?! They also fly in fresh seafood every Thursday too. Come on Fridays or Saturdays to get the best of the best! If you're ok to get out of Denver proper a little, they have ample parking, definitely come give them a try. Our favorites are the steamed clams, the spring rolls, the fried intestines, the yellowtail collar, the whole grilled squid, the crab fried rice.... Everything is so good, seriously! Say hi to Lucy when you're here!

Yelp
Solid pho and Vietnamese restaurant! We discovered Com Nha as they had a booth at the Sushi Den rooftop party and were blown away from how flavorful and rich the broth was even in a little take out container from an event and knew we had to go try the full size in the restaurant. That weekend, we stopped by the restaurant and were not disappointed. The pho is a generous portion and almost to the point where I could not finish it since we ordered an appetizer too. It is good and bad because the menu is so great that I always want to try a different appetizer but then I am too full to finish my entree (leftovers at least!). We just went for our second time this weekend and our server recognized us! We have gotten the House Pho and Beef Pho, both were delicious. The second time, we got the House Pho and added the Bone Marrow which definitely added richness to the bowl. I got the Com Su'on Trung, Vietnamese grilled pork chop rice plate, the second time and it was SOOO good. Again, generous portion size so I was able to have a big lunch the next day. The spring rolls come in a cute presentation, a little basket of sorts. We also got the build your own spring rolls the second time and got the Bo La Lot, Vietnamese grilled beef in betel leaves. Very tasty and again, lots of rice paper and fillings to go around. It is a little messy but that is why they have their very interesting way to wash hands at the end. My husband and I have already planned out what we will order next time we stop in. Mmm yum!

David L.

Yelp
This is my new fav Pho place. The pho is just delicious with huge portions. The staff is super friendly and attentive. After only a couple visits they already recognized us and even remember what we were drinking. They've even recommended new dishes to try to branch out from just pho and all their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
This may just be the best new Vietnamese spot in Denver -- especially after New Saigon and Savory Vietnam closed (and Dan Da is not in a great location on E Colfax). The atmosphere/vibe is cozy but modern, and the staff is super cool and leans younger -- which means you get both authentic Vietnamese dishes, as well as cooler modern takes on some of them. And definitely some super fun cocktails -- like party bowls, spiked Ube milk tea, spiked Vietnamese coffee, passion fruit green tea shooters, lychee lemon drops, and much more. And they're constantly looking for feedback and coming up with new stuff. There are lots of great dishes with obviously quality ingredients on the menu. We couldn't try everything, so don't take this list to mean we DIDN'T like something, but some of our top recs from what we DID try include: - pho tacos with a side of pho broth - oxtail fries with a runny egg - skewers (chicken, pork belly, beef) - spicy 7 level seafood ramen - pho and/or bun bo hue (soup) - mango salad - bone marrow But yes, they also have a crispy whole fish on the menu, as well as cherry clams, grilled beef tongue and pork intestine, and a bucket of Dungeness crab in that yummy Vietnamese sauce I don't know the name of. All things I'd come back for! Favorite drinks: passion fruit green tea shooters and the spiked crème brûlée dessert.

Yelp
Delicious Vietnamese restaurant and bar with a lot of unique and authentic offerings! We celebrated a birthday here, which was extra festive with the cocktail tower and and flight of pho shots! Pho tacos are fun too. The bo ne (bone marrow dish) is a must try! Another highlight is the specialty salads. Had eggplant and squid salad last time and mango and shellfish salad this time, the dressing is delicious. Great place for a party, there's a lot of space and a fun vibe!

Yelp
Firstly, clean and tastefully designed decor. Amazing service as you walk in, friendly servers, I'm not sure if it were the owner/manager who was also very attentive to us. She was extremely gracious and kind, it was my mother in law's birthday so they were accommodating with keeping our cake refrigerated, also did some personalized drumming to the delight of the birthday girl! Food was amazing, flavorful and authentic. It was served hot with all fresh herbs and vegetables. The drinks were absolutely amazing, I had the coconut coffee and it just might be the best coffee I've ever had. All around great experience, the kind and welcoming nature of the owners/ staff is definitely what sets this establishment a cut far above other restaurants! Will definitely be back, highly recommend!

Yelp
The drinks were not up to par, ordered the chanh muối and didn't taste like one, also the tea didn't taste like a tea either, it tasted more like a random drink with orange juice or some fruit juice in it, not tasty. The food was just ok, the pho rib did not fall off the bone was definitely not cooked long enough for the meat to soften up.

Yelp
5 Stars - A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home! Cơm Nhà is hands-down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of dining at -- and I've had my fair share. From the moment you walk in, there's a warm, welcoming vibe that truly lives up to the name "Cơm Nhà," which means "home-cooked meal." That's exactly what it feels like: a comforting, flavor-packed escape into traditional Vietnamese cooking done right. We started with the brisket tacos which are like but not Mexican tacos - in the best way. I had the Hawaii rice Platter with chicken and short rib, the fish sauce was perfectly sweet and spiced (not fishy) which were both super flavorful and the pickled veggies balanced everything beautifully. Every bite felt like a hug from someone's Vietnamese grandma. Service was attentive and genuinely kind. The staff is passionate about the food and eager to make recommendations. The place is clean, cozy, and unpretentious -- a perfect spot whether you're on a casual lunch break or catching up with friends over dinner. Don't skip the Vietnamese iced coffee -- strong, sweet, and the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. 10/10 recommend. This spot deserves way more buzz -- go while you can still get a table!

Yelp
Mediocre service and food today. It could be a bad day cause this was my sister's second time and she raved about it the first time. I had the beef wrapped in betal leaves. It was very salty and small in size for the $15.95. My sister got the seafood noodles? And she was really disappointed the noodles were instant ramen noodles ( not pictured). My other sister had the bun Bo hue and the flavor was really bland. We also grab a couple appetizers but didn't get a pic so won't comment on that. Price was much higher than places we frequent and unfortunately it didn't deliver today.

Yelp
Ordered bun dau mam tom to go and I was so impressed by the amount of herbs and greens that were given as well as the protein packed inside. They include rice paper too to make spring rolls. It was so good and fresh. I would definitely order it again because it's too much of a hassle to make.

Yelp
This place is so cute! I love how spacious and well decorated it is. There's a parking lot as well. The service was good. The soups were bland: Pho and Bun Bo Hue. It tasted watered down, which was really disappointing. The appetizer Banh Beo and dish Bo Ne were delicious! It's a great place for big parties!

Yelp
This new spot has been on my list since it opened, and my husband and I finally found a time to try it out! They have a really interesting menu with a wide variety of choices, from pho to large entrees like bone marrow, and noodles and rice dishes. Even a great beer and cocktail menu! We were greeted and sat right away in a Saturday night. The place was really lively even though it was late in the evening. Many large groups gathered, upbeat music and fully staffed so that no one was waiting. I went with the shrimp pho and my husband ordered "Bo Ne," which was bone marrow, steak, meatball, over easy egg, vegetables and bread. He absolutely loved his dish! He built a sandwich out of all the fixings and loved it both that way and eaten individually. I really enjoyed the pho, but have had broth elsewhere that have more depth of flavor. Would still order it again, but would also like to give some of the more unique dishes a try. Everyone was very friendly, and we even had a gal come over who I assume was a manager or owner, and she kept checking on us and then offered us a drink of cane sugar and mango. Very tasty treat. Will for sure be back and will bring friends and family here. If you are looking for tasty food, an upbeat vibe, and friendly service, definitely add Com Nha to your list!

Yelp
Absolutely love this place. Great vibe with spacious seating. Menu was unique and tried the pho tacos which was delicious. The staff was chill and they talked about karaoke nights. But what made the lunch fun was the bar and televisions and the plethora of happy hour drinks for a future trip. There was plenty of parking and the portions were nice. Look forward to trying the place at night for dinner or during happy hour.

Yelp
This place is the perfect vibe to try new types of Vietnamese food while having great drinks. I saw it driving one day, and had to come back. First off, the energy from the entire team was great. Bar and service. It was a perfect Friday spot. Then we got the food. The oxtail fries were phenomenal, and then we had the pho tacos which were also great. But the Bò Né was insane. I cannot recall such a fun, flavorful bone marrow dish. This was the suggestion of the bar tender and was a huge highlight of the meal. And the bread that came with it... All in all, one of the more fun unique spins on modern Vietnamese style cuisine I've had. So glad this place opene

Yelp
Delicious food! I'm from NY and good pho is hard to come by here so I was looking forward to trying it out in CO. I was pleasantly surprised and the portion was huge! I also loved the spring rolls, very refreshing and delicious peanut sauce. The restaurant is very kitschy and the service was excellent.

Yelp
A friend took me for helping her move. It's got a clean atmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive. We were greeted right away. I ordered the Ca (fish) noodle platter. I think there was a misunderstanding. The menu said 'salt and garlic.' I asked if it had a lot of salt as I watch my blood pressure. The server said no. It came with just some ornamental sprinkling of onion? And dry, overcooked. The rest of the plate was good. Vegetables were fresh. The little egg rolls were tasty. We also ordered the chicken wing appetizer with honey garlic sauce and they were yummy. My friend had no complaints with her rice platter with chicken. I also had iced matcha coffee. I'd never seen that combination before. It was delicious! So this review is mixed but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and next time I would try something else. I guess it's not recommended to modify. I'd love to hear others' experiences with their salmon without modifying it.

Yelp
Including photos from 3 separate visits because they've all been THAT good. Service here is excellent and the food comes out very quickly. The star of the menu is 100% the stuffed chicken wings, which is a must try regardless of whatever else you order. Pho is flavorful with a very generous portion, and all the grilled meat platters are juicy, tender and well seasoned. You can't go wrong with anything you order!

Yelp
We've wanted to go here for quite a while and have seen so many good reviews and now we know why. We went in for an early afternoon lunch and were blown away by the service, the selection of wonderful foods, and the overall enjoyment of being there. Our waiter Long was wonderful. Cannot recommend this place more strongly give it a try something out of the ordinary.

Yelp
Saw a few posts about this on IG and was intrigued. Drove from downtown to try this place. The area is not exactly the best part of town a lot of abandoned plazas and old restaurants. This place when arrived looked like it was an older diner or village inn type place. They did redo inside but the set up just gave me old coffee shop type vibes. We were seated right away as it was 2p on a Saturday. They have a big menu a lot of things I'm not sure what they are. I asked if they had Vietnamese crystal spring rolls and they did not. They had mini fried rolls.. so we ordered and they were very typical to a Vietnamese fried roll with the lettuce to wrap and Vegis. The fish sauce was super hot I would have liked a little toned down option. It came on like a bamboo tray very nice presentation. Next i got the fried Chicken with fried rice. Not sure "official name" it came with 3 sauces- fish sauce, chili oil and a green sauce. Have no idea what green sauce is but it had a unique taste- not super strong just mild. The food was OK but the breading and the rice had no flavor. Needed some salt or some other spice. I'm not sure if that's typical and you add flavor with the sauces. It was a tad over fried and a little tough but just Ok to me. My guest got the fish and chips I think that was soft shell crab, fish and fries- again no flavor alone. Came with some spicy sauce and a garlic sauce they said. The breading was a touch soggy I wish it was better. Not sure I'd drive here again to try anything.

Yelp
The great- The grilled squid was fantastic! A great boost of protein with grilled goodness. Beautifully served by super friendly staff in a modern pseudo diner/ bar atmosphere. Great work flipping the restaurant from one of those Denver diners that had been around a little too long. Modern Vietnamese seafood fusion with bahn mi taco etc. The no so great- our other meal was the fish and chips with soft shell crabs. Felt like more breading than fish and pretty greasy. Although it comes with 3 AMAZING dipping sauces and ketchup. All in all it was a nice experience that we will go back and try other things on the menu.

Yelp
This is a super unique place with excellent food, we'll definitely be returning. Food was fantastic, the pho broth is so flavorful and the egg rolls are awesome as well. They have a lot of really unique drinks on the menu if that's your thing, I stuck with a classic Thai iced tea and it was very good. Service is excellent and everyone there is so kind. The atmosphere is great, super fun yet cozy and welcoming. The fun hand washing at the end is one of the most unique things I've ever seen in a restaurant (I won't give it away, just go see for yourself!)

Yelp
Great Viet resto in Denver. They have a great variety of Viet street food like Pha Lau or Mi Cay, to which I wished I could try them all. Love tasty Bo Ne with bone marrow as nice fatty treat.

Yelp
I'm thrilled and impressed. This is a brand new restaurant that's only a mile from my house. We stopped in after seeing it listed by Yelp as a new eatery in my area. I'm sure glad we did. We were met and seated by a Kennedy High-school alum named Lucy. She sat us, took our drink orders and gave us the run down on her and her husband's pride and joy. The pride of ownership is all over Lucy, the building and the staff. Family owned and operated businesses are so refreshing. No detail, no matter how small, is not overlooked. The food reflects this family pride and is hot, fresh and delicious. I had shrimp pho and my son had seafood ramen. We also shared a crab fried rice. Each and every bite was amazing. Lucy treating us like gold and the food being amazing made this a first rate meal and experience. Her mom, the head chef, even came out and spoke to us and made sure we enjoyed our meals. That's personal service to the nth degree. I will be returning and trying other dishes on their menu. Thank you Lucy...

Yelp
When we walked in we were greeted right away. We sat down and they came with water. As not being familiar with Vietnamese food I asked what they recommend. The daughter did a great job with her recommendations! The waitstaff was great! They made sure everything was good. The food was delicious. I look forward to trying different things here. The prices were in line with the amount of food you receive. I took home the rest for lunch tomorrow. I wish this restaurant the best of luck! I'll be back.

Yelp
Heard about this place from tiktok and wanted to try it! It has a very open and nice environment. I love that they open late. I'm sure it was because they are new but it took a while for us to be greeted and seated as well as taking our order. I was a bit ticked off about it, very close to leaving but im glad we stayed! The food was delivered at a timely manner and didn't disappoint. Food: - Egg rolls: they were pretty small but they were nice and crispy. Came with veggies, whipped garlic butter sauce and traditional fish sauce. Their nuts mam is so good. At least better than the watered down ones from other spots. - Bun Dau Mam Tom: a platter with a variety of proteins. The paste was fried with green sweet rice was my favorite. Not a fan of the vietnamese sausage but that is a personal taste thing. - Tom Nuong (Garlic Butter): pretty basic but it had good flavor! They were cooked perfectly and a nice char on it. Overall I think this spot is pretty good to bring friends and family. A bit pricey and out of the way from home but if it was a bit closer, I'd stop by a bit more often. I miss the authentic viet food that my mom used to make so this is nice to have every now and then. Although I wish I had a better experience walking in, the food and the service after that made up for it.

Yelp
This restaurant just opened in our neighborhood, and we always try to give new businesses a fighting chance to succeed. So, last night, we decided to give it a try--and I'm so glad we did! It's a charming little place, and they're in the process of redecorating, so I suspect next time we go it may look a little different but that's not why I'm writing this review. The staff is delightful, and one of the owners even came out to ask for our feedback on the food. Honestly, we came for the pho. We've been searching for a place where the broth is so flavorful that we don't have to add a bunch of condiments to enhance it. And this place delivered! I absolutely loved the broth. I added extra jalapeños for a little kick, but it truly lacked nothing. When I told the wonderful woman who came to check on us how much I loved the flavor, she explained that they cook their broth for **32 hours**--a slow, careful process that makes all the difference. She mentioned that while some restaurants use bouillon to speed up the process, they prefer to take their time and do it right. And let me tell you, it **shows**. I highly recommend giving this place a try. We will **definitely** be returning!

Yelp
Never had this type of food before. I got a rice dish and my coworkers got something else, plus we got apps. Food was tasty, service was good. Prices were a little high.

Yelp
The service is top notch, from the moment you walk in until you leave. Everyone is extremely friendly. The food is great specially the appetizers, such as the dumplings which were the best part of the meal. The spring rolls were ok too. The PHO Soup was good but not great, the broth wasn't as tasty as other pho places. Overall a nice cozy place with good food.

Yelp
Looks great for large parities. Took over from old diner with big booth seats. Plenty of parking in quiet strip mall. Decor is A+. Hope it does well!!! Tried crab rice, a bit dry. No crab meat but what was I thinking. Will go back

Yelp
This restaurant is legitimately the best food, great atmosphere, and the service is fantastic. The food had such amazing flavors and I was truly blown away. It was worth every penny and we will be returning! easily the best food I've had in months.

Yelp
Really expensive for the quality of food. Bar was out of bitters and olives. Pho noodles were brittle (or chopped up) and broke off into small pieces, short rib and meat ball slices were rubbery. Scallop plate was at MK price and arrived in 3 separate foil tins - one scallop per tin. Waiter pulled scallops order back explaining they didn't look right, later saying sorry they looked weird. Appreciated the replacement but still not very appetizing. Waiter said he took some charges off the bill saying he felt bad. Appetizer, pho, scallops bill was over 65.00 plus tip.

Yelp
Great new Vietnamese restaurant. Super friendly service. Nicer atmosphere than most places. We loved the Pho Tacos. One note: the menu is different tha. Standard Vietnamese restaurants. Ask the staff to help you navigate things. They are more than happy to help!

Yelp
This place was so good! In the odd area but I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good family run business. The pho sandwich or the bun Bo hue sandwich were so good!!! But the alc drinks were where it was they gave us a free round of shots too! So sweet

Yelp
Set in a former diner, the ambiance is mid modern meets Asian decor. It felt nostalgic/ comfortable for an Asian cuisine lover like myself. The service was friendly and the manager went above and beyond gifting us a lovely salad to try with our shared meal amongst friends. I especially enjoyed the pork intestine, which they marinated in a coconut infused marinade. It took out any unpleasant sent and was crisp and delicious. An excellent choice to go with my Sapporo draft beer. The clams in broth were a table favorite. We also had the crab fried rice, which was full of delicious crab essence. It was akin to a Vietnamese style Izakaya. I was very pleased and would gladly return.

Yelp
I was in Denver for a family wedding and was craving Vietnamese food. Stopped by this place near the hotel and so happened to be open for only about a month. Food was authentic and good! The service was great, staff was pleasant, and the way they allow you to wash your hands after your meal was something new to me

Yelp
The food was phenomenal! The broth was hearty and flavorful, with the right level of spice. Excellent pork. The service was great too with our server happily recommending dishes
