The 34 Essential Porto Restaurants

"Finding a good cup of specialty coffee is not an easy task in the city. But Combi Coffee Roasters makes the mission easier for those walking through the Bonfim neighborhood, where this airy cafe is tucked. The pioneer shop serves various beans roasted in-house from countries like Brazil, Ethiopia, and El Salvador, prepared in different methods (V60, Aeropress, espresso). The food on offer is limited, but there are always dense chocolate brownies with salted caramel and fresh pastéis de nata in the countertop display." - Rafael Tonon

"When you’re craving a strong, well-crafted cup of coffee, Combi, a local coffee roaster, is the best place to grab one; they hover in the mid-2010s zone of specialty coffee trends, so you won’t find the most experimental cup but you will get a brew crafted to perfection." - Coolstuff Team

Glad I chose this place today over a different, slightly higher rated shop (maybe tomorrow). I went here because they're also a roaster, so I know the espresso is probably good and more freshly roasted than other places. Unfortunately, for my eaistline, they were also baiting me with chocolate chip cookies next to the ordering point. Couldn't stop myself - I'm weak. Solid products, latte art and really friendly staff. Second visit in two days, last day in Porto, and a bag of Columbian to take home.

Possibly the best Machiato I have ever had. It was the perfect roast, the perfect size and brewed to perfection 👌 The Chocolate croissant was extremely flaky and each layer came away separately. The choclate filling was very dense and of the highest quality. Will definitely be going back for coffee and to try their toasts, they looked amazing!

We went here for brunch and had coffees, smoothies and pastries. All were excellent. The staff were super friendly - they served us a different smoothie to what we asked for but changed it with no fuss and let us have the other one they’d already given us. Atmosphere was really cool and chilled. I think we’ll be coming back!

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I had breakfast here and everything ordered was amazing. You have to try the croissants. I also loved my açai bowl. The coffee was so good and you can tell that they roast it themselves. I highly recommend if you’re in Porto

Excellent coffee shop and roastery. First of all, the coffee is extraordinary, I recommend trying the daily roast. The food is meticulous and delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Everything is simple and pleasant and very inviting

This place reminds me of Revolver Coffee in Bali! Both because of the quality of their brews and the vibes. Its so refreshing to have this in Porto! The flat white was great and so was the v60 colombia brew!

We had the best cappuccino in Porto here. The latte art is simply perfect. 😍 The avocado toast was delicious. A very nice, atmospheric cafe.☺️ Be sure to stop by and treat yourself with a cappuccino. ;)

I was in Porto for the half marathon and needed a pick me up in the days leading to it. The ambience is great, the team deliver with the hustle and bustle and international friendly. + coffee is great. Very decent and competitive price for a modern style coffee shop! It might also be Porto but they ask if you want a plastic lid or not which is a plus that they’re quite eco conscious.
