"Cometeer is exceptional and produces what is arguably the best instant coffee on the planet. It’s expensive, for one. One serving costs between $2 and almost $4, and the minimum order is four boxes with eight servings each. It’s bulky, for another. Each serving is packaged in a capsule that’s slightly larger than a Nespresso pod. And it requires some care on your part. The coffees are shipped with dry ice and need to be stored in the freezer. But if what you want is an instant coffee that objectively tastes better than the fresh-brewed coffee you can make at home, then you should consider Cometeer. The basics of Cometeer and powdered instant coffee aren’t so different. Both are brewed as a high-extract concentrate that’s something like a coffee sludge. But rather than freeze-drying the coffee, Cometeer flash-freezes the concentrate with liquid nitrogen then packages the ice puck in a capsule that’s flushed with nitrogen to prevent oxidizing." - Oliver Strand

I will confess that I like the coffee and it can be convenient. however, their marketing is insulting. they send you a special Valentine's message offering you 25% off but it's the same pricing as everyday. furthermore, I would have been motivated to buy six packs at 25% off only to find that it's a deal only if you subscribe. there goes $125 worth of business down the drain for you. I buy some incredibly fabulous coffees even at a high price that I grind and put in my reusable Keurig and even at $20 a pound I can get 40 cups do the math I wouldn't even mind paying the premium for the variety, but until you decide that you're going to not be deceptive in your advertising, I'll just wait I'm a big shark tank fan and live by the adage it's not the number of customers you have is the number of repeat customers you have.

Sophisticated coffee with harmonious blends AND easy to make! As a full-time working mom of 4, there's nothing better than a fresh cup of Cometeer Coffee. Whether I'm off camping with the kids, at work or at home, I can enjoy my high quality coffee ANYWHERE. No fancy machine needed. Iced or hot. I always start my day off right. Great experience with my subscription service. Proud to be a loyal Cometeer customer.

I love the coffee a few kind. But I didn’t buy another set and you shipped them to me. I would like to cancel them. Please give me your phone number and information. This is not right. I can’t find your phone number at all. Thanks in advance. You can’t charge me from my account without knowing.

Not worth the headache - customer service is really bad. Coffee is pretty good, but that's all they're good at, is the coffee. Don't know how to run a business at all. Honestly, just go to your local coffee shop, you deal with A LOT less.

Coffee tastes great but customer service is terrible. They sent no reminder that your subscription is mailing and if you try to place a hold on it due to travel or other needs once it is processing they are unable to do that. So I had to throw out a months worth because I wasn’t notified of the order until it was processing. I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t do anything - refund, hold the shipping etc. so I canceled my subscription and they didn’t even try to retain me with any credit or refund. Given the cost per coffee is pretty high and their service is so bad it’s not worth the money. My last month was all melted when it arrived too.

The coffee is good and convenient, but if you buy from them once, they'll enroll you in a subscription without notice and keep sending you items without approval. I had to go and explicitly cancel the subscription. I really wished they stopped this subscription model. I would have purchased more from them.

AJ at the Natick Mall Cometeer kiosk was awesome. I was walking by in a rush (late on New Years Eve!), but being a coffee snob I stopped. AJ answered many wildly varied questions. I was sold on the concept and her classy, kind professionalism. Signed up, liked the first cup. Hope to love it enough to gift others. Kudos AJ, standing your post late on a holiday eve!

The coffee is wonderful it really is a great product. The customer service is horrible. You almost never get a message saying your box is on the way. And sometimes the pods are thawed because you did not know you had a package on the way and customer service dose not get back to you.
