I will confess that I like the coffee and it can be convenient. however, their marketing is insulting. they send you a special Valentine's message offering you 25% off but it's the same pricing as everyday. furthermore, I would have been motivated to buy six packs at 25% off only to find that it's a deal only if you subscribe. there goes $125 worth of business down the drain for you. I buy some incredibly fabulous coffees even at a high price that I grind and put in my reusable Keurig and even at $20 a pound I can get 40 cups do the math
I wouldn't even mind paying the premium for the variety, but until you decide that you're going to not be deceptive in your advertising, I'll just wait
I'm a big shark tank fan and live by the adage it's not the number of customers you have is the number of repeat customers you have.
