Comme Ca

The Comme Ca burger sits atop a shiny and pillowy soft bun. Premium beef cooked perfectly to order is topped with Vermont Cheddar and a lettuce/veggie mix with mayo. My burger came medium and was dripping with flavor. The overall flavor profile is neutral + creamy, and makes a great comfort food. Top off the experience with a great atmosphere, and this is one restaurant where you could impress a date and get a world class burger too.

One of my favorite restaurants that always seem as if your on a 'staycation' or a magic carpet ride where you've been transported to a little bistro on the French Riviera (jn a good way). It' not pretentious or full of self important staff instead it's just a really nice upscale place in West Hollywood that has a chef and staff that makes you feel welcomed. As anyone knows parking can be a bear in WeHo but they have valet and if you read the signs pretty easy street parking (with meters .. always pay the beast!). I've had quite a few entrees and drinks here but my favorite is the salmon. It's always cooked perfectly accompanied by seasonal veggies cooked simply (so you can truly taste the food). This is a great place for Brunch, Lunch or Dinner as well as drinks in the tiny bar that always has a bartender that can make any drink you imagine. It's my favorite date spot since the room is small and intimate so that you can look meaningfully in each others eyes with a great steady hum of hearable conversation!

The ambience at Comme Ca is top notch, and I found the service to be very good. Sadly, I was not terribly impressed with the food. There were very few vegetable options - and I don't mean vegetarian. The only thing that could be called a salad was the frisee et lardon with a poached egg. It was all richness with no balance. That said, my date loved his beef bourginon, so perhaps the cuisine is just not my thing. I only know I've had much more satisfying meals at a much lower price point.

i have been patiently waiting for comme ca to pull up it's socks and impress the way myer's first restaurant, sona, does. however, after 3 months and countless meals, i have concluded that this restaurant is about the scene not the food or service. food quality varies meal to meal. ask for a med-rare porkchop, get it well done, service feels like actors who could care less about your meal, but it's hip, trendy and successful. only in la.

A real French Bistro in LA. The Burger is the best on the west coast. Service is friendly and appropriate. I love going with family and friends.

I had the most delicious quiche of my life here. Great fresh and modern decor. The crowd is a little bit buttoned up. The service was great.

make sure you talk on the way there as you certainly won't be able to hear anyone you with once inside. despite ridiculously loud setting and tiny cramped bar area, the food's actually pretty good. a fun time if you're up for getting drunk and yelling to your friend across the table.

A quaint restaurant perfect for a business lunch or dinner date. Do yourself a favor and order the cheeseburger, it's delicious!
