Tried this new spot after eating some slices at l’industrie. WOW, blew away my expectations. Great selection of flavors. Really liked this spot.

This is the best vegan ice cream that I have ever had. The owners are also so nice and they make an effort to work with/support other small businesses in the neighborhood. Get in here before they go viral!

Some of the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had!!

This is a new shop with clean, intentional lines that perhaps reflect the owners’ strong focus on the product itself, which they produce. Several popular standards are among the flavors. And I admit to having a taste palate that tends to favor “primary colors,” so I loved, loved, loved the chocolate and coffee offerings. But I am also impressed with the creative range of the available flavors. I was really blown away by the sake-flavored gelato, the last of the eight flavors I sampled, the taste and feel of which proved to be a delightful surprise.

The cold didn't stop us from checking out this new gelato shop and I'm so glad we did! Loved the combo of classic and exotic flavors (like sake and plum). But, as with all the flavors (we tried samples of all 8), what stood out for me was the creamy mouth feel and the integrity of high-quality ingredients. In other words, with each flavor, I was tasting the chocolate or the blueberries or the matcha - and not the sugar. We can't wait to go back!
