My wife and I had the best honeymoon ever at COMO. The views and service are above and beyond amazing. We stayed for 3 night, got treatments, rented bikes, ate at the restaurant and thoroughly relaxed. Only negative I can think of is there is no Air Conditioning and I run hot. But they were able to get me a fan and with the cold night air I was able to sleep peacefully. I cannot thank COMO enough for the amazing experience.

A wonderful hotel with a cozy vibe. The staffs were friendly and attentive. The food at all the restaurants were excellent. The concierge was amazingly helpful in organizing our daily excursions. The location is very convenience to the chair lift and the cable car up to the mountain top. Overall 10/10.

I stayed there for 6 weeks for ski holiday. Amazing staff with local knowledge and international mindset. Great sense of hospitality. Super delicious cuisines with local fresh ingredients and seafood, pizza and steak. Rich indoor and outdoor activities. Convenient location next to cable car and ski station with lovely view.

COMO Alpina Dolomites was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at.||From the moment we got there, everything just felt so right. The vibe, the details—literally everything was spot on. You can tell the people here actually care. It’s luxury but not stuck-up, cozy but still super polished.||Our room? It was wild. Way better than what we expected. We had this huge jacuzzi tub that could fit six people (not kidding), two glass showers, two walk-in closets, and even a red light relaxation room—like, what!? There was even a dining table that sat six. It felt more like a private chalet than a hotel room.||The food was amazing too. Every meal was so good—breakfast, snacks, dinner—just all really well done. We ate at Chalet, their newer restaurant, and yeah there were a couple small hiccups, but they fixed them right away. You can tell it’s going to be really great once they settle in.||But the real star was the staff. Everyone we talked to was super friendly and helpful. Luigi and Leonardo at the bar were awesome—so fun to chat with and made the best drinks. We found ourselves looking forward to seeing them every night. Anna at the front desk helped us with some train issues and gave us great ideas for hikes with the kids.||Speaking of kids—we brought our two, and I wasn’t sure how a luxury spot would handle that, but they were totally cool. Everyone was so nice to them, like they were happy we were all there. That meant a lot.||The pool was amazing too. It’s partly indoors but opens up to the outside—so cool. We didn’t get to try the spa this time, but it looked beautiful. And yeah, bring your swimsuit!||Honestly, the whole place felt like this mix of Italy and Germany in the best way possible. It was calm, clean, and just worked.||Not going to lie—I almost didn’t want to write this because part of me wants to keep it our little secret 😂. But they deserve the shoutout. We’re already trying to figure out when we can go back.||If you’re thinking about staying here—just do it. Trust me.

Torn between 4 and 5 stars. Depends on what ur looking for. For families I think this is a 5 star but for couples it maybe a little too commercial and too many families with kids. Given its Asian ownership, several Asian tour groups were here too. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Decor was a little erratic. Room was roomy and very nice bathroom. Spa was also fantastic with 5 saunas and cold plunge. Views are stunning though a good 25 min drive from the highway. It’s a very popular starting point for many hiking trails too. Forestis still my fave in Dolomites and a class above. But also in another price bracket above too.
