COMO Alpina Dolomites

Amazing location for skiing. You can’t beat the ski in / ski out. We love the como brand for the last 20 years- Bangkok, Bhutan, Tuscany, Bali and now in Dolomites. But from what I hear this hotel was stunning even before the como ownership. Anyway amazing spa, Gianni is the ski rental, all the staff from the kids club (Maia), reception team and of course the restaurants and the housekeeping team. Lots of smiles and positive energy. Also great concierge suggestions for restaurants in Ortisei. We are already planning for Feb 2026. Stunning pool and sauna as well.

We spent 3 nights here and had a great time.|Hotel is in an excellent location away from the main road so quiet, up the side of the hill with nice views. Lots of hikes from the hotel so you don't have to worry about driving or taking gondolas to other areas. However if you do then there are gondolas just a short walk from the hotel plus a bus stop.|Bedroom was spacious, clean, good water pressure. Approx 50 rooms in the hotel would normally be too big for us but with this hotel it didn't feel too big.|Spa area was amazing. Lots of different rooms, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation room with water beds, showers, large indoor swimming pool that you can swim to the smaller outdoor heated pool that we really enjoyed. After a long day of hikes it was lovely to be able to use all these facilities.|All staff (restaurants, reception, concierge, bell boys etc) excellent, helpful, attentive.|Breakfast was great, lots of choice, cooked breakfast menu to select from, plus yoghurts, cereals, fruits, meats, cheeses, breads etc. Great spread.|They have three different restaurants in the hotel and all were excellent food and service.|If visiting Alpe di Suisi we would definitely stay here again.

I arrived late but it was the most beautiful arrival in my life, a warm and luxurious reception from Miss Alexandra, she was very kind to the extreme from the first moment and her reception of us and the staff was very amazing. I enjoyed my stay very much in Chalet 521. I can only say that it is the most beautiful in northern Italy. I will not forget Maya in the children's playroom. My daughter loved her very much because of her kindness. I will definitely recommend this great edifice to my friends. Thank you all for your kind treatment. Thank you very much.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I stayed here on a business trip for 5 days in August 2024. It was truly beautiful. The hotel is lovely, modern, spacious and has the most beautiful scenery. The rooms were large and the bathroom was modern and very nice. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and hope to bring my family next time. We also did a 10km hike with the hotel recommend tour guide. He was fantastic.

The older I get the higher my bar gets for hotels. We have stayed at some pretty outstanding places but this one was SHEER PERFECTION. The staff, wonderful. The food outstanding and so much of ot. An enormous breakfast buffet and complimentary small lunch Buffet of sandwiches and snacks for after your hikes (loved this!. Our restaurant & room service meals were some of the best meals I have had in my life. Gorgeous & soacious rooms overlooking the Dolomites. The spa area with 4 saunes, indoor outdoor pool and huge gym with everything you could possibly need. |Every little small nuance was covered.|We ended up canceling our next hotel and booking extra nights here because we did not want to ever leave. Truly a remarkable stay and we will be back.|Special love to Anna the absolutely wonderful concierge, the amazing wait staff, both of our 6:00 pm Sauna guides.

Everything about our trip was amazing. All 3 restaurants were great. The kind staff always made sure to fulfill any wishes. The pool, spa and gym are big and always very clean. We tried different massages and all of them were lovely. We couldn‘t reccomend Como Dolomites more. Will make sure to come back soon. Thank you very much for this lovely weekend.

If this is your first time visiting this hotel, you will love it. Beautiful hotel, delicious food and extremely attentive and friendly staff. We've been coming to this hotel in the Fall for the last few years and it has always been a Heaven on Earth experience for us. Under the new ownership, many things have changed and we miss the hotel we knew and loved. The new decor is pretty over the top with blue hues and the dining experience felt not as welcoming and warm. No table linens and less food choices for both breakfast and dinner but still adequate. We still had a good experience, just not the experience we were used to. The rooms are great and remain mostly unchanged. We were bummed to see they got rid of the lit up birch tree wall in the bathrooms but the rest of the room was beautiful and the addition of the complimentary mini bar was a bonus. All in all, we had a wonderful time but miss the decor and ambience before the renovation. The front desk staff, wait staff, valet and other staff were top notch, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. We went during the shoulder season but the service and amenities were maintained at a very high level. Food was excellent. Great location and a welcoming place to relax after some hard hikes. We hired Alex to help guide us on a mountain e-bike tour. So much fun! Highly recommend.
