COMO Alpina Dolomites

What a wonderful stay We Just had at Como Alpina! We are leaving having already booked our stay for next year. The service was so warm and friendly. Gianni and Sabrina from the ski Rental were incredibly nice and patient with our kids. Mateo and Chiara from the bar and restaurant were great as well! Julian the GM was always on top of things, making sure the hotel guests were happy. The ski in/ sin out location could not be better. There was really nice live music in the evenings. Their Como Shamballa signature tea is the best I have tried!!! Addictive! Concierge were so helpful. The only thing I would have liked to have is some activities for our 9 and 10 year olds, as the kids club was more for little kids. We enjoyed the indoor / outdoor swimming pool every day. We loved it!! Thank You for such an amazing stay!!!

Everything is just Extraordinary and if I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. The service is perfect, the staff are so friendly, helpful and just amazing and the food is exquisite. The hotel really guarantees Ski in and out, you don’t need to walk to the ski slopes. Everything is arranged inside the hotel and you just get out and start your skiing experience. I would like to thank the staff in the ski rental, they were all so friendly and helpful. The ski rental staff would arrange and prepare everything for you before you arrive. In addition, the hotel front desk manager she is one of the best managers I’ve ever met, she really managed to give me a late check out just so I have time after my last day of skiing to check out. Stayed for two nights. Arrived late the first night due to bad weather but there was no one there to receive us and help with the luggage. I had to take the trolley myself and load up the luggage on my own. Rooms were ordinary and not representative of the price per night. Breakfast was fantastic. Food was well prepared, arranged, and tasted heavenly. Items were extremely fresh and ingredients were high quality. However, there was no consistency in the quality of the food. There was some noticeable difference in the cooking of some of the breakfast menu items from the first day to the second day. Some staff had impeccable service while others were curt and borderline rude. However, there was also a surprise bottle of champagne for our special occasion. The food and view are top notch, but despite that, I cannot justify paying more than SGD $1K a night, and I have to say it definitely felt way overpriced.

I love this hotel! My room was large and comfortable with a beautiful view. My favorite thing is that there are many hikes right out of the door. With other Dolomite hotels you have to drive or take a cable car to hike. The concierge team was wonderful and suggested great hikes. They also seemed to know exactly what was going to happen with the weather. The food is good, I really enjoyed the breakfast and there are several restaurants to chose from for dinner. Afternoon tea is really nice. The spa is big and clean. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. I cannot wait to go back!

From the dining to the views of the Dolomites and sky-lift from the hill top and everything in between -we had an amazing experience. The spa was clean and well run.if you ask they will let you use their hiking poles for a day of climbing. The cow bells were endearing all through the night although some people might not enjoy that - I DID!!

This Hotel is excellent ! Staff is helpful, friendly and very efficient. Rooms are great , comfortable and with a wonderful view - bathroom is great too. Breakfast is delicious with a great variety only with top quality ingredients The SPA is incredible, several different choices of sauna and a nice swimming pool and relaxing area .

Ultimate Apres vibe even though we did not come at the ski season. The terrace overlooking the Alpe di Siusi is beautiful. Service is amazing. Best surprise js the price: Aperol Spritz for 12EUR with no service charge!? Too good for an experience.

We stayed at Alpina Dolomiti several times before it was ‘sold out’ to COMO and wanted to see it again whilst staying close by, near Bolzano. We were shocked and saddened to witness how such a beautiful hotel has been ruined by COMO. The new colour scheme hurt my eyes and almost brought a tear to them. The designer responsible for stripping out the original design and warmth should not be allowed to work again. The blue everywhere is inconceivable. The coldness this introduces also emphasises the poor taste in soft furnishings that in blue themselves, clash in an explosiveness of bad taste.|We were not allowed to eat lunch, this was only for hotel guests only, not visitors, but were able to take a drink, so the legendary Alpine hospitality also seems to have been stripped out.|The rooms and suites have also seemingly been given the blue treatment so we will certainly not ever be returning to this once beautiful hotel. We sincerely hope that it will also have been dropped by The Leading Hotels Of The World.
