"A modern Indian restaurant that elevates comforting regional favourites—vada pav, banana-leaf bhetki maach, sarson ka saag—through seasonal, well-presented preparations and a strong in-house beverage programme that even produces some spirits and liqueurs like khus vermouth and fennel liqueur, with curated retail items available for purchase." - ByArundhati Ail

I had gone with my friend on a Sunday and we had one of the best meals we have ever had. Every dish we ordered was outstanding. Get the haleem, champaran mutton and salted chikki kulfi. The place is super popular so be sure to make a reservation.

Absolutely awesome atmosphere, with stylish and fun design that makes it look elegant, but at the same time, cool. Food came out quite quickly, and at a rapid rate. The food was all elegantly presented, and everything was equally good, which meant that everything was great. My favorite foods were definitely their chicken sliders and their famous mutton seekh kebab, which was served in a pool of delicious butter. Definitely worth the experience, I would come here again any day.

Great ambience. The menu was filled with amazing fusion dishes, my favourite was the Calcutta Bun. The ambience is good, you can expect a little waiting during weekends due to the crowd. The price is a bit to the higher side but I guess still worth it. Recommended.

Visited Comorin for dinner over the weekend and had a really nice experience. There was a waiting time of about 20 minutes since it was busy, but once seated everything went smoothly. The ambience is classy and modern, perfect for a high-end dining experience. We ordered Mini Vada Pav, Dal Pakwan, Mini Pao Bhaji, and Mutton with Sattu Paratha. The highlight for me was definitely the Mini Vada Pavs, they were absolutely delicious and so well made. The Dal Pakwan and Pao Bhaji were also flavorful, while the Mutton with Sattu Paratha was rich and satisfying. The portion sizes were adequate and filling, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The service was excellent , the staff were attentive, polite, and helpful throughout. Prices are on the higher side, but considering the food quality, ambience, and service, I’d say it’s worth it for a special outing. Overall, Comorin is a great choice if you’re looking for an upscale restaurant in the city with unique, flavorful dishes. I’d definitely recommend trying the Mini Vada Pavs if you visit!

I went with my friend to eat the famous pav bhaji.. The order took some time but it was worth the wait and every penny. I have never had such tasty pav bhaji. Ambience is also quite good and mostly corporate people visit. Overall and amazing must try experience

Beautifully plated casual Indian, a feast for all the senses! So many highlights from this meal - we really liked the piping hot mutton seekh kabab, especially with the Kashmiri bread with its hint of sweetness, soaking up the butter. The malai paneer rara had a glorious texture reminiscent of a meat stew yet it was all accomplished with paneer - and the sculptural laccha paratha only added to the visual delight. And of course, the signature pao bhaji was comparable to the best street vendors, yet perhaps elevated by the perfect pillowy mini paos. (I think the key takeaway is that the breads really are a step above.) We didn’t know this was by the same chef behind Indian Accent, but the creativity should have given it away. In terms of pure enjoyment, we might actually prefer Comorin…!

This was my second time at Comorin and let’s just say that it was a very mixed experience. We were a large group of 8 and there were no issues with the reservation process which was great. Between the 8 of us we ordered a lot to drink and eat. The service started off very good the food was coming promptly and we were attended by multiple servers constantly but 40 minutes into the dinner it changed. The servers were not as attentive and it made everything slow, the service of drinks became very slow and the cocktails in general were just okay and did not deliver on a flavour level. Talking about the food all dishes were cooked well there were no temperature or texture issues. But all dishes lacked that punch of flavour. Everything was more on the sweeter side which I did not appreciate. We ordered a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. My favourite in the small plates section was definitely the ghee roast Arbi it was a great take on arbi. They were surprisingly out of stock on 3 non-veg small plates dishes which was bizarre as they weren’t very exclusive or seasonal dishes. I was looking forward to eating the mutton seekh but they did not have it. I think at this price, plus the glory attached to the name I was expecting a culinary experience that I would remember for a long time but that wasn’t the case.
