"A place with a Mediterranean atmosphere located in the heart of Eixample, not far from Disfrutar (its big brother), which brings to Barcelona the same culinary concept that has triumphed in its namesake in Cadaqués. They surprise diners with a good variety of oysters and fairly modern dishes, with a certain international fusion and very much designed for sharing (the brown crab with avocado and trout roe stands out, as well as the original Disfrutar ‘Panchino’, with caviar and sour cream)." - Michelin Inspector

A really enjoyable experience. The dishes are precise, generous, and clearly designed to be shared. Everything feels balanced and thoughtful without being overcomplicated. Smooth, professional service. A place that stays in mind after the meal.

You can never go wrong at this place. The menu rotates every so often and every dish I’ve tried has been excellent. Compartir offers elevated cuisine without the steep prices you would pay at some Michelin-started options. Wine selection is fairly affordable. Given the large selection of small plates / appetizers, you do run the risk of ordering too much. The staff can help you pick the right amount.

Compartir Barcelona is an absolute gem in the heart of the city. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and refined, making it ideal for both special occasions and casual dinners with friends. The highlight, without a doubt, is the food. The tapas are served as elegant sharing plates, each one thoughtfully composed and bursting with flavor. The level of culinary craftsmanship is exceptional — every dish is a small masterpiece, both visually and in taste. It’s a modern take on traditional tapas, elevated to fine-dining quality without losing its sense of fun. Add to that the welcoming ambiance and stylish location, and you’ve got one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in Barcelona. Highly recommended for anyone looking to discover next-level tapas in a laid-back, yet sophisticated setting.

This is a lovely restaurant with share plates of elevated cuisine both local to Spain and around Europe. Portions are small, but almost everything was delicious. We got 5 appetizers and 3 mains for 4 people. Funny enough, the Paella here I found was not as good as much cheaper Paella found elsewhere in Barcelona - too salty for my taste.

We had an excellent meal at Compartir. Our reservation was "early" at 7:30 when they opened, so it was pretty empty when we arrived but filled up by the time we were eating. The cocktails were great and came out quickly. Each dish had its own time to shine and impress. The sardines were prepared beautifully and paired really nicely with the beets and raspberry. The tuna was the best take on tuna tartare we've ever had. The cod fritters were fried perfectly and served with an outstanding honey foam that was so good that our kids were happy to eat the fritters as long as the foam was on it. The cured salmon felt a bit like a starter, but was nonetheless delicious with the light torch tableside and salad. The pork ribs were for the kids and, without alteration, devoured. The bites I had were among the best bites of the evening. Lastly the hake came and the best way to put it is it reminded me of amazing fish and chips without the chips. Highly recommend. We couldn't decide on dessert so we order 3. The coconut mango omelet surprise was my favorite. The sesame one was the most interesting. And the liquid chocolate balls were a great last bite to the entire meal. The wait staff were very attentive and helpful. I saw some other comments mentioning poor experiences but that was not the case for us. The food pacing was also handled very well, never rushed and never lagging. Overall we had a really great meal as our last night in Barcelona.

Wonderful place with nice and knowledgeable staff. The food was an inventive presentation of some classics of local cuisine with a twist. All perfectly executed.

What a memorable meal! Definitely an experience worth sharing.. top quality dishes, stellar service, and an elegant yet cozy and unpretentious setting. Special thanks to Raquel (sommelier) for her genuinely warm smile and excellent wine recommendations! Table’s favorites were the mussels and razor clams, thai-style turbot was also a star dish.

Excellent refined tapas and bistro dining with a modern molecular twist on each dish with regards to the approach to flavors. Every dish was carefully prepared and plated beautifully. Staff were very attentive. Prices might look high but I think it is good value for what you are getting here. A high end but non-formal shared dining experience. Recommended.
