Les Parasols

A wonderfully located restaurant with a great view of the lake. Pleasant and attentive staff. They offer a mid-week formule which in this occasion wasn’t what we wanted so we ordered a la carte. The food we had was delicious but just one observation - when trendy restaurants describe their course with only three nouns, it doesn’t necessarily prepare you for what is to come - my partner had the “Gambas / Avocat Citronnée / Sésame” to start but there was no hint that it was raw or ceviche prawns which unfortunately are not to her taste. It was fine - I’m sure they would have changed it but we ended up just swapping starters, but if they aren’t going to put something like that in print, they really should tell you when handing out the menus.

Situated right next to the lake, this fancy, pretty luxurious restaurant is a really good place for special occasions, but not so good for a casual outing. Indeed, it's pretty expensive (25 euros on average for a meal), especially considering the meals themselves are quite small, so don't go there if you're really hungry! The food itself, however, is really good and the place is very stylish (definitely the prettiest restaurant in the duingt/st jorioz area), which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars.

Well located and fairly priced modern bistro/restaurant by the shore of Lake Annecy. The food was well presented and delicious; good selection of wines too, however my girlfriend was inadvertently given a glass of dessert wine to accompany her main. Would definitely recommend, I would imagine their terrace is delightful during the summer!

Très belle expérience dans ce magnifique restaurant situé dans un endroit de rêve. Le repas était délicieux et servis pour un groupe de 24 personnes dans un délai raisonnable! Je recommande fortement cet établissement !!

Très belle découverte. Un endroit calme et cosy. Un bel espace est aménagé au bord du lac avec des transats et des salons de jardin (très agréable pour y prendre l'apéritif le soir et profiter de la vue 😍). Le restaurant: il y a une dizaine de plats proposés pas plus et 2 ou 3 planches à partager. Il y a un peu de tout à des prix corrects. C'est très bien présenté et les produits sont de qualités. Pensez à réserver. Ne changez rien,nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The restaurant is a wonderful place. Waiters are nice and they adapted themselves to our requests. We went their for a birthday and Because we were a group of more than 12 people, we had a 3 dishes menu of 42€ proposed. Starter and dessert were great but the 2 main dishes proposed in the menu were not that good. They made a special lactose free dessert with sorbet and fruits, it was delicious !!! The red currant sorbet was awesome !!!! Wine OK but expensive. I will go back to this restaurant with a large because it was too expensive for what we had but I will just try to have the normal menu and try a dish and a dessert

The hotel is nice just on the lake surrounded by mountains. Service is very friendly and helpful. Modern, updated rooms with luxury bedding. Room was little bit too small, I would not mind to have a tea cattle or mini fridge for 4 stars hotel though. Restaurant on site is nice and service is superb, food is good.
