I know you can use olive oil and balsamic vinegar for a million different purposes, but my favorite is dipping a little sourdough bread in a combination of the two. I could spend hours here sampling every oil and vinegar they have. They always have something new I’ve never tried before, they offer classes, they have little snacks and accoutrements to go with the olive oil and/or balsamic vinegar. The olive oil varietals are always fresh, and they have a huge variety. Likewise of the vinegars; they have dark and white with a ton of different flavors. It’s hard to choose a favorite, but I adore their fig infused dark balsamic vinegar, and their mango infused white vinegar.
That said, be prepared to spend money. It’s expensive but you can taste the quality. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly (at least when I went there). Good for gifts or treating yourself.
