WONDERFUL STORE! I love everything about this store. Locally own. They have cooking classes and omg the food that will be made looks AMAZING. My boyfriend and I will definitely be going for Valentine's Day! We got to try all the balsamic's and oils! We ended up picking a balsamic and oil. They have lots of options for gifts! We got so many different things :) They have free recipe cards too! OBSESSED! If you're running low on oil or balsamic, please go here! Pricing was so reasonable and might even be cheaper than some grocery store options!

This is by far my favorite place to buy my oils and vinegars. Since finding this gem in Lakeway I have shopped no where else. I have gone in and the service is just as fabulous. Today Shannon helped me via phone to put together a birthday gift for my boss. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go check it out!

I absolutely love this place! It’s such a gem!! Tabatha, the owner and Rachel are inviting and it’s evident they love what they do. They’ll guide you through all of their oils and vinegars and help you pick the right ones based on your preferences. I highly recommend doing a private group tasting, you learn so much and it’s a fun experience!

What a cool store! I went here last week for a housewarming gift and was able to taste test 6 different oils/vinegars. The woman who worked there was very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I picked a lemon vinegar that can we added to food or to drinks (without all the sugar of a simple syrup), a 25-year aged balsamic that tasted like dessert, and a mild olive oil. I will definitely be coming back for gifts in the future or even for my own kitchen. Thanks for the great experience!

Love this place. I try to make a not-so-quick stop whenever we're in the area to see if they've added anything new to the selection. All their oils and vinegars have always been top-notch and well worth it. Plus their staff are super friendly and immensely helpful! If you like the nicer things to cook with in the kitchen, definitely try them out. Their selection is extensive, gives pairing suggestions, can all be sampled, and there's numerous size options to choose from if you love a certain flavor and want a lot or love a lot and want some variety in the pantry.

Conolios is a new favorite! I was shopping for healthy alternatives to liquor shots for a party and Rachel was a god send. She recommended the most amazing pairings while she and Kristina enthusiastically helped us explore so many flavors and pairings. The variety, intensity, and straight up deliciousness of these vinegars is astonishing. I walked out a very happy customer and am so excited to come back!

Come here to explore the world of olive oils and balsamic vinegar! With all the variety you can come up with a pretty long list of pairings. Shannon was extremely helpful and you can tell she is really passionate about what she has to offer. You can easily get carried away with all the tastings! I'll definitely come back to this cute boutique store!

This is a really cute olive oil, vinegar, and curated cooking goods shop! We love coming here for some amazing olive oils and vinegars for cooking and salads. Shannon was incredibly helpful in talking us through all the options- there are a lot- and even had some recipes printed for the recommendations. The balsamic and olive oils come from around the world and it shows- the quality is fantastic. I cant wait to use what we bought so we can come back! I heard they have classes here as well- we didnt have a chance to try one yet but will also be back for that!

I'm happy to see this business is celebrating its 15 year anniversary. They have great products and take the time to describe what makes a superior olive oil, balsamic vinegar and more. And you can taste before you buy. The stores stock lots of food like pestos and pasta, and some wine as well as serving pieces. A great place for gifts too.

I've been very lax in getting this review up, but I highly recommend Con' Olio's as a place to visit for all dedicated foodies! Owner Tabatha Conarko opened her two stores as the first Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) and balsamic vinegar tasting locations in Austin, and it's a welcome addition to the scene. I found this location to be well laid out, with friendly staff and a decent selection to choose from. The strength of CO is their willingness to let you taste pretty much anything in the store. While the star of the show is the olive oil, their flavored balsamic vinegars are well worth your time. A note to the newcomer to the world EVOO: You may find to your surprise that many samples are astringent and peppery! That's because fresh olive oil contains a high level of antioxidants, which provide multiple health benefits. I do wish that Yelp had half-star ratings as I'd give this location 4.5 stars if I could. The only reason I give this 4 is that the layout and selection are slightly more limited here as opposed to their flagship store at the Arboretum. Both are worth your time to visit.

Love this place!! They have soooo many organic olive oils to choose from! They all smell and taste amazing! They let you sample before you buy. They also have tons of other cute gift items to choose from as well! The staff have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I order in the store or if I ever call for questions. They also ship orders and make great gift ideas!! In short I love everything about this place.

I was amazed at the variety of olive oil and balsamic vinegar here. What's nice for newbies is you can buy a small bottle in the price range of $5, try it out and come back for more. There are also pastas including gluten free, pasta sauces and pesto, cooking utensils and high quality spices. This store also offers cooking classes and so, be sure to check the calendar. I got some Milanese herbed olive oil to start and I am enjoying it at home now. Can I move in?

Wonderful oils and balsamic vinegar free tastings which I found to be so interesting since I been to several places where they charge for tastings or dont give free tastings Bob helped me with giving me samples of the best tasting oils I ever had ....many are from Spain Portugal Italy and many other countries he gave a quick tour since I was on a time limit. I purschased two bottle of balsamic vinegar and a bottle of olive oil with such flavor I found myself in love with such a large section of tasty oils and varieties. I rated this small business by the assistance and educating me on all what they have to offer. I do know they are across the street from Hill county Galleria and close to marshalls. Next time I return I want more of an education or school they do have here And be sure to get schooled on the areas of the World what oils come from. I used to work at Con'olio and another oil store many moons ago. Once you go oil, you don't go back. I recently ran out of oil and was going to have my husband restock us, when we found out that the downtown location closed. So, this weekend, we made a special trip to the Bee Caves store. This location just moved from another part of Bee Caves, so make sure you go to the right one. With that being said, this is a brand new location! I'm so proud of Tabatha (the owner) for being able to expand her store. The location is great and I love the shared patio space where they are hoping to have Wine Down days; buy a bottle of wine in the shop and sip it on the patio. This new location also has a large kitchen space with tons of seating for all of the classes they like to do. I even got a chance to meet the new manager. He was very friendly.

My wife, Lauren and I made an impromptu trip to Con' Olio since we were in town from Dallas. The friendliness and hospitality at this place was phenomenal! They have incredibly delicious oils and vinegars with information on each, what food to use them on, what oil/vinegar they pair well with, crush dates, and where they are from. The employees spend quality time with you and help you with the most delicious pairings. They have reasonable prices and have the ability to order and ship online. 5 out of 5 recommend and will DEFINITELY be back!

For the home chef, this place rocks. Oils and vinegars to accent the home veggie garden. Tonight's dinner will serve raw greens and cheese, simply accented with Con Olio bottles.

I always enjoy visiting Con' olio! They have a huge selection of premium oils that are far better than what you get at any store.

All kinds of infused oils and vinegars. I got almost all my Christmas presents here last year :) really cool spot.

I love, love, love this place!!!!! I wish they would open a location in Houston so I wouldn't have to drive so far to get my butter olive oil. It's a great substitute for the real thing due to my low cholesterol diet. I've looked at shipping costs and it's about the same in gas money to drive up there and pick it up in person.

I love, love, love this store. I will never buy off the shelf balsamic vinegar again. I have been forever spoiled. I never knew there were so many types of vinegars and olive oils. Trying all the flavors and using the Harissa Olive Oil for spicy eggs, the aged Balsamic, the persian white balsamic has made cooking even better. My new favorite is finding out you can order on line and ship. I just bought a fruity sample pack of the balsamics and sent to mom in Florida for Mother's Day!!! The staff are also very helpful and the recipe cards and combination suggestions for the various oils and vinegars is super.

I love this store! I haven't bought salad dressing from the grocery store since I found this place. I highly recommend the walnut oil for salad dressing and the variety of vinegars makes it hard to decide what to buy. Everything is wonderful!

I went here for the first time today and loved it. I bought a large Tuscan olive oil, a small cranberry pear white balsamic and a chipotle olive oil all for a gift basket for my mom's birthday. (The last two mixed together make a fantastic vinaigrette!) The manager was super helpful, going above and beyond. After we did a little more shopping in the area, went went back and she helped us shrink-wrap my mom's gift basket! Everyone needs to get behind this local gem. Thank you!
