Concept 13 Restaurant

Let me share my thoughts about this place. Good: 1. Excellent food variety (something for every taste) 2. Beautiful dish presentation 3. For cigar lovers - a surprisingly decent selection with reasonable prices 4. Extensive wine and spirits collection (priced fairly) 5. Stunning views, especially from the terrace 6. Skilled chefs who truly know their craft Bad: 1. Atrocious service (slow, unfriendly, keeps forgetting orders) 2. Blatant discrimination - if you're not dressed "formally," staff treats you like dirt (even when your bill exceeds 1000 PLN/$250+ for two) 3. Mandatory service charge! - for this level of service, staff should be fired (especially if the venue claims to be high-end) Verdict: Worth visiting once - for the views and the impressive cigar lounge. But until they fix their staff's attitude, I won't be returning. I refuse to leave mandatory tips for people who clearly hate their jobs!

I went to the restaurant spontaneously, since I had some drinks in the bar (which i think belongs to it, too, but im nor sure about that, so this review will focus on the restaurant). The food was very good with surprising tastes and textures. The staff, both the waitress and the bartender, were attentive and very knowledgable about what the drinks amd food respectively. The food menu is limited, as per usual with more higher class restaurants, although I woukd say that there is something for every taste. The alcoholic drinks menu is vast. It is in an upper price range, however very worth it, in my opinion.

Concept 13 is solid. I have been wrestling with myself whether to give it 5 or 4 stars. Location is where it put me off. In some building where all the designer brands are clustered together like some part of an international airport and everything is duty free. Vibe wise there is a certain whiff of ostentatious flair when you walk in. Maybe that's the vibe they're after. Some people love that, I'm not too sure... it has the potential to be even better but I think I'm now just rambling and nitpicking Let's focus on the food. Actually very decent. Definitely 5/5 if rating just the food. I had lunch here and it makes me curious what dinner would be like. I had the beef rib with pepper sauce with the grilled cabbage. A simple combination which worked so well. No frills I actually really liked it all. Value wise I did think I was quite pricey but that's maybe the location for you..

We tried this restaurant thanks to a recommendation of a local friend and we absolutely loved it. We were greeted by a piano playing and the atmosphere felt special. The service is exceptional. We had burrata, steak tartar and spaghetti with shrimp and courgette and they were amazing. Definitely recommend an outdoor seat as you can enjoy the terrace.

We had a social event for 240. We had 3 course alternate dinner. Our attendees were pleased with the Michelin Inspired meal.

Very average and overpriced food. The service was great, the atmosphere was ok, but the food wasn’t worth the price. It was lacking taste and finesse, the prices here are beating top restaurants in Warsaw, but they are nowhere near the quality and taste of such. The staff was welcoming, nice, kind and chatty! But the food which should be the star was mediocre. Will not come again!

You can come here for a date or friends catch up: nice view, terrace, stylish interior and good champagne and wine selection. Pastry chef is professional, main dish and food presentation was good. Other positions including homemade bread were too average for the cost, really and service isn’t best. But they could adjust some positions for the vegetarian/vegan options. 5th floor

This is one of the best restaurants in Warsaw, the best place for business lunch or formal dinner. The menu is not complicated, but attentive staff will help you decide if it is your first time there. For me, it was the sixth visit in Concept 13 and I have never been disappointed with their service. The rich wine list and fancy selection of dishes for the main menu will take you on a journey to the world of Warsaw chefs’ fantasies. The rooftop terrace is a great choice for sunny summer evenings.

Okay sooo their Caesar Salad with Chicken is prob the only thing I found worth my while. Last time I went I tried their tasting menu and am still bit convinced the dishes I was served were not real. It was that bad. One of the soups tasted like just boiled beef stock without any seasoning. We ordered from their prefix menu and at like one out of the 5/6 dishes. And the other dish was literally a bowl of mayonnaise with ball of meat underneath. If these were actual dishes, I would say this is for sure just a place to sit after shopping downstairs or having a meeting without food. My drink was decent though. They have a solid bartender.

I'm not sure why this gets such mixed reviews. I loved it. It's a beautiful space at the top of a building with all designer clothing. I mean every label you every heard of starting with Louis Vuitton , on the bottom floor. The restaurant is on the 6th floor. The service was great the food excellent. I had beef with Spatzl last. Dinning partner had pasta with black trumpets and real caviar! Very reasonable for the space and quality!

I was here for drinks with friends on Saturday evening. The experience was pretty disappointing. Although the decor is modern the service is definitely from times long past. I ordered a mojito that was short on alcohol. I asked the waiter why is my drink so light on alcohol and he informed that the owner's policy is to pour only 40 ml of alcohol per drink and that he would get in trouble if he poured more. The staff is confused and is not concentrated on serving customers. Also we asked for the AC to be turned down, which can't be done. Most guest where bundled up and wearing coats due to the draft. SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED MENU AND OVER HYPED. DEAR OWNER you need to reconsider your business model and start getting feedback from customers otherwise you are only posturing and pretending to be in the luxury business. Customer is number 1, not you.

Ate here on Sunday at 12pm. The restaurant only had one other table, which was fine. I had the tartar and prawn dishes which were good. However, it was let down by the staff. I asked for my bill and waited for about 10 minutes (bear in mind the restaurant was empty and I was dining alone). A group of 4 or 5 girls including what looked like a manager were gathered around a phone laughing. I signalled to them over the room and was ignored. About 25 minutes after requesting the bill I received it, only after putting my coat on and holding my credit card. No apologies were offered. Service is part of what you pay for in supposedly good restaurants so I would expect for it to be far superior, especially when the restaurant is empty.

Great food. Absolutely beautiful space. My hotel said that I definitely need reservation for this restaurant... But when I got there (8:30pm on a Thursday night) only 2 tables were occupied... I found the menu quite limited. And just ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp. I thought it was delicious. I wish I was hungry to try more. The waitstaff are professional and well-trained. 4 stars because it just didn't have the vibe I was hoping for.

A lounge bar and grill in a mall. The view is great but there isn't much atmosphere. Flagging down a waiter can be challenge in this spacious, two-level venue. Going to the bathroom takes a long trek. Might be a good choice in evening when other places in the area are sure to be crowded. It was pretty quiet on a Friday when we were there.

In the modern and fashionable building, it has a wonderful view of the city from the balcony. Good atmosphere and tasty meals. I'm afraid how much it costs. Looks expensive. I feel it's suitable for the business meetings and some special events such as anniversaries.

What a rip off. The place charges way too much for a not very special view, Basically it was a view of the PGE roof and all it's cables and air conditioners. Yes nicer than inside a dark place but not for the prices or quality. The warm bread and absolutely delicious and the whipped butter magnificent. Yes, they served plenty of ice cubes with the water but fo 20 pln nothing special. The food was sad, no soup or pasta of the day so stuck with the basic lunch menu at 16:30, We ordered the shrimp in wine and the sauce was tasty indeed and the baguette with it was still warm and tasty but it was destroyed with the unveined extremely rubbery overcooked shrimps The chicken cutlet in crumbs and cheese was a half single breast with dry low quality cheese on it. The worst was that we had to order and pay 18 pln for each of the tiny veggie side dishes, the spinach was super bland and the grilled veggies were chared but not really cooked. How Michelin could even mention this sub quality over priced location is incredible to me. The service was good when they came down our way but they didn't make the effort much and my knife had fallen on the floor and I left it to see what would happen and three different people had come to the table for different reasons and each glanced at it but let it stay.. All in all not a great after taste was left both literally and figuratively.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, and also by Michelin-guide. We wanted something different and non-traditional. We took a taxi and we had some problems finding it. Located in the centrum area, in a building where there's luxury shops. Several elevators up and the restaurant was found at the 13th floor. Dark lighting, cool interior and very low music streaming out. Not so very crowded and since we could book for three the same day it was great. Friendly staff but we would have expected more from them. They were not giving us outstanding service but more basic service. We had a three meal dinner, beaf tartar for starter. Tasted good but not so fun presented. Main course was entrecote, a big piece, served with potatoes. Not really WOW but more mediocre. The dessert was however a fantastic masterpiece -Dulce de leche- so a great way to finish the dinner. I dont think I would go come back to this restaurant!
