Google
My kids say, "Amazing food," "loved the taste and flavor of every item we ordered." The BEST Chile relleno and black beans. We ordered the most salsa dip here Churros topped with blueberry ice cream is absolutely delicious, and the ice cream quality is rich. The price per menu item is relatively high, and so are other restaurants within the Arsenal yards space. Nonetheless, we will definitely visit again. Also, free parking in the garage next door

Google
I enjoyed their Pastor tacos with rice and beans, modified for no cheese for my dairy allergy. The staff was fairly confident about their menu, and they had no issue accommodating my food allergy. We also had some chips and salsa for the table.

Went here for date night and it was the best decision. Food was so delicious, it was very tasteful. We sat at the bar, Saul the bartender was so friendly and was making the best drinks. We will definitely come back soon and sit at the bar again.

Google
One of the best Mexican Restaurants I have visited in a while! The “Don” Margarita was outstanding. The Nachos I ordered were delicious and perfectly made! 5 stars easy!! This is a MUST GO place to check out!!

Google
The fact that they make their fish tacos with cod (not tilapia, gross) and they have flan means I will certainly be back. I had one fried and two grilled. They were both awesome. The steak on top of the enchiladas was great but the tortillas weren’t perfect and you should put your sauce inside the enchiladas so that we don’t run out…fun atmosphere and attentive staff. I am so into flan

Google
It's a surprise waiting for you. We didn't expect too much being in Watertown and choosing it on a whim, but we were pleasantly surprised by the authentic flavor of the food with some creative twists. It is not a large establishment, but will accommodate larger groups. Diego was our server and you could tell he likes his job. He gave phenomenal recommendations and served us well. We will be returning and recommending to others

First time at Condessa. Ash my bartender made an incredible tequila guava specialty drink for a trivia pub crawl. And damn it’s delicious—11/10. Intimate space, great vibe. Will be back for the food.

Google
Incredible meal. Everything we ordered was scrumptious from the complimentary chips and salsa to our meals. I ordered the chimichanga and my wife had the molé poblano. The flan is *chefs kiss* we devoured it before I thought to get a photo of it. Haha! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant

Yelp
The place was a couple of years old so it looked brand new. There was a heavy Mexican influence with Mexican music, pictures and staff. I had a Barbados burrito served as a bowl. The bowl was actually warm which I found as a nice touch. It had beans, rice, guacamole, meat and lettuce. I was plenty full so the portion size was more than enough. Once again parking was a concern. I parked in a neighboring parking lot but because it was a Sunday, I had to look for a space. I was looking for a variety platter so I could test a sampling of items. If they revise their menu, I would consider adding this as an entree. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for Mexican cuisine.

Yelp
The chips and salsa were served promptly as we sat down, but they were uninspired and commercial-tasting. When you order and the dishes come out in literally under two minutes, beware! My wife's enchiladas verdes were stuffed with cold, unmelted grated cheese, and my enchiladas mole came out at room temperature. Needless to say, with so many really good Mexican restaurants in Watertown, we won't be coming back. And for God's sake, turn down the music.

Yelp
La Condesa in Watertown is a hidden gem for Mexican food that you don't want to miss. The restaurant has a very cool atmosphere, and both the food and service are amazing. We came to celebrate my partner's birthday, and the staff graciously held our cake in their refrigerator until we were ready for it, which we really appreciated. Everyone in our party ordered different dishes, and there was unanimous enjoyment across the board. We started with guacamole and chips, along with the salsa they provide. The salsa was delicious, and the guacamole was incredibly fresh. I had the chicken fajitas, which were brought out in a skillet, still sizzling hot with onions and green peppers. The dish was complemented perfectly with a tostada topped with black beans, rice, tortillas, a bit of salad, cheese, and cream. The drinks were delicious too, I definitely recommend their margaritas. Adding to the fun, there was a promotion going on, and I signed up and won a Codigo Tequila branded fire-pit. Thank you, La Condesa, for a wonderful evening. We can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I visited Condesa for the first time yesterday and was a bit underwhelmed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with bar and standard seating available. The bar is well stocked, with a wide selection of tequilas. Parking was easy since there's plenty of spaces available in the plaza. We ordered shrimp ceviche, calamari, and street corn. This is where the experience started to go downhill. The shrimp ceviche was just okay but lacked the acidity and vibrant flavors you expect. The dish consisted of shrimp, cucumber, and avocado, without the added color and taste that ingredients like tomatoes, cilantro, and peppers could have provided. The calamari was a disappointment as well. The batter was really crunchy and hard. The texture overpowered the calamari itself. The sauces served with it were good. The street corn was the biggest letdown. It was overcooked, which gave it a mushy texture, and was overly acidic. This simple, classic dish missed the mark entirely, lacking the flavor and crunch you'd expect. The sticks used for the street corn were also useless, very flimsy. The service was very good. Our waiter was sweet and attentive. The highlight of the meal was the complimentary chips and salsa. Condesa has potential, but the flavors of the food need significant improvement as everything we tried was bland.

Yelp
I think this restaurant should have more stars. The ambiance is great for a fun hangout with friends. Margaritas come in lots of great fresh fruit flavors, and there are tons of dishes that you can try. I'm a sucker for good refried beans- and these honestly remind me of what I've had in Mexico. Their rice is great too. & Those are just the basics! I think the steak is super flavorful- and recommend dishes with steak, if you like meat. We recently had super satisfying takeout from here, and were surprised that they added fresh chips as well. I also really liked the fresh tortillas that came with the dish, and enjoyed making tacos with steak, avocado, and the super spicy grilled jalapeño.

Yelp
First time here and I already can't wait to come back. The food was good, the drinks were great the our waitress Fernanda was amazing. She was funny and helpful. I don't regularly drink margaritas but the Don was delicious. I had a taco salad with chicken and it was way better than I expected. My wife got the steak and chicken fajita combo. The steak was so flavorful. The chicken was good, just not as good as the steak. The free chips and salsa to start were so so good. We were hear on a Saturday afternoon and the place was quiet but busy. Spanish music playing in the background which added to the entire experience.

Yelp
Food was fine even though it took over an hour to serve 2 people and 15 minutes to serve a party of 8. We waited so long for the food, it was less than warm when if finally arrived. The mixed drink was more liquor than anything else, too strong. At first I felt for our waitress as she was the only one on duty- manager didn't help her at all. But then I realized a table with more people was to priority. Very disappointing. One and done.

Yelp
Visiting the area for work from NYC. Major storm rolled in, so place was packed. Hostess was amazing and let me know when a bar seat was open. Like. Cheers to her! Food was so good. Drinks amazing. Staff wonderful. If I ever find myself in this area again- I will 100% be back!

Yelp
My friend and I both got terrible food poisoning the other night. Zero stars do not go

Yelp
Everything started out great- the salsa and guacamole was great; I asked the waitress if she would recommend me ordering the salmon- she said it's a popular item, so I felt encouraged; I asked for medium rare, she said "no problem". As soon as we received our food, the service stopped. No more refill on beverages, no checking how our food was, we had to flag her down every time we needed something- it appeared her child was there and kept her busy. My salmon was way overdone, they cooked the life out of it: it was dry and unappetizing. The accompanying mashed potatoes looked and tasted gross. Also, they took the leftover guacamole without asking. I would have rather had two more bites of the guac than the lifeless salmon.

Mona K.

Yelp
I had such high hopes for this place. It was really, really disappointing. I asked for a standard bar cocktail and it was a struggle to get them to make it. The food was just so mediocre, and what really bothered me is I got their Burrito California and the middle was DOWNRIGHT COLD. Everyone felt like this was one step down from Chi Chis in the 80s. Maybe they were having an off night, that's ok. But will never go back and don't recommend.

Yelp
We walked in at 12:10 in our order wasn't taken until 12:49. I ordered a drink, a smoky pineapple, something, and it tasted like smoke water. I don't think there was any liquor in there at all, but they attempted. I asked if they need Margaritas Blended which the waitress replied yes but she brought it to me on the rocks and when I reminded her I wanted to Blended she told me they only do it on the Rocks so I just took the drink. I regret that I did because, again, it just tasted like Smoky water in ice. So after that long awake to order the food came pretty quickly and it was very mediocre, they give you beans and this tortilla shell which is kind of cute but it literally only is enough to cover the bottom of it which means it's a tiny bit of beans. I wasn't feeling the rice texture, but the taste wasn't really bad. I ordered fish tacos fried, and it was kind of dry. If you leave it in the taco, you will need sauce. The salmon was overcooked, so it had like a rubbery consistency. The veggie tacos were good. The service, if you have somewhere to go, doesn't come in because it's slow.

Yelp
We had a family dinner there recently. The food was outstanding, very creative takes on Mexican. Ingredients were obviously fresh and carefully sourced. The drinks were excellent and the service from the staff attentive and personable. I can't recommend Condesa highly enough!

Yelp
Ate there last night after a trip to the Majestic movie theater. Split the burriot, sans chicken, with my spouse, and it was plenty along with the chips and salsa, which is authentic. Friend ordered the enchiladas. Nothing left on either plate. The only negative, and that's a bit strong, is the food is never piping hot. Usually slightly warm only. Yet the flavor is dynamite. No tequila as we gave up alcohol but in past trips there, the margaritas were magnificent.

Yelp
Imagine a cooking competition, but judged by regular people who may eliminate a dish because of a disdain for sour cream (or something). I try to avoid deducting stars for personal preference, which makes writing balanced reviews tricky. This was the case with the Al Pastor Tacos. I tried the Jalapeño Calamari, Tacos Al Pastor, and a virgin Margarita (requested as not too sweet). Chips and salsa were also served to start. The chips were nothing to write home about, and they seemed like they were out of a bag and lacked even salt. The salsa offered some redemption. While it wasn't chunky as I prefer, I will give them points for the salsa being delightfully peppery! The Jalapeño Calamari was excellent! It was cooked to perfection, and the squid wasn't rubbery! The breading was very crisp and had a pleasant level of heat. The Chipotle aioli was enjoyable and added a lovely creaminess and additional savoriness. It did take a little of the edge off the heat, interestingly. Meanwhile, while I liked the jicama as an ingredient, its use as a garnish in this dish felt out of place. Calamari is finger food, and julienned jicama is not; do I grab a ton of matchsticks and devour them that way? I'm on a first date here! I want to seem like a gentleman, not a barbarian. Finally, there's the question of the fried jalapeños the menu claimed would make an appearance, and they did not. There were instead three slices of fresh (uncooked) pepper, and that's it. With this dish, word of advice (and I make no claim this originates in the mind of greatness). Combine the jicama, jalapeño, and maybe another ingredient (or two) into a side salad or slaw. The Tacos Al Pastor is where this review starts to get hairy for me. Before I break out the stocks and pillory the poor chef, let me share some positives. First, they do not skimp on meat. The amount of pork is just right, not so much they overflow, not so little it seems like a condiment. Second, points for authenticity with the tacos being topped with just onion and cilantro. Third, I enjoyed the rice and beans. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the beans though mashed, had terrific flavor and texture. However, here comes leading the chef to the stocks. This is where I try to be lenient as it applies to stars: If I were to condense my issue with the tacos into a sentence: they lack 'oomph.' The pork seemed more braised (together with pineapple). This could be a 'me' thing as I am not a fan of braised meat. However, braised or not, the flavors of both protein and pineapple seemed muted. As for texture, it was somewhere between tender and tough. Same thing with moisture, not dry, but not what I call moist either. Now, I realize pork is not inherently a tender or moist meat, yet this preparation still left some to be desired. If I can suggest one change (without redoing the pork), it is to add a crema or other sauce, preferably with a touch of heat). When it comes to the [not too sweet] virgin margaritas, these were, as the server described them, "Fancy lemonade." While these were enjoyable, they landed on the bill at $10. Mocktails are in a grey area in terms of price... I get why they wouldn't cost as much as coke, and they should be cheaper than their alcoholic cousins. However, whereas most margaritas are $12, ten bucks for "fancy lemonade" seems excessive. Finally, there is the service. Our server was kind, knowledgeable, and had a cheerful demeanor. However, I found the overall service slow, and I could have been more attentive. While the Jalapeño Calamari was excellent, the rest of the meal and the service left some to be desired. It might be a good place for a bevy and some apps, but I don't feel a draw to return for a sit-down dinner.

Yelp
Wonderful spot with great ambiance, drinks, and food. The service was also fantastic during a business meeting.

Stuart E.

Yelp
The acoustics make for a very loud dinning experience. The tortilla soup came out warm with way too much salt. This was a one and done dinning experience, not to be repeated.

Yelp
Nice restaurant with great service. Staff were attentive and friendly. There is plenty of parking in the area. I quite enjoyed the shrimp tacos and the Don. The drinks were sting. The guacamole was yummy and filling. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The decor matches the style of the place. Restrooms where clean. Ended up not having room for dessert. But I recommend and when I town will return. Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

Yelp
We had seen this restaurant every time we came to Arsenal yards but hadn't been until now. Seems like they're quite popular. Glad we made reservations few days ahead. Also, with the holidays, places get busy. Really cool entryway with a huge bright colorful glass chandelier! Also cool holiday decor. Inside seemed smaller than I'd thought it would be. And it was packed which is a good sign. Chips and salsa for the table came immediately and was tasty. The salsa was more of a sauce rather than chopped. We ordered the La Sandia watermelon margarita which was really good. Street corn on the cob with cheese was quite good but I've had better. For entrees we ordered the chili lime salmon, the enchilada mole, and the pork burrito. Everything was tasty. I was looking for a lime or lemon to squeeze on my salmon and fished out the wedge of lime out of the margarita hehe!! Decor is cool with a mix of graphic art and food pictures on the walls. The wall of windows is lined with hanging plants which is nice. It is a bit loud but that's to be expected since it's a small space and lots of people, plus the music. Overall nice meal and worth trying at least once.

Yelp
I came to the Boston area on a work trip and met with a friend at Condesa during my free time. The vibe was really cool and perfect for a night out with friends or date night! We started with drinks, I got the La Sandia margarita and she got the Diablo margarita. We both enjoyed our drinks and had complimentary chips and salsa to snack on while we waited for our food. Next was the queso fundido which was my favorite taste of the night, my only complaint is we definitely did not get enough tortillas to enjoy it with, but we had some chips left so we used those to finish it off. At this point, we were very full but our entrees were coming. I had ordered the Mexican burger, and while I could only eat half of it, it was very flavorful. Usual ordering a burger at a Mexican or Tex mex place is against my rules (there are so many better options!) but I couldn't resist a burger made with the combo of chorizo and beef, and topped with jalepeno and avocado *chefs kiss* I was not disappointed. I also was so focused on my plate and our conversation catching up, that I'm not really sure what my friend got- but I know she enjoyed it!

Yelp
Ate here before a movie with family and we were pleasantly surprised by this stumble upon. Great lively place, menu huge (I haven't even touched surface) and service very fast. Starters: Nachos guacamole Queso Fumdido Meal: Camarones Al Ajillo (great portion, lots of shrimp, peppers perfect kick, rice good and easy to make each roll up)
google avatar

Yelp
The food was very, very good! I do wish the sauce on the Chile wasn't as thick, but everything was delicious as always. My boyfriend had the Chile Lime Salmon and its one of our favorite dishes! The chipotle mashed potatoes are AMAZING! I also always appreciate any restaurant with good mocktails on their menu! Parking here is easy and the staff is super friendly! Also helps that they play great music!
google avatar

Yelp
A Mexican restaurant in Arsenal Yards! Boy, this place has options. Their portions are reflective of their prices, but the food is hot, fresh, and tasty. I ordered the "Mocajete" which came out in a sizzling red Chile sauce, paired with roasted nopales, queso fresco, and slices of an array of meats, from "Carne Asada" to "Pork adobado" and grilled chicken. It came with refried beans, rice, corn tortillas for $40! I felt it was appropriate for the amount of food. The molcajete we ordered was split into two, I was pleased with this gesture. They have a large selection of alcoholic drinks like margaritas and cocktails but I tried the non-alcoholic Horchata and it paired nicely with the Chile-based foods I was eating. I highly recommend the ceviche as well.
google avatar

Christina V.

Yelp
I've been here for lunch a couple times and things weren't bad but not amazing. One time I had a taco salad bowl which I liked. Their guacamole was very under seasoned last time I was there. Margaritas are good and strong. Service was decent but when we got the check last time we were charged dinner prices at lunch. When we alerted our server, he got the manager and both of them looked shocked like they've never seen the lunch menu before! They adjusted the prices (a $4 difference) which we appreciated but I can't imagine how many people have been paying the wrong price!
google avatar

Yelp
Unique selections done very nicely. I had the Poblano with cashew sauce. Delicious. Bartender is friendly and efficient. Recommended.

Yelp
Authentic Mexican food. Fun vibe on a busy Saturday evening. Good service even though it was so busy.

Anthony S.

Yelp
The food is pretty great here, I love the Enchiladas Suizas. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the area, but the last two times I went in the service was rather poor. Wrong items brought out, old pomegranates in the guacamole, inconsistent service and ignored over 3 requests for chips and salsa even though they were putting them out at empty tables. Yesterday I didn't have my water filled once, and we were essentially rushed out after closing which was a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps someone should have told us that they didn't want to serve anyone else and we could have been to one of the other great restaurants in the plaza.
google avatar

Erica L.

Yelp
I've been at least 3 or 4 times and it is consistently good. The drinks are great- especially the La Fresa margarita and spicy margarita. I've gotten the quesadilla, carne asada and the burrito (pictured below) and all have been good. The churros were delicious as well. The food came quickly, and the servers are very kind. You can't make a reservation online but if you call you can!
google avatar

Tuli S.

Yelp
Cute new place in Arsenal yards! I liked the atmosphere, drinks, and service. We ordered a bunch of food and all of it was good but not great. The corn was not like typical elote corn, would not recommend. The shrimp dishes were both tasty but $23 was too high a price point for what we got. The steak in the steak tacos was not seasoned at all! Surprising for a Mexican place. Huge portion but it wasn't tasty. Drinks were great! Would highly recommend. Also the tres leeches and churros were delicious. I'd come back for drinks and dessert but would not order main meals here again.
google avatar

Barbara A.

Yelp
Nice addition to the Arsenal Yards! We came for an early dinner and a couple going out the door advised us to sit at the bar for faster service and I am glad they did. The margaritas were awesome! We ordered three appetizers - the street corn, the tamales, and the queso fundido. The street corn was awesome and the queso fundido was flavorful (would have preferred flour vs the corn tortilla but live and learn). I cannot wait to go back for a full dinner. The bar staff was exceptional.

Jarred C.

Yelp
We sat at the bar and had steak and chicken combo fajitas Chips and salsa included when seating down Guacamole And a chicken quesadilla Good fast service. Excellent staff and great environment Norma Jean made us bomb margaritas Had the Fresca and the don Will return!
google avatar

David R.

Yelp
First visit... Business dinner, so didn't get to the extensive tequila menu, but it's pretty impressive. Had the barbacoa burrito; I was looking for something out of the ordinary chicken or beef burritos that one gets at most restaurants. I got it. The beef is a decent brisket cooked well, and there are slices of it in the burrito. There is plenty of meat and the salsa Verde on top was tasty and well balanced. The burrito is quite large, as you can see in the picture. That's not a bad thing; if I had eaten fewer of the chips and salsa ahead of time, I would have had more room. Overall, a good experience and I will be back.
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
The chilaquiles was very average. The chicken and avocado tasted very fresh but there WAY too much tortilla chips at the bottom and felt like there wasn't enough beans/cheese. I would not get this again at brunch. The guac was really delicious though! We got that to share between the 4 of us and it was yummy. Service was also good. Waitress was really nice. Food was also FAST which we liked and everyone liked the vibe of the restaurant. Bathroom was also CLEAN!

David E.

Yelp
If six stars were available, they would get six. We have had great Mexican cuisine in NM, AZ, CA, and Mexico, but this place was over the top excellent. The shrimp ceviche was perfection (not a mean feat) and the chicken tortilla soup was a delicious and hearty meal all by itself. Everything we saw around us looked amazing. But it was the mole that sent this restaurant into the stratosphere. I have an obsession with mole. I could happily consume theirs on a nightly basis. Absolute perfection. The desserts were great; the flan is a must. The service was great. The vibe was great. Come to think of it - Seven stars.
google avatar

Kyle R.

Yelp
Great service. Food is always amazing, love the tequila selection and tequila lockers. Great music.

Lynn B.

Yelp
I liked the lively music, service, and food price point. However, the food confused me because somethings were flavorful and others were NOT at ALL. A big complaint for me (first time I am saying this in ANY review) is how weak the drinks were. The margarita's had some nice flavors, but my entire group (including those who rarely drink) questioned if there was any alcohol in the drinks at ALL! If I am spending 16 dollars for one drink then I expect some alcohol in it. I did give this restaurant a second chance and mentioned the weak drink (which I've never done in my life!) but I still got the same thing. I think this restaurant has potential, but changes need to be made to bring anyone back a second time.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Been here three times and they DO NOT disappoint!! The food is amazing, and the service is top notch!!! You've got to try this place!
google avatar

Teresa C.

Yelp
Awesome service with lots of vegetarian options. The chips and salsa were kept a plenty with the salsa being full of flavor. We ordered 4 vegetarian options - Tacos Pablanos, Sopas veggie, Veggie Enchiladas, and California burrito w/o meat. We will be back again.

Katie M.

Yelp
The food is good but the service has been abysmal the last three times I've visited. The servers never come back to do even one refill, and I could see our waitress sitting and on her phone instead of attending us. They become agitated at any small request and usually perform the request wrong. I used to love this place, but the lazy service is keeping me from coming back

Emily F.

Yelp
The location is convenient and the staff were friendly (although they could hire more people, service was slow) but most importantly the margarita (which is the staple drink) was bad (which is hard to do) my husband didn't even finish his, my burrito was literally just meat and rice and beans for $20, husbands salad was super bland. I feel like they are just riding off the location/being a chain and not putting any effort into it.

Magen H.

Yelp
I am born and raised in California and we just moved here in August. We were missing CA Mexican food and found Condesa. Their guac is great and fish ceviche is amazing! Their Molcajete is the best I have ever had. The steak has the best flavor! If you are looking for the best Mexican food this is your place! Their staff is also super kind. They brought us multiple salsa options since we love spicy food. The decor is super fun and they always have great music playing. A must visit!
google avatar

Ivenise C.

Yelp
I loved this place at the beginning, but the last 2 times that I have been there the experience have been different. The chicken in the enchiladas look literally like canned chicken, plus there is no seasoning in it. It's a shame, since the place is cute and conveniently located. I hope they can change this and make better enchiladas. Also, the service is getting bad.
google avatar

Steph J.

Yelp
It's been like a year since I ate here. I don't recall what I had to be transparent, but I do recall that the whatever we had was mediocre at best and expensive. It's not very authentic tasting Mexican at all. Very bland in comparison if you've ever actually had good Mexican food.
google avatar

B. B.

Yelp
I really like some of the dishes on their menu qnd was hoping they'd offer delivery at some point. They're finally on grubhub, but a lot of the prices seem to be a whopping 50% (!!!!???!) markup from in-restaurant prices. And that's before the service and delivery charges or the tip. So a dish that cost $20 in-restaurant is $30 on GH and then with taxes, fees, and tip ~$40. No thanks

Yelp
Condesa is a nice addition to the growing Arsenal Yards. The space is decorated beautifully. We sat in our own little section up front and felt very safe! The wait staff were incredibly friendly. The chips and salsa were an excellent start. I enjoyed my "Jamaica" margarita - light hibiscus flavor, not too strong. The entrees were nothing special, but nothing really bad either! Side of retried beans and rice were delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my dinner at Condesa and would return! Lots more food options to try!
google avatar

Jeffrey L.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed. Was really hoping for a new go to spot for tacos and Mexican food but this was more like a chain restaurant experience. They try super hard to upsell you on drinks, you barely get half a coke in one glass and they charge for refills. Ceviche was okay but nothing special. Carnitas were dry and the Sopes were forgettable. My wife had the fish tacos but she said they weren't that good either. Overall you can get a much better meal at other Mexican food restaurants around and I wouldn't recommend coming here. It's basically feels gentrified for tourists. Also skip the hot sauce, they brought out a store brand bottle. Valentina Hot sauce. Just wish they made more things authentic and in house.

Yelp
What's not to love? Margaritas, tacos, enchiladas, they have it all! Three of us went on Friday night and snagged seats at the corner of the bar. Firstly, the place is lit up nicely. Sometimes places can be too dark. The bar seats were super comfy, the bar was nice and our bartender, Tia, was great! We were served promptly and our drinks were always full. What I had: Diablo margaritas ($12) 10/10- wow these were some of the best spicy margaritas I've had in a while!! All of us ordered this. Definitely get this!! House margaritas ($8) 7/10- a basic margarita, a bit too much sour mix. I don't recommend. Al pastor tacos ($17) 8.50/10 - you get 3 tacos with rice & beans. These were pretty good with a decent amount of meat which was delicious. Would recommend! Also, they serve you fresh hot chips with delicious salsa. Usually the salsa isn't great at Mexican places that give it out for free, but wow sooo good. Overall, decent prices, good margaritas and delicious food.

The drinks and ambiance were great but the food was just ok. Excellent customer service though. My burrito was swimming in sauce, it made the tortilla soggy, not many shrimp inside but tons of onions and peppers. I feel like the burritos should be smaller and more shrimp inside. It felt more like a veggie burrito. My husband did enjoy the chicken tortilla soup but felt like the quesadillas were lacking flavor. I would try it again. We've been to many Mexican restaurants so we expected a lot more flavor.
