The 33 Best Restaurants in Zurich, Switzerland | Eater
"There are many excellent chocolatiers in Zurich, but when in doubt, head to Sprüngli. The well-established brand has locations on seemingly every corner. The chocolate is great, but if you need a break from chocolate, try one of the macaroons, which are slightly larger than a fingernail and packed full of flavor." - N.A. Mansour
"Paradeplatz's Chocolate Heaven There are 14 outposts of the famed chocolate shop in and around town, but the one to go to is its flagship, which occupies a prime corner perch on Paradeplatz. There are gorgeous displays of Sprungli’s signature sweet, the Luxemburgerli, Lilliputian takes on the macaron; its exquisite line of truffles; and its dense, rich, uniquely shaped Truffe cake—quite possibly the best chocolate cake ever. Don’t miss its gorgeous second-floor café."

The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a refined coffee break or gift shopping. Prices are premium, but the craftsmanship and flavors are well worth it. For me the best was their coffee ice cream—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. A must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth in Zurich.

This is real Swiss chocolate. When you visit this place you see locals having coffee and some treats, or going and buying chocolate for themselves/friends. I think we were the only tourists there for our visit. The staff were fine, but not the best service experience that we have received in Zurich. The selection is amazing. I wish I could have tried everything! Not only is the chocolate delicious, it’s presented in a gorgeous manner.

Get ready to be amazed by the different colours, flavours and sizes of chocolate in this astonishing chocolatiere shop. I guarantee that this chocolate is the best one you had ever tasted! The prices are a little high but it's really worth the high value delights.

It was hard to choose what to buy in this shop. Everything looked so perfect and delicious! We decided on some mini macarons and chocolate covered macarons. We enjoyed the different flavors. My favorite was passionfruit. I wish I had bought some more things here!

After paying some delicious Swiss chocolates as gifts for family and friends, I stopped by the café belongs to the store . I tried the signature chocolate dessert and the raspberry macaron—both bestsellers—and paired them with coffee. The café is small and located on the ground floor, but it’s cozy and welcoming. Service was excellent, fast, and the staff were cheerful and attentive. A lovely spot to enjoy a sweet break.

The best chocolate in the world, my favorites are the grand cru and the champagne truffles as well as the champagne luxembourgeois. Actually everything is very tasty and mostly the service is perfect always with a smile. Thank you

Visited the Sprüngli Confiserie flagship store in Zurich Paradeplatz and had the most fantastic hot chocolate with espresso (Chocolate chaud mit Espresso) to keep warm and continue exploring town.
Service was great. This is their most iconic location that was recently renovated and looks stunning. They serve breakfast and lunch, plus this location is both a cafe/bar and their store, where you can buy all kinds of chocolate, cakes, pastries and other items Sprüngli is known for.
