Better to come without expectations.
Venue: at a quiet street in a busy district. Not much parking lots outside. Relaxing alfresco dining area. Well air-conditioned indoors dining area. But a bit hot at the entrance. Colorful tropical / Indonesian decor and ornaments. Comfy seats. Decent setting with flake flowers. Some tables have tablecloth. Clean toilets. -- 7.7/10
Service: Opened door for us. We were first customers. Arranged a smaller table next to the entrance. There was a bit hot at the beginning. I don't like to be seated there. A female staff (?owner) was talking loudly inside. Felt ignored/ unwelcome in an empty Michelin's restaurant. We had to flag a waiter to come for placing orders. Normal waiting time for food. Paid at the front desk. No other customers until 7pm Saturday. --- 6.9/10
F&B: Indonesian cuisine. Good presentation. Good portion. Prices on high side.
- Virgin Pina Colada, $20: Big portion, but the flavor of pineapple juice was too light. --- 6/10
- Adam Boy, $17: too many seeds. Why didn't filter the seeds. Flavor was ok--- 6.9/10
- Goreng Congkok, $25: There are fried rice, 3 skewers of Chicken Satay, Urap, Belindo, and Sambal Berlado. --- 7.5/10
- Telur, $25: eye-catching deep-fried egg & Tofu tower sitting on the rojak sauce with crushed peanuts. Slightly oily. Good to share for > 4 people. --- 8/10
