Congress Pizzeria

I bought the LARGEST pizza they had and gave them a pretty good tip for a pizza that was picked up by a friend. When my friend hands me the pizza we realized they did not give us what I paid for. It's truly upsetting when hardly anyone ever gives a tip for pick up yet I gave them a tip expecting they would DO their job. In fact I have the picture of the pizza along with my receipt. too bad I don't have the option to upload it on this review. BEWARE people DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I would appreciate if they would refund me my money or at least a portion. I didn't even bother eating the pizza. My family ate it instead (no point in trashing it if they would eat it).

My boyfriend and his family ordered here a few moments ago and the woman taking my order was very rude! Maybe she wasn't having a good day but her tone was so unacceptable! The pizza's great but the company needs to make sure their workers are providing the ultimate customer service experience no matter what.

This place has terrible customer service. We ordered a half sausage half pepperoni pizza and received a full sausage pizza. When we called we were told it would be a hour and a half wait and we would need to return the full pizza. Two and a half hours for pizza is ridiculous. At which point Sheryl (supposed name of manager) and Lisa (who placed order) offered a 5 dollar credit. Last time I order from the place. Good riddance. I suggest you dont order from here as well.

Congress has great pizza & deals. My family friends & I have been eating there for years. I ordered a football pizza on 11/22/17 at 9:30pm picked it up & took it home. We put our leftovers in a container in the fridge. My daughter warmed some up the next morning and found a tiny bug underneath the cheese. We called them just to notify them but didn't want nothing in return & the manager there was rude as hell. He told me in a snotty atitude that the football pizza doesn't fit in my fridge so I had to take it out the box & put it in a container so the bug probably game from my house. SMFH the bug was under the cheese when my daughter cut the pizza with the fork cause it was hot the bug came out on the fork.

My first time ordering from Congress. I really enjoyed the rib dinner, fall off the bone tasty ribs, I absolutely loved the massed potatoes (gravy not needed) and loved the fresh vegetables ( they didn’t have to go out of their way, but so worth it). Delivery was quick. Thank you Congress!

Whether you eat in or carry out, congress pizzeria has fantastic pizza. All of their pizza is great, they have different specials daily. Try the stadium pizza during football season, it's enough for ten people and it barely fits in my car!

Ordered a pizza, it came 2 hours later frigid cold. Called Maria the manager at Congress she told me she was going to give me a credit, I assumed it was for the entire amount since she didn't provide an amount. When I called to inquire about the credit I was told it was a $5.00 credit. I called back to order another day to talk to Maria and she continued to argue with me that she would have told me when she disconnected with me how much the credit was for. I told her to let me know again how much the credit was and she told me "Do you know how long that will take" I mentioned that she would have to tell me anyways if I would to order one now. She had me on hold for 16 minutes and told me it was only $5.00. For a cold pizza two hours later, that I had to put into the oven once again. After I explained that I could have gotten a warm pizza in 25 minutes if I were to put it in my oven Maria simply hung up on me while talking. Very rude customer service never will order there again.

This place has awesome food but the people working there can't even get a simple order right. Even when they mess up the order they still can't accept the fact that they messed up an order. They don't even try to make up for the order. They just hope you enjoy your cockroach filled pizza.
