From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Rameez at the reception. He provided us with clear information about the hotel facilities, what was included during our stay, and also shared thoughtful recommendations on things to see and do in Abu Dhabi. His professionalism and hospitality set the tone for our visit.||We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room with a beautiful view of the city. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.||Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of dishes and attentive service. The beach and pool area were also fantastic, with well-maintained facilities. We especially appreciated the separate pool for adults, which created a calm and relaxing atmosphere.||Overall, Conrad Etihad Towers exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, comfort, and amenities. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Abu Dhabi.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The team made our anniversary unforgettable with balloons, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful card from Samuele De Simone, plus a warm welcome from Tintu Tom. Dining was excellent, especially at Sole where Key provided professional and friendly service with great menu recommendations. We also enjoyed the Spanish restaurant and even met the Director of Food and Beverage. The chat service was convenient and reliable, and special thanks to Grace, Ishfaq, and Jinesha for their care. I had the pleasure of staying at one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi — Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers — specifically on Level 45. This is an executive floor with stunning rooms, junior suites, and suites, as well as an outstanding lounge featuring beautiful presentations, delicious food, and incredible service. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, always responding to every request and even anticipating them. The set menu is beyond praise, and the atmosphere is on par with the world’s finest luxury restaurants.
