Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

We had the pleasure of organizing a conference at Conrad Etihad Towers last week, and it was an incredible experience. The venue is absolutely stunning, with top-notch facilities and an elegant atmosphere. The staff were all extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. Special thanks to Mr. Vishnu, who went above and beyond to assist during the conference — your support was truly appreciated. The food was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious options that exceeded expectations. Everything about this place is fantastic, from the service to the overall ambiance. Highly recommend for both events and leisure!

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! From the front desk service to the room quality to the dining options, the hotel offers an excellent experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, so were the other outlets located within the hotel. The pool area and private beach were great to relax at. Unbeatable service and overall quality! One specific point of feedback: it would be great if the room had a detailed directory of all of the different dining etc options located within the hotel building instead of just a simple list on the room card sleeve, which I had missed even! Other than that, perfect experience.

We stayed here as a family with 7yr old and loved it! Cleanest place ever and amazing service! The pool area was really nice and such great service at the pool also. Ate at a few restaurants in hotel and meals were excellent. Our room included breakfast it it was the best breakfast buffet we have ever been to. Would stay here again if back.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. They have great customer service. Very helpful and had great insight of the city. The rooms and restrooms were very clean. That have a nice turn down service as well. Great views and close to the main city. The observation deck was a nice additional touch. And the pool is great, It is heated so you can swim at night. We enjoyed it a-lot and the access to the swim up bar. Food was impeccable, definitely do the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Both great! I Would highly recommend you to stay here. 10/10. Hope to come back soon!

Have been going to The Conrad for over 10 years. Every December and summer we stay. Always the best wonderful experience. Every member of staff treat us so well and are always on hand to help. Housekeeping staff were excellent, especially the manager Shailesh. He ensured we were happy with our room which was excellent and made regular checks throughout or stay. So professional. |The lobby reception staff were so knowledgeable, Hannah was great.|Rosewater is our favourite for breakfast and dinner. Such friendly kind staff Chandresh and Akhil the chefs are superb. They made sure the children had a great selection of foods. The food was fantastic and a great selection every night. Always clean and organised. Nankram at night was great with the kids as were all the chefs. The staff at Rosewater were fantastic. Mandep, Prima, Joy, Nero, Annie, Hamza and many more. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Lizza was lovely and so helpful. |Nahaam was great for lunch and dinner and the staff there are excellent as with Sole fantastic service and great food.|The pool staff were especially Fergus. He always got the kids ice lollies.|All the staff are amazing.|The pool side was always clean and well organised. The cleaning was outstanding. We will definitely be back in the summer. Big thank you to everyone in the Conrad to truly making our stay magical.

Conrad Etihad towers was a magnificent hotel. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, I cannot think of a time where we felt inconvenienced. The staff made sure that we were always looked after. It is one of those hotels that may make you feel very particular about other hotels when you go and stay elsewhere because of the kind of service you receive at Conrad. From the excellent lobby with the pianist, the smiles and greetings on every staff member to the amazing chefs and waiters at the breakfast buffet, we had the most enjoyable stay in Abu Dhabi because of this hotel. We had a great experience with lots of staff there but I would like to particularly mention Chef Jitendra Shekhawat and also Roshni from the breakfast buffet. The chef that also went out of his way to make us countless pastries without egg was also wonderful. Everyday we would be greeted by Roshni and she would do her very best to cater to our very specific dietary requirements and also make food for our fussy 1 year old baby who was not taking to anything at breakfast, but nothing was too much for Roshni, she continued to make different things for our baby to try to ensure she ate enough. The staff members at Conrad actually felt like family by the end of the trip! I would definitely be back here and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

Amazing Service and Great Atmosphere! I recently visited this bar, and I have to say the service provided by Dorothy was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. The drinks were crafted to perfection, and the ambiance of the bar added to the overall charm. Dorothy’s recommendations were spot-on, and her warm demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for excellent service, great drinks, and a fantastic vibe. Dorothy truly made it a memorable visit. Will definitely return!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Meryem and Dana from Guest Relations, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make my day truly special. From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful surprises, every detail was taken care of with such kindness and attention. 🌤️🤤The service was exceptional, and I felt genuinely valued as a guest.
