Had such a great time at Nahaam in Conrad Abu Dhabi! My family had a wonderful lunch experience here. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. The staffs were amazing so friendly and attentive, they really made us feel welcome. The place has a nice relaxed vibe with amazing views. Special mention and highly recommended service for Assistant Manager Ms. Marie, Shayla and Chef Marichu and Jeorge. They were awesome. We will definitely recommend and come back here.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had a truly wonderful time at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the pool area was fantastic, and the food throughout our stay was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special highlight was the breakfast experience: fresh, super tasty, and with a great variety to choose from. A heartfelt thank you to Jee-Ann, who made our mornings extra special with her warm and exceptional service. She took such great care of us — we really appreciated it! We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return soon!

I had an unforgettable evening at the buffet dinner, made even more special by a surprise birthday celebration! The food selection was outstanding — a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The live cooking stations were a highlight, especially the grilled meats! The atmosphere was cozy and festive, and the service was top-notch. staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our celebration feel special. The dessert section was a dream, with everything from rich cakes to fresh fruit and ice cream. If you’re planning a celebration or just want a great meal with excellent service, this buffet is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it!

Really nice and well organized hotel. Everything perfectly clean, accurate and in very good shape. Personnel is extremely thoughtful, friendly and I assume that they are even able to read one‘s mind 🙃 Gym is well equipped, we used it several times. Location by itself is really nice with some special sights in foot distance and everything else being reachable by taxi or public transport. The hotel also has two pools and direct beach access - with sufficient sun beds for everyone! Great stay and we love to come back!

Their warm smiles, professionalism, and genuine care stood out in every interaction. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their gracious hospitality elevated the entire experience. While the facilities and views are impressive, it’s the human touch from exceptional staff like Nisya and Shadwa that make Conrad Abu Dhabi truly special. I would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.

It really makes a difference. • Elegant hospitality: The overall vibe is more polished, and the team’s manners and approach are impressive. • Apartments over rooms: I personally prefer their serviced apartments—they’re more spacious and comfortable than the standard hotel rooms. • Clean and well-kept: Everything from the rooms to the shared areas is spotless and thoughtfully arranged. --- ❌ Minor Drawbacks: • Prices are a bit high: The rates have gone up, but considering the improved experience, it still feels worth it. --- 📝 Final Note: This recent stay was genuinely enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The view from the rooms is beautiful especially at night. You also get free access to the 360 observation deck. The breakfast was pretty insane… no matter how picky, you’re bound to find something you like. We also enjoyed watching the sunrise from the private beach.
