Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

We recently returned to Conrad at Etihad Towers for the second time, and it was just as special as we remembered. Eleven years ago, we stayed here for our honeymoon, and this year we came back with our baby which made the experience even more meaningful. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff was exceptional. The level of service throughout the hotel is truly outstanding, and you can feel the care and pride the team takes in their work. Despite the challenging times the region is going through, the staff maintained such a positive atmosphere and kept morale high, which made our stay feel warm, welcoming, and relaxed. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking, the facilities are fantastic, and every space feels elegant and well cared for. The food was amazing across the board every meal was a highlight. What meant the most to us this time was how incredibly kind and accommodating everyone was to our baby. The hotel is very child-friendly, and the staff went out of their way to make sure our little one was comfortable and welcomed, which made a huge difference to us as parents. Returning to a place that holds such special memories and creating new ones here as a family was truly wonderful. We’re so grateful to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return again in the future.

We stayed already from bab al qasr we just transfer in Hilton to Experience how was it here. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We know already Hilton Branches from Germany. The hotel is nice and very big, our experience there when we check in is not too busy in the lobby and the warm greeting from the staff is not too warmed just like they treated us like just only the guest that payed for the room . My husband do the check in and from the FO staff tell that our breakfast is not included, then later on we check our booking since we booked it by trip.com and we showed them the booking confirmation that our breakfast was already included . Still she insisted that they can’t find it and she need to call the reservation department to confirm it and after that they said it’s already included . Then we are fine, since we have a small kid and need some food to put in the fridge we requested to the FO staff in the evening that we don’t need the minibar and they can removed it so that we can used it. The staff said he will send someone to remove it,we waited till next day because Nobody come . We go again to the lobby to follow up. We meet one lady there I think she’s from the reservation team, I think her name was Lisa. She help us to follow up about the minibar and she call the housekeeping department to clean our room. She’s very helpful and friendly. My daughter likes her too 😊The breakfast buffet in Hilton was very huge you have too many options and the food is also good. My daughter loves pancake she always go to the pancake station, the cook who make the pancake he’s a guy I forgot to get his name 😅 he’s very friendly and always smiling when we ask for some pancakes . Just only one thing we observed that the hot drinks is always takes time to come and sometimes is double. Maybe the communication should make it more better,so not much thing needed to throw and the time much more efficient . I would like to thank to shariah and Jee Ann from breakfast hostess they greet us every morning when we go to the restaurant and ask us if everything is fine.The simple warmth greetings always make a day.They have kidsclub to offer so that you can bring your own kids to play or you can leave there for awhile. On our 3rd day we ask about late checkout in FO for our 5th day because we had a late night flight they requested it to the reservation agent to to ask the availability and the price. They tell us that we need to inquired it again on our 5th day they make a note for late checkout. So we go to FO on our last day ask about the late checkout, I think his name was Ronald he told us that they don’t have any information, we are disappointed because the communication in this hotel is not working. But thanks to Ronald that he helped us to make a late checkout and extend our stayed for a couple of hours. Of course you need to Pay for late checkout. About the our room was very nice sea view,but it’s much better if you booked it with sea view and you can see the Emirates palace view or City view. We jus thought if you book sea view its automatic that you see the Emirates palace view and sea view but it’s not you just see the pool view and sea view.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff who are truly attentive to making your stay a memorable one. Stayed for 5 nights as a family of 5 in a twin/double interconnecting rooms. We were on 43rd floor which afforded fantastic views. Generously sized rooms as well. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options. Even had Dubai chocolate croissants! Pool was a very good size and sun bathing area well laid out. Even though busy, never felt overly so. Great location close to restaurants and corniche. Also helped with a Monoprix supermarket and small mall at the bottom of the tower. Easy to get around the city, never had to wait more than a few mins for a taxi or Uber. 35mjns to theme parks on yas island and 20mins to Louvre. Overall, had a great break, ideal for a trip visiting Abu Dhabi

Our stay here was unexpected because we couldn’t continue our flight due to the situation in Abu Dhabi, but it turned into an experience we will never forget. The facilities are beautiful, the rooms are extremely comfortable and incredibly clean, and the food was absolutely spectacular. Everything was perfect. But what truly made this place special was the people. Even though we were only passing through, everyone treated us with extraordinary kindness and made us feel completely safe during a very stressful moment. I can honestly say we have never been treated better anywhere. We are deeply grateful and will always remember the warmth and care we received here. Exceptional stay. We felt genuinely welcomed - every staff member was warm and attentive. Stunning views and excellent amenities, especially the on-site grocery store with fresh produce and essentials. The hazelnut cake at the observatory deck is outstanding. We’d definitely return!

While the situation was incredibly stressful, the hotel provided a level of service that was nothing short of exceptional. Standout Service: We would like to extend a special, heartfelt thank you to Adeline, our housekeeper on the 27th floor. Her cheerful personality and high level of professionalism made all the difference. In the midst of a tense and uncertain political situation, she managed to make us feel safe, grounded, and "at home." Her warmth provided a sense of security that we truly needed. Location & Amenities: The hotel itself is perfectly situated and truly offers everything one could desire. From the stunning views to the top-tier facilities, every aspect of the property is designed for comfort and luxury. Final Verdict: Even under difficult circumstances, the team at Conrad Etihad Towers—and specifically Adeline—proved that world-class hospitality is about more than just a nice room; it’s about how you make guests feel. We couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.

Conrad Abu Dhabi is a true 5-star hotel and definitely one of the top choices in the city. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with beautiful views and high-end amenities. We were traveling with our infant, and initially we only requested a crib and a diaper changing pad to make things easier for us. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms and the most breathtaking views. It honestly exceeded anything we had imagined. Waking up to that view with our family together in such a spacious, comfortable suite made the experience incredibly special. Every single staff member we encountered, from the valet team, reception, bellboys, room service, to the pool staff, was genuinely warm, professional, and always smiling. You could truly feel their hospitality. Traveling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, but the team made everything feel effortless and welcoming. What touched us even more were the thoughtful gestures. They kindly reheated our takeaway food, provided ice buckets, and gave us plateware and silverware without hesitation. It is the small things like these that make a huge difference, especially when you are traveling as a family. Breakfast was another highlight, not just because of the amazing selection, but because of the staff’s attentiveness and warmth. Sitting outside with the stunning views made our mornings feel extra special. The room itself was fully equipped and beautifully designed. The automatic opening and closing curtains were such a fun and memorable touch. Beyond the luxury and amenities, what truly stood out was how valued and cared for we felt throughout our stay.
