Conrad Guangzhou

Stayed here for two nights. What a treat! We lucked out with a corner room on the top floor. Highly recommend room 2705. Just WOW. Bath tub views, the bathroom layout is stunning. Room was huge. Windows wrap around. Just amazing. Executive lounge is worth it. Very hospitable service here and super friendly. The neighborhood around the hotel is perfect for browsing and a TON of dining. Just a TON of fantastic restaurants. Pool was nice. The ladies' changing room was decent. It has a steam room and sauna. Looked like they had some amazing rain forest steam shower but I couldn't figure out how to work it. One of the jacuzzis was down for service but a smaller one on the street side was functioning and the pool level was nice. Not my favorite but very nice.Gym is decent. I wish it was a tad larger but it did the job. I stayed at a Conrad in Dublin and loved that hotel as well. I would defo stay here again. Has a mall attached as well. Super central and very safe. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff.

Conrad Guangzhou is one of the best hotels in Guangzhou. The room rates are relatively high but so worth paying. Our entire stay of 3 days went smoothly and pleasantly. Check-in was easy although our room was not yet ready until late afternoon. The room itself is very spacious and well laid out. The automatic toilet seat was unexpected but very cool. They even had evening turndown service. Great views to look out to Canton Tower. The best part was dining at Sense Restaurant on the 2nd floor. We went there for dinner and were greeted by Molly Mo as the restaurant staff. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during our entire dining session. We were blown away by her amazing services. To top it up, we were served again by Molly during our 2 days of breakfast. Our sincere thanks to Molly. She is truly wonderful! We will definitely come back and stay at Conrad Guangzhou in the future.

Cannot tell more than Perfect in this trip ! Room service lady are so sweet and so caring. Big and nice room, tidy up so well everyday. Staffs in all level are great and cheerful. VIP lounge also let you able to enjoy the peaceful and offering nice breakfast, good evening happy hour time. Reception staffs support a lot to ensure you will get all on time as per your wishes. Came here for the exhibition and price sure high but worth for all. Highly recommend to be here

Such a delightful hotel with a wonderful view of the Canton Tower and its luxurious lights at night. The rooms are amazing with latest technology controlling everything from dimming the lights for a relaxing sleep, the bidet, si that you don't touch them, and the curtains. Plush pillows and comfy beds with well laid out sitting in the rooms. Great location and a lot of amazing eateries around. The breakfast buffet could be improved- the food options increased and the ambiance of the restaurant upgraded. For the quality provided, the rooms are value for money but cant extend same compliment to the restaurant. The bubble bath, outdoor, is recommended as it offers a great view of the city while relaxing but not so much the swimming pool, which because of its enclosure was not as fantastic as it can be

I had a wonderful experience staying at Guangzhou Conrad Hotel. I would especially like to recognize Owen at the reception for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and multiple packages, and he was proactive in providing useful local information and recommendations. The location is another strong advantage. The hotel is very close to the Haixinsha, and it is within walking distance to the central park, which is absolutely worth visiting. Being able to explore the area on foot made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the Guangzhou Conrad Hotel team, for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel has a good hard product and an excellent location, with the added convenience of being directly connected to a very mall. Unfortunately, the overall experience falls short in several areas. The breakfast area is small, overcrowded, and poorly ventilated, making it uncomfortable. The room had a noticeable damp smell. Additionally, there was no recognition of loyalty/status, which was disappointing. Overall, good potential, but service and attention to guest experience need improvement.

this hotel is located in a district called new town and right across the pearl river from the canton tower. the IGC shopping mall and tian de center with posh eateries is just next door to the hotel. the old town district is located 20-25 min west or northwest of the new town district. ||room is spacious but layout seems a little odd. bathroom space occupies at least 60% of the room acreage. breakfast choices are adequate. concierge is helpful as expected in a 5 stars property. left the hotel with a purple conrad rubber ducky.

my friend booked the hotel and we got checked in in a smoking room without being asked if we smoke. we asked to be switch to a different room and got moved to a lower floor with corner room…. then we asked to be switch again since we initially already asked to not be put in a corner room. the whole process of switching rooms took around 40mins and they only took it seriously when we were upset and keep reminding them to speed up the process. with this price i am expecting a better service and without the customer putting in so much effort to “negotiate” for a normal room. we ended up getting upgraded but the whole process is really unpleasant and frustrating.
