Absolutely loved our stay at Conrad Guangzhou. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day—everything was always spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with no hassle at all. The location is excellent—there’s a mall right next door and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience—highly recommended!

It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay for my family of 4. The location was great - it was easy to find a cab and it was very close to a mall and metro station. We have everything we needed in the room and more. I loved the ample space we had.

This is a wonderful place—comfortable, convenient, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were given a room by the riverside, and the staff made a real effort to ensure we received the best possible benefit—not just the best room, but what would truly suit us, as much as they were able to provide. They seemed tireless in their dedication to service, always checking in to see if we needed anything. What impressed us the most was their attention to detail and genuine care—we felt that they truly looked after us in every possible way. The breakfast was also impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

The experience was amazing, from service at the lobby to all around room service. Everything was cleaned extremely well and this was done every day. Also extra credits to the laundry service, quick and very good; my shirt looked newer as when I bought it!By far one of the best hotel experience I've ever had.

Our stay at Conrad was absolutely fantastic. We were provided with excellent customer service from arrival to checkout. The bell desk staff always opened the door for us, housekeeping was superb, our rooms were always clean. Chinese restaurant food was delicious. The executive lounge staff was always so welcoming and attentive. Cynthia Lin really made us feel welcome and provided excellent customer service. Always so professional. Offered to help call and make a reservation for us. She was the star at the executive lounge. Our stay was memorable and will definitely be back.

Great location. However services within the hotel was limited. Breakfast was average. There was a bar on the 6/F but wasn’t opened until 8pm. Wished there was more to do within the hotel. Rooms were v spacious and had great views though.

I stayed at the Conrad Guangzhou for three nights. The location is very convenient, right in a shopping mall with international stores and many restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, as expected from Conrad. Service was solid. The room was large and comfortable. As a Hilton Gold member, I received an upgrade to a corner room. The spa and pool area is good. Two small outdoor whirlpools, one indoor pool, which also seems to be used by outside guests. A plus is the gender-separated spa with a large Finnish sauna and even a steam room. Plenty of towels and showers, all very clean. The main downside was breakfast. It was a basic business hotel setup, even on weekends. Industrial orange juice, not fresh. The coffee was particularly bad, even for someone who is not a coffee enthusiast.
