Such a delightful hotel with a wonderful view of the Canton Tower and its luxurious lights at night. The rooms are amazing with latest technology controlling everything from dimming the lights for a relaxing sleep, the bidet, si that you don't touch them, and the curtains. Plush pillows and comfy beds with well laid out sitting in the rooms. Great location and a lot of amazing eateries around. The breakfast buffet could be improved- the food options increased and the ambiance of the restaurant upgraded. For the quality provided, the rooms are value for money but cant extend same compliment to the restaurant. The bubble bath, outdoor, is recommended as it offers a great view of the city while relaxing but not so much the swimming pool, which because of its enclosure was not as fantastic as it can be

Cannot tell more than Perfect in this trip ! Room service lady are so sweet and so caring. Big and nice room, tidy up so well everyday. Staffs in all level are great and cheerful. VIP lounge also let you able to enjoy the peaceful and offering nice breakfast, good evening happy hour time. Reception staffs support a lot to ensure you will get all on time as per your wishes. Came here for the exhibition and price sure high but worth for all. Highly recommend to be here

We arrived early in the morning after a redeye... the friendly checkin desk took in our luggage and said they'll try to cleanup a room asap. By the timw we finished our breakfast, we got our room! Fanastic efficiency without false promise, this is why we come back to Conrad Guangzhou year after year. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely loved our stay at Conrad Guangzhou. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day—everything was always spotless. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with no hassle at all. The location is excellent—there’s a mall right next door and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience—highly recommended!

It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay for my family of 4. The location was great - it was easy to find a cab and it was very close to a mall and metro station. We have everything we needed in the room and more. I loved the ample space we had.

The experience was amazing, from service at the lobby to all around room service. Everything was cleaned extremely well and this was done every day. Also extra credits to the laundry service, quick and very good; my shirt looked newer as when I bought it!By far one of the best hotel experience I've ever had.

I stayed at the Conrad Guangzhou for three nights. The location is very convenient, right in a shopping mall with international stores and many restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, as expected from Conrad. Service was solid. The room was large and comfortable. As a Hilton Gold member, I received an upgrade to a corner room. The spa and pool area is good. Two small outdoor whirlpools, one indoor pool, which also seems to be used by outside guests. A plus is the gender-separated spa with a large Finnish sauna and even a steam room. Plenty of towels and showers, all very clean. The main downside was breakfast. It was a basic business hotel setup, even on weekends. Industrial orange juice, not fresh. The coffee was particularly bad, even for someone who is not a coffee enthusiast.

Everything was good. Services was good. Breakfast was good!!! I like how the concierge team is attentive to guest concerns. I will defin9 come back to stay at conrad guangzhou when I visit guangzhou next time. The standard of Hilton is maintained here.
