Conrad Hong Kong

"How did it strike you on arrival? The open, window-wrapped lobby feels warm and welcoming. Depending on your perspective, the beige carpets and amber-hued lighting read dated or classic. Off to one side, a lounge brims with professional types having morning coffee or capping off the day with a glass of wine at the long mahogany bar. Nice. What’s the crowd like?Guests at Conrad are all business. You’ll see the odd couple or family here, but the majority of travelers are running off to meetings first thing. The good stuff: Tell us about your room. The sizeable guest rooms start at 452 square feet and about 36 percent of them have a harbor view—the rest face Victoria Peak, another lovely view. We chose the 452-square-foot King Executive Harbour View Room so that we’d have access to the Executive Lounge. There we had private check-in, complimentary breakfast and nightly happy hour serving complimentary cocktails, wine, and snacks. The room, all soft neutrals and dark woods, has lots of nice touches including a Nespresso machine, a large TV, and best of all, full-length picture windows. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?The king-sized bed had incredibly comfortable satin-striped sheets, a down mattress topper and cylindrical throw pillows that were both pretty and functional (they made great backrests for reading). There’s also a complimentary pillow menu. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that find its way into your suitcase?Conrad provides products from Shanghai Tang from Hong Kong, Temple Spa from England, and The Refinery Skincare for Men by Aromatherapy Associates. Even though it's tailored for men, we loved the soy-based Refinery shampoo, body wash, and lotion. The fragrance is a divine mix of ginger, eucalyptus, and citrus. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down. All bathrooms have double vanities, showers and separate tubs. At the end of every day, we looked forward to a session in the deep-soak tub and slipping on our plush robes and slippers. Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. What’s the word?Conrad doesn't let its business travelers down in the Wi-Fi department. It is fast and free from the moment you walk in the door. Room service: Worth it?Six restaurants and lounges under one roof mean tough choices when ordering room service. Staff: If you could award one a trophy, who gets it, and why?The concierge was armed with a very useful "1/3/5" itinerary, which is the hotel’s calling card. It organizes what-to-do ideas into one-hour, three-hour or five-hour blocks—we referred to it several times during the trip and the concierge rounded out the list with a few ideas of his own. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whether it’s childcare, gyms, spas, even parking—whatever stuck with you.Comprehensive services include a Health Club with an outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour gym, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Then there are the restaurants: Nicholini’s lures Italophiles with fine Northern Italian dining; the casual Garden Cafe serves Southeast Asian dishes poolside; Golden Leaf offers creative Cantonese and Brasserie on the Eighth does avant continental European. What was most memorable—or heartbreaking—about your stay? After a day of meetings, the Conrad feels like a refuge. The convenient location near Hong Kong’s top offices and restaurants is a selling point, and the harbor views seal the deal. Bottom line: worth it, and why?Business travelers will have everything they need at Conrad, from free Wi-Fi and excellent service to relaxing rooms, versatile restaurants, and a serious fitness center." - Kate Springer

Really top quality hotel. Fantastic location close to amenities and MRT connections. My first time to stay. I normally stay at other options in Hong Kong but very glad to have chosen this option. The hotel has an old world charm and impressive lobby setting. The rooms are good sized for Hong Kong with excellent views. I did some running at routes nearby into the parks and hills. Also wonderful walks around into Wan Chai and further into central. Breakfast was good, although some queues at times due to limited space. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall a brilliant hotel experience from check in to check out. I would definitely stay again in the future.

I had such a great time staying at the Conrad Hong Kong. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and everything kept super clean and comfortable. The service was also amazing — everyone was friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention the staff at the reception and the Executive Lounge. The Korean team members, as well as those who spoke Korean really well, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their kindness and attention made my stay extra special. (Many thanks, Jason!) Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

My brother, husband and I enjoyed a fantastic wine tasting evening last week organised by lead bar man, Jack. We were not staying at the hotel, but on request about the opportunity to do some wine tasting he happily agreed and curated a lovely tasting of 7 wines with delicious canapés. We had an amazing table looking directly out onto the Hong Kong skyline lit up after dark. Really great evening, and the perfect end to our holiday. Jack spent time explaining all the wines, vineyards and answered our questions with a good level of knowledge. He was really passionate about sharing his love of wine with us. Thank you so much! Can thoroughly recommend the experience :)

We just had a fantastic stay here celebrating our anniversary. All staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we had an incredible stay here celebrating. In particular the front desk, executive lounge and pool staff well went beyond with a smile and professional approach. In addition breakfast was delicious. Hope to return soon

I would like to formally recognize Mr. Bosco Yip for his outstanding leadership and exceptional standard of hospitality. From arrival at the lobby through to guest checkout, his presence, coordination, and attention to detail were clearly reflected in every aspect of the stay. This is my fifth stay at this property, and I can confidently say that the service continues to improve each time a true sign of strong management and effective team leadership. Mr. Bosco demonstrates a rare ability to anticipate guest needs, empower his team, and ensure service consistency at the highest level. Among many excellent hotels in Hong Kong, this property stands apart because of its well-trained staff, superior food quality, and seamless guest experience. The in room dining is excellent the Hainanese chicken is a standout and the convenience of the connected shopping mall makes it ideal for both business travelers and families. What truly distinguishes this hotel is not just the facilities, but the culture of care and professionalism, which reflects directly on Mr. Bosco’s leadership. He represents the values of the Conrad brand with excellence and is a true asset to the organization. This is without question the best property in Hong Kong, and I look forward to returning again and again.

Google
Absolutely love this hotel, all the staff are so friendly, helpful and polite particularly the chambermaids and the pool boys, Paolo, Kenny, Ben and Jason. We are staying here for our 30th wedding anniversary, the only set back is that the hotel was told by our travel agent it’s our 30th, we have returned 30 years later after our honeymoon to HK the hotel has not done anything to make it special. I also mentioned it to reception when we checked in. As long as that doesn’t disappoint you you would love this hotel. It’s in a great location close to all site, train station a couple of minutes away.

I want to thank Ms. Sujata for her help during the late check-in of my family at 12 am and "Ms. Seyeon," a Korean employee who was so sweet and gave us a lot of help when checking out. I was so touched by the thoughtful consideration for the guests during the busy Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival. Also, it was a comfortable and perfect vacation thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff. Dinner at Golden Leaf in particular was a truly amazing experience. Also, the location of the hotel was fantastic. Pacific Place where the hotel was located was very convenient. I’ll definitely stay at Conrad for my next trip to Hong Kong.

Great room, Outstanding team! We stayed here for three nights. Concierge team knows the city very well, we enjoyed working with Jacky, Andy and Dominic. They were all excellent, professional and always available to help us. Mr. Harvey Wang at the front desk provided the most gracious service as well. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

Yelp
Conrad. A place I would choose to stay given a choice every time. Conrad. A hotel which I usually have the best stay. Anyone who knows me would know I am a big fan of Conrad. Conrad Bali, Conrad Tokyo and now Conrad Hong Kong. Top notch accommodation and world class impeccable service. Conrad Hong Kong Conrad Hong Kong is located at 88 Queensway, on top of the Pacific Plaza. There are three hotels accessible from this mall. Conrad Hong Kong is one of them. It can be a labyrinth to find one's way to the hotel via the mall if you are new to the hotel/area. However, once you learn your way, you should find it is pretty easy to access to the hotel and in fact it's godsend to travel via MTR since it is covered all the way from Admiralty Station. My usual route, go to the 3rd floor of the mall, enter the entrance between Celine and Loewe. Note: you need your keycard to access to your floor (except the lobby area). ~My Room 5/5~ Reasonably size room (especially when we all know space in HK is a premium) with really comfy bed. There were flowers throughout the room. Bathroom amenities were great. Two pairs of room slippers were available. I am someone who really appreciates a hotel which provides slippers for her guests. To me, that's a basic and that separates a fine hotel and a mediocre one. Bathroom robe is of Frette. I am not complaining :D Premium Wi-Fi was available. The best part?? The view from my room!!! It has a stunning million dollar harbor view. I want to say that's the best view I ever had in recent times or maybe of all times. ~Service 5/5~ Many thanks to the duty Manager, Daniel Wong who was so wonderful upon check in. He even gave me his name card so I could contact him if I have any issue during my stay. How can there be any problem when everything here was so wonderful? :) Service from the staffs at the Executive Lounge to Bellhops to staffs at the restaurant and Housekeeping.. Everyone whom I have interacted during my stay was all absolutely amazing. There was really nothing to pick on during my stay. It was just a bit unreal. ~Dining & more 5/5 ~ Garden Café Buffet breakfast at Garden Café was excellent. Lots of variety- Chinese, Western and Japanese. The spread was substantial. Service staffs were very attentive. Food quality was definitely on par with what a 5 star hotel should be. On my last day, a group of us went to Golden Leaf for lunch. After ordering and when two of the 6 dishes were served, I asked one of the staff about the use of any peanut product but only be told the restaurant uses peanut oil. :O Someone at our table has severe peanut allergy so we had to cancel the rest of the order and headed to Garden Café. One of the staffs, Thomas Lai, came out and mentioned they used canola oil or did he say olive oil? Whatever oil as long as not peanut oil would be good, lol!! I helped to explain the situation in Cantonese. He sat us down and assured me whatever the item being ordered from the menu, he would personally assure there would not be any peanut or cross contamination of the allergen. I appreciate Thomas who helped me "defuse" the situation. and took the matter seriously. I would not anyone to suffer from any anaphylaxis episode on my last day in Hong Kong Executive Lounge Staffs were, like all the staffs I encountered, very thoughtful. A big shout out to Ken Cho who was very kind during my stay at the hotel. He would give great recommendations and was a great conversationalist. The executive lounge is located on the 59th floor; one can relax and enjoy the amazing view up there. Buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail are also available during different time of the day. Lounge access is open to all Hilton Honors members with status or anyone who was on the executive floors. Pool Pool staffs were all friendly and attentive. The pool area was nice and a great place to relax. I witnessed two parents left their young child at the pool area, not before speaking to a staff. I did not know what was being transpired, but it did not matter. Staffs there were not your baby sitters so start acting like responsible parents. Also, a special shout out to one of the pool staffs (the only non-Chinese but able to speak Cantonese cool dude). He was absolutely wonderful and I was told he was so alert one morning when he prevented a baby from getting into an accident in the pool when the parents were not watching. Once again, Conrad did not disappoint. Felt sad I had to check out :( Look forward to coming back here again. Thank you to all the Conrad Hong Kong staffs who made my stay such a terrific one. Highly recommend Conrad Hong Kong to anyone who travels to Hong Kong for business or leisure.

Yelp
Pros: * Tasty cocktails and nice live performances * Valets are very kind and courteous Cons: * Our room wasn't available for check in until 3:50 even though the front desk assured it would be available by 3. * The front desk wasn't able to offer early checkin or late check out, despite me having booked the room through Amex fine resorts. * The special room "amenity" for Amex platinum was 4 stale cookies. * Almost all facilities were closed during my stay. The bar, the brasserie, the pool, etc. * The tv and the coffee machine in my room were broken. * The lobby lounge (the only place that was open) closed at 10:30, which is very early. * The breakfast buffet didn't have enough space to accommodate guests. There was a long queue every morning. * Front desk was very confusing to communicate with even though I speak fluent Cantonese and English.

Yelp
Conrad is now a quarantine hotel. And making the most of it. My room charges total to more than $4000 a night. And the food they served me, had me throw up looking at it. Don't come here if you can avoid it.

Yelp
Very beautiful hotel. Located in Admiralty shopping area attached to Admiralty rail station. It is very close to the park that takes you to the Peak. They have a very nice executive lounge and the lobby area is quite beautiful The restaurant for breakfast is amazing. The staff is very nice and the clean fresh white tea aroma that is used in the common areas smells so good. The decor of wood and flowers are very pretty too.

Yelp
Very good hotel with good amenities and in excellent location. Fitness suite is great (new equipment and decent variety) , outdoor warm water pool, good executive lounge, executive king room was very well furnished and decorated. Great comfy bed, staff are very helpful and friendly!. Complementary toiletries are of good quality. We had nice breakfast buffet variety. Love the flowers around the room and all over the hotel!. Overall this is a great hotel, you can rest very well, you are well located and you have a great team at your disposition. There are some restaurants on the hotel but we didn't visit them...

Yelp
I wish we had the chance to stay here more than one night as there was so much to do just at the hotel alone. On top of that, our room was super comfortable and clean, and the view was pretty nice too. I especially love the outdoor pool, which is open even after sunset. I ended up taking full advantage of it, and did some morning laps there bright and early. It is a little small, but it makes up for it in atmosphere. Live music at night was amazing! I can't quite explain how enjoyable it is to enjoy some coffee and cocktails while listening to jazzy blues and classic love ballads. If there was a word I could think of to describe the experience, it would be "romantic." And I wasn't even there for a date. A good book and soothing music was all I needed to enjoy the night in. It's definitely an expensive stay, but well worth the service, activities, and comfort. Wouldn't mind staying at the Conrad again in the future.

Yelp
This is the end of day 2 of my quarantine at the Conrad in Hong Kong. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is "served" in a brown bag that could be misconstrued for an airsick bag you commonly find on airplanes... for good reason: The food served (or rather dumped on a chair in front on your room, followed by a rudely loud thump on your door, courtesy the hazmat suit-clad waiter-turned-warden, unmistakably indicating your food ration is generously awaiting your undeserving stomach), in all three meals, is simply shockingly revolting. If you must come to HK before quarantine is lifted, avoid this hotel like the (real) plague ... and perhaps make it a habit even after it has been lifted. Nothing warrants such shameful and unnecessary aggravation.

Yelp
My first visit to Hong Kong and I was looking into Conrad or a Hilton garden inn. The Conrad was highly recommended by a colleague of my fiancée for its location. We decided to book here. Upon arriving at 8 am we weren't sure if there would be a room available. The front desk advised us the executive lounge is where we would be checked in so they accompanied us upstairs. Upon arrival at the lounge they came to get our bags and asked if we would like a beverage or something to eat. Luckily for us our room was ready. As a diamond member we had access to the lounge which included free beverages, alcohol and food. We also received complimentary breakfast at the executive lounge or their restaurant downstairs. We decided to have breakfast everyday at the restaurant during our stay the food was amazing there! Even if you have to pay for it it is well worth it. The service is fantastic I can't stress that enough. Everyone is very helpful. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to places via walking or public transportation. If you walk out to the right you can walk to the Hong Kong park and from there if you walk about 5 more mins the peak tram is right there. Ubers were easy as well and cheap! Although we were told it's illegal the app worked with no problem. We also had drinks and apps at their bar lounge also great. We actually had one of the best meals at their restaurant The Golden Leaf. Definitely make a reservation. The executive lounge was never too crowded and I loved how organized it was. I have been to many Hilton's where there's no order, messy and no seats available, Here they walk you to a table and seat you down. I loved that!!!! The pool was also amazing perfectly sized and never too crowded. The gym was great never too crowded and plenty of machines and they also have a women's and mens sauna. The hotel is a bit outdated but the service and food is impeccable!

Yelp
Okay, it's late and we're at the lobby bar after listening to a nice jazz band & eating a late night snack. The service is MIA. Ridiculous- A Conrad? No way Jose!

Yelp
Easily one of the best stays I have had in a long time. From check in, we were very well looked after. Special thanks to Mr Hobson who made the process so easy and enjoyable. The fruit and drinks sent to the room were very much appreciated. The Conrad has great pool and gym facilities which we made the most of. Executive lounge that other hotels would kill to have and an honor to use. Will definitely be my only residence when I'm in Hong Kong. Thanks to all at the Conrad HK for making our stay

Yelp
I am not able to do a review on the actual city itself but I will do a review on the Conrad which is where we stayed for the week. This city is the best city I've ever been to outside of the United States. The Conrad Hilton is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The customer service was outstanding. The rooms were amazing and the food was great too. We got to enjoy the VIP happy hour with complimentary drinks, cheeses, crackers and snacks. If your ever in Hong Kong then this is the place to stay.

Yelp
AMAZING! Hilton Conrad made our honeymoon amazing and memorable. For starters when I arrived at Hong Kong I arranged a car to pick us up instead of hailing a cab or taking public transportation. They sent a Mercedes Benz S550 and the driver was as friendly as they come, he was giving us the tour as we were going to the hotel. He would point out places and give us a brief history lesson. When we arrived at the Hotel it was about 10 o'clock, tired from the flight we walked up to the HHonors desk where we were taken to the Executive floor to check in. We were given a room right away and the room was amazing, what a view of the Hong Kong Skyline. The Executive floor is a great place to go for a cup of coffee or a snack, it is also great if you need to do some work. The hotel is located inside of a huge mall and is walking distance to mostly everything from Hong Kong Park to the Peaks Tram. We took a cab to restaurant from the hotel and ended up walking back. The hotel is located in a great spot.

Yelp
Conrad is my favorite hotel whenever I travel out of the country. Conrad Istanbul, Singapore, Tokyo and Seoul all are exceptional and deserve more than 5 stars, however not Hong Kong. Let's start with positive. It's has one of the best location in Hong Kong island, located above Pacific Place, connected to tons of malls and Admiralty MTR station which allows you to travel anywhere with ease. The room is spacious with multimillion dollar harbor view and huge bathroom. The staffs are friendly and provide great service. As diamond member I got free access to executive lounge and free breakfast. The executive lounge is one of my favorite part every time I stay at Conrad, I can relax, grab a bites, drink and enjoy the view. The buffer breakfast at the restaurant has huge selection of Chinese, Japanese and western food, I bet it's hard to find similar scale of buffer breakfast in US. Everything sounds excellent so far but the main issue for this hotel is actually the breakfast restaurant. I noticed that after customer left the table, the staff just wipe the table and table placemats and setup the silverware again. It is so unhygienic without replacing the placemats and we are putting our silverware on it. That's why I only had my breakfast once and would rather have it at the executive lounge, they are way better in maintaining the hygiene. I can't believe luxury hotel like Conrad doesn't know how to properly handle this simple thing. Until this is improved, I wouldn't return as I don't want to taste other people germ and bacteria.

Yelp
I was real impressed worth this hotel. Everything is super clean and operating at high capacity --from the lounges to the lower level shops and fitness facility. The housekeeping staff is efficient and full stick the room each and every night. I was here for a full week and I had a tremendous view of the city and it is located in the central business district so everything is a short Uber or red cab away. I would recommend this hotel for any any business traveler to Hong Kong.

Yelp
Really a great experience and outstanding high rise hotel! The facility is stunning and rich and our 50th floor room was nice sized and equipped. The views were fantastic. I would highly recommend!

Yelp
Came here for a Chinese wedding banquet, and while the overall service and atmosphere was great, parts of it definitely fell short of expectations. There was a wedding service and reception with wonderful decor and small hors d'oeuvres followed with a traditional banquet. I found it very amusing that they did not have orange juice or Sprite/Pepsi, drinks that I would consider very normal and typical to offer at a wedding banquet. The food was great quality and we were all stuffed by the end. During dinner the individual portions seemed small and the service was slow at times (the waitstaff was very difficult to flag down), but at the end, we were definitely very satisfied with the food. Staff, when available, was generally helpful and very friendly throughout. The lobby itself is gorgeous with all the frills that these top international brand hotels come with - stunning seasonal displays in their lobbies and top notch service. Another main drawback was its lack of wifi. There was just no wifi network anywhere to be found in the banquet hall or reception area. Considering the fact that Conrad is a high class hotel, I would have at the very least expected a (slow) guest/free wifi, but unfortunately, there was no wifi to be offered at all.

Yelp
The Conrad Hong Kong is an absolute top notch hotel experience in Hong Kong. I first started starting here for business trips, and found the location in the Admiralty area of Hong Kong side very convenient. The hotel is elegant, yet tasteful and not intimidating. The service is five star, without question! From the moment you arrive, staff greet you by name, enthusiastically making one feel special. The rooms are very beautifully appointed, luxurious in a practical way, exceptionally comfortable and filled with pleasant surprises. Very comfortable bedding, wonderful bathroom amenities, and nice mini bar as well. The hotel has several very nice dining options, two pleasant lounges--live music in the lobby lounge as well. The hotel gym has a sauna and steam room and a pool as well. The Conrad is attached to Pacific Place mall, so there is immediate access to first class shopping, a movie cinema, the MTR train station, and yes even a Starbucks for your coffee fiends like myself. I cannot say enough good things about the Conrad Hong Kong. It's also part of the Hilton family so if you are a Hilton Honors member it is a great place to earn points as well. As a Hilton Diamond Member I have access to the Executive lounge on the 59th floor which is really very good. That in and of itself heightens the experience for Diamond members even further.

Yelp
Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong is the real deal. Centrally located and magnificent. Highly recommend the Executive Pass for breakfast, afternoon tea and Happy Hour drinks and appetizers. Near Hong Kong Park, The Peak and MTR transportation. Overall a wonderful stay.

Yelp
Really great hotel with 4 good restaurants and a couple of bars. The lobby restaurant buffet and the all you can eat seafood buffet on the lower lever were really first class. Great great food and ca £40pp. That included sparkling wine or wine. I had a really great time and great food at both of them! Would I go there again? Yes I will!!

Brian B.

Yelp
Another fantastic stay at The Conrad Hotel. The Executive level is exceptional - great service and food presentations throughout the day. Try to get a one bedroom suite...the feel more like a residence than a hotel room. The decor of the hotel rooms is looking a little dated but it is very well maintained and feels cozy. The views are great but to maximize your views, get a high floor. We actually prefer the peak-view side...it's mesmerizing. Nice gym with mens stream and sauna. The Pacific Place Mall is attached to the hotel along with a grocery store in the basement and a subway station.

Yelp
Great view of the city from the concierge lounge. The food at the lounge was five star all included if you have status with Hilton. Rack rate was about 450 for the night son of a cheap option. Worth if for a special occasion. They say this is higher rates than the Conrad Tokyo but I think I prefer Tokyo aside from the lounge option.
google avatar

Yelp
The rooms, service and view was amazing. The only thing that was a tiny bit disappointing was the breakfast. It wasn't "bad", but we had higher expectations. It was more in class with the breakfast at Hilton in Xi'an.

Yelp
My first time at the Conrad in HK. This place is in an amazing location. Located right above the mall this place is convenient for shoppers and just minutes to the MTR. They had all the stores I love to shop at. They leave a cute bear at night. Their breakfast buffet is tasty but lacking in vegetarian items. Staff are super friendly. Views from the room are breathtakingly beautiful. I love the little chocolates they left in the room. Excellent customer service.

Yelp
Stayed here for three nights this past weekend. Usually I am quite pleasantly happy with this hotel, however during this stay I incurred some allergies from staying over there. It seems like the ventilation system wasnt working well and there may have been too much dust on the carpet as well as the bed. I switched rooms to see if it would help but the next day I still woke up with eyes I could not open. But they had good service as Tania, the in charge front desk lady was was very nice about it offered to set me up with an air purifier as well as get me my hypoallergenic pillows. But I do think the hotel could've been cleaned a little better as I only have this reaction to dust mites and dust particles. Other than that location is SO convenient for getting around in Hong Kong and the buffet is splendid.

Yelp
What a fabulous hotel- located centrally right above Pacific Place for fantastic shopping and easy access to the MTR. The rooms (beautiful views of the harbor) and hotel are beautiful and the amenities and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and there were a ton of dining options both within and right around the hotel. Looking forward to coming back soon!!!

Yelp
I'm starting to love the Conrad brand. The hotels are definitely grandeur, from the lobby to the room layouts. I've stayed at the Conrad NY as well but this beats it due to better service and the amenities. Probably one of the better breakfast options available that I've encountered. Some dimsum options and a few continental options. Room - Very nice room, not so great view but not complaining. Some people put too much on the views Service - Excellent service from the from door to checking in and lounge. Location - A little bit inconvenient due to the metro being a long walk through the mall. Taxi's weren't too expensive though.

Yelp
This hotel is without a doubt the epitome of customer satisfaction. From the time you check in till the time you check out just superb customer service. Clean , modern and great location. If you have forgot anything they either have it or you can go to the mall and get it . Food choices inside the hotel are all good . The central location is easy to maneuver your way around town and back to airport. Hands down will return !

One of my favorite hotels, such a beautiful view and wonderful service. Also easy shuttle to and from the airport. Looking forward to future stays at this hotel. Very convenient that it's attached to Pacific place center and Metro is also very close by. Excited to return soon!

Yelp
The service here is fantastic. Get the hillside or mountain view room. You will not be disappointed with the view. It is convenient to the Admiralty rails station as well.
