Conrad Seoul (Seoul, Korea) 2 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"A high-tech, intuitively functional, exceedingly convenient hotel occupying one of the towers of Seoul’s iconic International Finance Centre, the Conrad Seoul is clearly geared toward the business traveler. East Asia’s big-city business hotels are in a league of their own, but even amidst such lofty competition, the degree to which the Conrad anticipates the needs of its guests traveling on business is remarkable, from the eye-popping 37th-floor restaurant (fit for wooing a client or celebrating a deal) to the unsexy but all-important details — as in well-placed electrical outlets, reliable high-speed wi-fi, adjustable in-room work areas, and blackout curtains for shutting out the bright lights of the big city." - Tablet Hotels

After 14 hours flying I arrived to a paradise in Seoul. What a fantastic welcome. The smiles from the staff and caring hospitality were truly wonderful. Everything has to get a top rating. Nothing was a trouble to anyone. I felt so comfortable and happy with my stay. Magical. ||River view corner suite upgrade - maybe best room I have been in. What advanced technology! ||I cannot give this hotel a high enough praise. Special mention of Andy - duty manager who is probably the best I have met on my travels, what a hospitable guy doing a fantastic job. Ive never felt so welcomed at a property and to Henry Executive Lounge manager. What a fantastic host - his hospitality made my visit so memorable. Gu my host at 39th steakhouse - so enjoyed his excellent service and conversation. Well done! I will be back and highest recommendation.

Stayed here because of symposium. ||Room on the 35th level and facing the river. We had a welcome gift of wine but we don't drink. As we were upgraded to club room, we could access the lounge for food and drinks. Lounge is spacious. Quality of food is not bad. As we are small eaters we had dinner at the lounge throughout the stay.||Had breakfast at the main restaurant. Happy to find abalone porridge on 2/3 days' stay. Service was prompt and staff were friendly. ||Ordered spaghetti Bolognese from room service and it was delicious. ||We left our luggage at front desk after check out as we wanted to shop. When we were trying to retrieve them, there was no one around to attend to us and communication breakdown and we were made to queue at check in counter and it happened that it was peak check in time so the queue was very long. Good thing I spotted another staff and we got our luggage. That staff who couldn't help us probably did not speak English. I assumed all front desk staff can converse in English as this is a international hotel. ||Overall it's a good hotel and stay was enjoyable.

Truly, a five star hotel. Everything was perfect from reception to setting up transportation for our departure. The top floor bar and restaurant features a spectacular view and top notch cocktails and food. Located on the south side of the Han River, some of the tour companies will not pick up due to traffic issues. But the hotel is next to the IFC mall and across the street from the fabulous Hyundai department store and after some searching on TripAdvisor we found tour companies that took us where we wanted to go. Highly recommended.

Our short stay at the Conrad Seoul was spectacular. The entire staff has been gracious and wonderful, especially Olivia in the Executive lounge. She went out of her way to make our stay so memorable. From the executive lounge to our beautiful room overlooking the river, we couldn’t have ask for more.

Our stay at The Conrad Seoul was amazing! From the moment we checked in, everything felt so welcoming—they even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was such a nice surprise. The Executive Lounge was definitely the highlight for us. Great food, plenty of drinks , and the views were just incredible. It was the perfect spot to hang out after a day exploring the city. Honestly, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Seoul. We had such a good time and would 100% stay here again!

We had a memorable and remarkable stay at Conrad Seoul and received a beyond 5-Star service from the entire team. The hotel is situated in the Yeouido Business District, with excellent access to IFC Mall and public transportation. The hotel concierge team booked taxis for us to travel to all the destinations we needed to visit across Seoul. (Access to ICN Airport is also convenient). Our room was beautifully decorated (with fresh orchids) -- modern, spacious, and provided stunning views of the Han River, surrounding mountains, and Seoul Tower. The property has an outstanding Executive Lounge and multiple restaurants. What made it a great and exceptional place was the staff's gracious hospitality. They went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay in Seoul. Thank you for making us feel at home.

with my husband for breakfast, even though we were not staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the breakfast due to an upset stomach, but the receptionist kindly arranged for just one breakfast to be served. I truly appreciated her thoughtful and professional service. Although I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the meal myself, I could still feel the excellence of Hilton’s hospitality through the quality of the food and the attentive service. I would love to return in the future for a proper stay. If possible, I would be grateful to know the name of the receptionist who was on duty around 9:00 AM on August 5, as I would like to extend my personal thanks. Please share my sincere appreciation with her and the team.

Had a really great stay here. We spent 4 days with our 2 young kids and can highly recommend it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were amazing. All were friendly and helpful. I was a little worried about how the Hilton diamond benefits around breakfast were as I had read this hotel recently changed how they handled it. I don't know what it was like before this year but I had no issues with it at all. They have a small breakfast setup in the lounge (as opposed to getting breakfast down in the restaurant) and it was perfectly fine. They had both western and Korean options, along with an espresso machine and various other drinks. In addition to breakfast, they also have a tea time at 2pm which I took my older daughter to and she loved it. Lots of small desserts to choose from along with coffee or tea. There is also a night cap every night but I never made it up for that. The lounge also has amazing views. The hotel is also connected to the IFC mall which was great for shopping and additional food options. I would stay here again when in town.
