Conrad Seoul

Had a really great stay here. We spent 4 days with our 2 young kids and can highly recommend it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were amazing. All were friendly and helpful. I was a little worried about how the Hilton diamond benefits around breakfast were as I had read this hotel recently changed how they handled it. I don't know what it was like before this year but I had no issues with it at all. They have a small breakfast setup in the lounge (as opposed to getting breakfast down in the restaurant) and it was perfectly fine. They had both western and Korean options, along with an espresso machine and various other drinks. In addition to breakfast, they also have a tea time at 2pm which I took my older daughter to and she loved it. Lots of small desserts to choose from along with coffee or tea. There is also a night cap every night but I never made it up for that. The lounge also has amazing views. The hotel is also connected to the IFC mall which was great for shopping and additional food options. I would stay here again when in town.

This was our third time staying at the Conrad. We really like this hotel. The customer service is top notch. They refer to you by last name and leave nice notes if you are celebrating a special event. Room is spacious , bed and pillows are very comfortable, bathroom is much larger than normal hotels. We were upgraded to King with a river view as Hilton diamond status. * note : breakfast is now served in the executive lounge. The food is still good but a much smaller and less variety compared to the dining room that was used previously. The original breakfast was something to experience. Asian , western, European , American options available. I hope they bring it back.

The rooms are clean and presentable. It also had excellent views. However, the fixtures have not been well maintained. The tables are peeling off and the door seals for the shower wasn’t keeping the water in. The service is excellent. Requests are handled very quickly. The tea provided during turndown service was great. The breakfast didn’t have much variety but was overall satisfying. Overall, I had a great stay. The service was fantastic but rooms need to be better maintained

We loved our stay in the past and our experience at Conrad Seoul and especially at the Executive lounge again exceeded our expectations! The team members, especially Serena and Julie were not only professional but genuinely kind and attentive-helping with local recommendations or just thoughtful service throughout the day. Special thanks to Serena for making reservations and following up to make sure everything went smoothly! It’s rare to encounter service this personalized and thoughtful-thank you so much Serena! The level of personalized attention made us feel truly valued as guests. We are grateful for the hospitality and look forward to our return!

Conrad Seoul truly feels like our second home. We’ve stayed here many times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Our most recent stay in June 2025 was no different—the rooms were thoughtfully prepared in true luxury fashion, and every request was met with outstanding service. A special shoutout to Leo, the manager at Zest, whose warmth and hospitality made our family feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. We are so grateful for his kindness and wish him all the best in his well-deserved upcoming promotion—he’s more than earned it! *This is also an amazing location to hop on and off of any public transportation in Seoul.

During our visit the air conditioning could be a bit cooler. We had it checked but room was just in room temperature. There were some dirt on the towels when we arrived. Also shower is a bit on the small side. The queen beds were comfortable but they didn’t have a firm pillow option. They just gave me a memory pillow instead. Breakfast was good and the cafe downstairs offers good pastries and cakes. Rooftop bar was lovely. Location of the hotel is more on the financial district, but easy to book uber. Service was very good. Pool locker/wet area was small. Nice that they have a golf simulator!

What an amazing hotel. Great architecture, great lobby, stunning corner room with views across the city, best executive lounge, huge gym, great cocktails in the 37 bar. 5* perfect! I was just a bit surprised about all the extra charges and very strict guidelines for almost everything we asked for (e.g sauna, restaurant seating with views in the bar, pool usage, child in the exec. lounge etc.)

Jin who worked at the front desk was excellent!!! He was very kind and attentive to our needs. Although we were told by other employees that they could not give them to us, he got my 2 daughters Conrad bears while we were visiting Conrad Seoul hotel. Made my daughters so happy. Thanks again Jin!
