Conrad Seoul

We choose Conrad Seoul based on the positive reviews. The hotel did not disappoint! The location is within the business district and very easy to reach from all areas including ICN airport (approx. 1 hour by car). From the moment of arrival the entire team were so happy to assist with kindness. We were celebrating a special occasion and the team really went above and beyond to ensure it was memorable. We met Mark the General Manager who also took great care to ensure our special occasion was celebrated. |Our room was very spacious and extremely well maintained / clean. Views were also impressive. We were impressed with the pillow cases having our initials. |The Lounge has wonderful views of Seoul, highly recommend booking a room with Lounge access for further comfort. Pool area was nice too, great size for getting laps in. |The concierge team were excellent at assisting both pre-arrival and Duong our stay. Everything seemed to run so smoothly. |Can very gladly recommend Conrad Seoul and I look forward to returning soon. Thanks again!

At the beginning, I had a bit issue with the paid sauna service, but the hotel sorted out immediately with dignity after noting my comment. They had a top floor bar. I feel the price is a bit dear. We had two beers and a glass of orange juice, and were charged £31. But all in all, the service is very pleasant. The hotel room is nice, very spacious. It It’s rare find for a central located hotel has bath tub. Housekeeping is top notch.

My husband and I stayed in the Conrad Seoul for 2 nights at the end of October. The room was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures online. It was completely updated and clean, with no signs of wear and tear, and all the features worked perfectly. We were able to adjust the room temperature and AC unit as needed; the coldest temperature we set was 19°C. Our room was on the 33rd floor, and it was very quiet, with no street noise. We were surprised and grateful when the front desk staff even upgraded the room to one with a view of the Han River which was beautiful! ||The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and benefits, many of which we took advantage of during our stay, including breakfast, the lounge, the spa, and the gym. The breakfast buffet features a diverse selection of menu items. We observed many families present and noticed that the hotel provided child-friendly plates and silverware for breakfast.||The lounge, located on the 35th floor, offers hors d'oeuvres along with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, all with stunning views of the Han River. The gym is spacious, equipped with plenty of exercise machines and equipment, and includes locker rooms with a beauty/vanity area and saunas. I indulged in a facial and massage treatment at the spa during my visit and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is calm and serene, and the staff is both professional and friendly.||The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful; they even assisted us in calling a taxi when we struggled to order an Uber. Although we made an effort to speak Korean, almost every staff member we encountered understood English.||The location is a bit farther from some of the main tourist attractions in Seoul. Our commute to certain places took anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes using public transit. However, there is underground access to the subway station, just a short walk from the hotel. The IFC Mall, a high-end shopping center similar to those in the U.S., is located beneath the hotel and features numerous shops and restaurants. Additionally, Yeouido Park, which is across the street, is beautiful to stroll through, especially to enjoy the fall foliage in Seoul.||Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends or family members who are Hilton members and are seeking a quieter option away from the main tourist areas of Seoul. While it is a more expensive choice, I believe the experience is well worth the price.

Excellent luxury hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, the rooms amazing and the breakfast is exquisite. In the financial district so the location is not the best but nothing is too far away by bus or metro. Highly recommended.

Stayed for four nights here back in late June. A very well kept property. Room was roomy with great view of the Han River. Breakfast had huge selection though a bit crowded at peak time (as other guests have reviewed). Staff was attentive and professional. Location is very convenient, accessible to shopping malls, restaurants and subway stations. Highly recommend.

I just stayed here while on a business trip. Check in was very quick and efficient. I had a corner room with glass on two sides. The room was beautiful. The bathroom is large and I enjoyed the toiletries and provided robe. The television in the bathroom mirror was nice. My bed was super comfortable. The control center beside the bed made things easy to access. From closing the blinds to turning on and off or even dimming the lights. You can even set an alarm. The location was wonderful. The hotel is adjacent to a mall and you can access it from the hotel elevator. Very convenient. There are many food options at the mall. Or also great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I also loved that there is a large park very close to the hotel. There is a 2.5 kilometer loop so you can get in a great walk or run. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back soon.

The Conrad is an outstanding hotel. We were there for 8 days on a family trip. The place is beautiful. The service is excellent. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast buffet is breathtaking. We would readily go again. To be clear the only drawback is the hotel is located away from most tourists areas. A 30minute cab ride is usually required. Cabs are inexpensive in Seoul. On the plus side, the hotel is located adjacent to an upscale mall and department store, with plenty of nearby restaurants.,

The Conrad Seoul is the perfect hotel for any traveler to this amazing city. I honestly could not find one fault with the room, its staff and its facilities.||Let’s start with the staff… everyone was on their top game 100% of the time, from even the moment before I checked in. As a Diamond member, the staff reached out to me days before my arrival, to make sure that everything would be set up for my arrival. When I finally did arrive, the check-in staff at the lobby was quick, professional, and extremely friendly and welcoming. After a long flight, I appreciated this swift check-in experience, and I was in my room, no more than five minutes after arriving to the property.||I had access to the executive lounge, and again, the staff there were extremely professional. They also sent me a text message no more than one minute after I arrived in my room, to make sure that everything was all right! This was very much appreciated. While everything was perfect in the room, this was an extremely nice touch to ensure that everything was just as I expected.||The staff at the restaurant was really on their game. Again, everyone extremely friendly, and despite being rather busy for breakfast at seven in the morning, had me seated no more than a few minutes after arriving, and tended to me the entire time.||Now, the room… I will keep this brief. I had a king size room facing the river, with perhaps one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in a long time. It was extremely spacious, plenty of outlets to plug in my MacBook and peripherals at the desk area, and again, plenty of outlets around the bed, so I can plug in my phone, my watch, and everything else I needed.||There was definitely no shortage of room in this accommodation! The bathroom was spacious, ample walk in shower, tub, and even a TV that allowed me to continue being tuned into the news while getting ready for the day. It was perfect, and like the rest of the room, it was pristine, absolutely clean. ||You had all the things you’d need to be comfortable, including a nespresso maker and plenty of bottles of water. The television in the room had a large variety of channels, unlike some other properties I have stayed at, which included both local and international channels (including CNN, my favorite, in very crystal-clear high res)z||Location… is perfect! You have the shopping mall right downstairs with direct access from the hotel elevator, perfect for last minute shopping, as well as grabbing a quick bite to eat, or if you were like me, a quick trip to the Apple Store! The subway is also just a short walk away, which can be accessed through a tunnel across the street from the Hyundai, and was very convenient to get around the town. I was everywhere I needed to be in 30m or less, and the entire surrounding neighborhood was also very clean and with a large selection of cafes and restaurants.||And as far as access to the airport… I ended up taking the bus from/to ICN, the 6007 I believe, which was just a short 2 minute walk from the lobby entrance, literally right beside the hotel. It was 17,000 WON and got me to the airport in about 1h15m. Extremely convenient and comfortable ride.||This Conrad is now on my list of favorite properties in east asia, and whether you’re going for business or for leisure, you won’t be disappointed!||Thank you to all the staff for making this stay, albeit a short one, an extremely memorable experience.
