The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, which made the entire experience truly memorable. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the city and the Han River. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were top-tier, reflecting the hotel’s luxury standard. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection of both Korean and international dishes, all fresh and beautifully prepared. Facilities like the fitness center and pool were well-maintained and added even more comfort to the stay. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, Conrad Seoul delivers excellence in every aspect. I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Conrad Seoul. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle to the moment I departed, every single staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly kind. This is exactly the level of service you expect from a true five-star hotel. A very special thank you to the Executive Lounge team for making both my check-in and departure seamless and memorable. I want to especially recognize Sean Jang, Nickie Lee, and General Manager Samuel Peter for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. I’m sure I’m forgetting others because everyone I interacted with delivered outstanding service. Highly, highly recommend staying at the Conrad Seoul. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I can’t wait to return.

What touched us most was the surprise cake prepared for me and my partner, a simple gesture that made our stay feel even more personal and special. The room was amazing — spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The design was elegant yet cosy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom felt luxurious, with quality amenities and great attention to detail. But the absolute highlight was the view. Whether during sunrise, sunset, or the city lights at night, the panoramic scenery from our room was breathtaking and added a magical touch to the entire stay. The facilities throughout the hotel were consistently impressive, from the beautiful lobby to the dining options and fitness centre. Everything was maintained to the highest standard, and you can really feel the level of care put into every part of the guest experience. Overall, Conrad Seoul exceeded every expectation — stunning views, exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and thoughtful surprises. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

Surrounded by high rise buildings, it does offer a view of the river on certain floors which I suppose offsets being surrounded by steel and glass. There is a connecting tunnel to the mall next door, which is nice. But what really took first place was the restaurant on the 37th floor which served some of the best steak I have ever had. The buffet in the morning was also very good, some of the best I've ever had in any hotel. Service was courteous and in a word, excellent. This is definitely a hotel I will continue to revisit. Top marks!

We had a 5-star stay at Conrad Seoul, especially thanks to manager Aaron, and executive lounge staff member Sam. We were celebrating a birthday and Aaron made our day by upgrading our room and giving us a gift. He even gifted us the Conrad Seoul teddy bear key chain after I said I’ve been collecting them. Sam helped us get a late check out and was always so engaging with us and other guests in the lounge. Everyone was so helpful, approachable, and really made an effort to connect with guests in a genuine way, more than I’ve ever experienced at another hotel. The lounge had a good variety of food for breakfast and cocktail hour. I especially liked the dragon fruit. The views from the 37th floor were unreal. It’s a warm and cozy lounge that’s not overcrowded, and has a very inviting fireplace. This was one of the best (and biggest) hotel gyms I’ve seen. A very nice selection of equipment and they even have a Pilates studio. The overall location was great. We took a short uber ride to Hongdae to explore on a nice day, but if it’s raining there’s everything you need in the mall that’s connected by the basement level passageway. Wow wow wow what a Luxury hotel and top notch experience. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was incredible. I am a Hilton diamond member and booked a room with earned points. Immediately upon checkin we were promptly greeted and upgrade to a top floor room with beautiful view of the Han river. We visited the executive lounge which serviced complimentary wine, foods, and drink and was great quality. We then had dinner at the adjacent restaurant with a private table for two overlooking Seoul and the river. Great quality food with excellent service and top tier experience. When we got back to our room and turn down service was provided with a free bottle of wine and cake congratulating us on our anniversary. What a great experience! Would def recommend for any couple or travelers in the Seoul area. Thanks Conrad team. Above and beyond! Outstanding!!! 5 *****

Fantastic hotel overall and definitely worth the price. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. My room was so spacious and comfortable. Location wise - it's connected to the IFC mall which is then connected to The Hyundai, which is great so you don't have to go outside! Breakfast buffet is wonderful but make sure to get there a bit early because there will be a queue. If you're able to justify the price, it's a great choice.

Although I have been staying at the Conrad Seoul hotel for the past few years on a quarterly basis, I have now been staying at this hotel on a longer term basis since the beginning of August. My experience at this hotel has been excellent. I frequently go to the Executive lounge in the evenings and also during the day on the weekends. In particular, I want to acknowledge "Sam" in this lounge who always goes out of his way to ensure I have everything l need to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
