We had a totally fine dining experience here. The onion rings were good as was the mac and cheese. My wage burger which should have been cooked to medium was very red inside. If it had been regular ground beef I would have sent it back.

Renee and her trainee were fun, informative and very attentive. This was our first time here and they gave us some good suggestions and took great care of us. We had the fried pickles for an appetizer and they were amazing! The Smokehouse Burger with fries were what I was hoping for but the carrots cake was the "icing on the cake"!! You have to try the carrots cake. Phil, the manager, came around to see how everything was going and he said that his mom makes the carrots cake. Phil, thank your mom for us!!♥️

Not good at all. The event room was super hot- there was no music- my burger came out very undercooked and so greasy and gristly. Other member had very overcooked chicken- My cocktail was ok, but for $18 I’ve definitely had better. The series of events essentially ruined the family event we had planned, i would suggest looking for other event space if you can

I’ve lived in liberty for over a year I heard lots of things about Conrad’s good and bad. For my birthday we decided to order some takeout. Choose the Relleno burger, onion rings, fried pickles, and Cajun pasta. The food in whole was totally bland, the fried items were soggy at best, and the pasta was stone cold in the middle. For $70 I would suggest anyone else to go across the street to Olive Garden. This is the first and last impression I’d have of Conrad’s.

Best restaurant experience in a LONG time!!! Valencia took wonderful care of us, the food was SPECTACULAR, and the cocktails and wine were amazing. We can't wait to come back, trivia nights are Wednesdays so we will for sure be regulars from here on out!!!

We stumbled into this place while trying to find a place to eat close by our hotel. The waitress was super responsive. The food was excellent and fresh. The beer she recommended was stellar. The place was clean, inviting, and comfortable and affordable to boot!

Excellent employees to accomplish your task at hand! "Andrew" was the best waiter we've had in a very long time! We had to express our opinion to the manager, "Jeremy," which was just as spectacular as Andrew! WHAT A TEAM! Wonderful staff and always helpful! They carried out all the needs for our wonderful dinner and contended with the "special order" as needed! No hiccups! All the employees appeared to be happy working at this location! Wonderful management if an issue ever arises! The food was outstanding, and everybody within our party was complimenting the clean facility, food, drinks, and staff! It's one of the top restaurants in this suburb!👏

So we were leaving another restaurant last night because the line was too long. This nice lady said “hey if you’re looking for good food- try Conrad’s in liberty. “ We thought okay why not? I’m so glad we did. The atmosphere is great. Very clean and inviting. Our server was amazing. I wish I remembered her name but she just did it all so good. From giving us recommendations to just being on top of everything. We loved her. And then the food- soo good. It has been awhile since we have ate just good wholesome food like this. We had the mushrooms (soo good!), onions rings, pasta and tenderloin. All very well made and we can’t wait to be back!

Fettuccine sauce was really good would recommend the fettuccine Alfredo. Good service very social. And good ambiance, five star playlist.

I have been eating here for several months. In fact it was the first place my girlfriend and I enjoyed when we first met. There is a good mix of classic meal like meat loaf and burger and other sandwich's like chicken and Ruben . The place can get busy in the evening but if you have to wait it is not usually more than 16 minutes or so. Staff is always quick to meet our needs and it is a big reason why we keep coming back. The noise is usually more from other people than tvs at the bar so it is a fun place to be . Lighting is not bright and not dark just a good balance. If in the liberty, MO area check them out it might just become your new favorite the way it has for us .

Dinner was amazing at Conrad's last night. The server was so kind and all around pleasant to have. The restaurant was clean and bright and full of people just enjoying each others company as well as some fantastic food. The tenderloin was delicious and ate well the 2nd day as well just heated up! I don't know what they put in those French fries but I could have eaten nothing but those and been happy. They were out of this world! The onion ring app was so yummy but sooo filling and I ended up getting full before I even started on my meal (but I got to have it for lunch today so kind of a win!) the only reason this place is getting a 4 star is because we sat at a table by the door as it was all that was open and every time someone would open the door it was freezing cold and we kept getting chills. But as for everything else 10/10

Stopped here while chasing storms in the area. The food was outstanding. The beer selection is excellent and the bartender was most excellent. She was very chatty and made me feel right at home. I started with a cup of the chili and it was very good. The vibe of the space seemed laid back and fun. I was surprised they weren't busier, but maybe it was a little late in the evening. Lots of TVs. I'd definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

My Grandma and I came to this place and we were very much pleased with the very little wait time and the service from our server was tremendous. We asked her about how conrads became to be and she told us about the amazing owners and there 2nd location in Kearney, MO. The pricing was perfect for what you get and the food tasted tremendous for our first time and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making a wonderful business!!

Stopped by the local Conrad's for lunch heading home from work at 1:20 pm. The breaded loin was delicious, ff were hot and tasty the raw horseradish wow thank you heavenly. The server was five stars highly recommend stop eat and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. Worth the trip through the door. Don't forget the service it's the best. Remember they are a local business too.

I absolutely love this place! They use beef tallow! Real food, not your typical restaurant. The server Ryan is the best waiter I have had. All of the staff are friendly and willing to do what ever possible to make your dining experience the best. This is my go to place to eat in the northland period.

I've been wanting to try Conrad's for awhile and today was the perfect day since we were out and about in Liberty. Giving 4.5 stars here...our server was the bartender and is a hardworking, great server, thank you Dustin! I had the Ceasar Salad w/Grilled Chicken and the Chess Player had the Shrimp Pesto Linguine, both of which were delicious. My only complaint was no booths available and we had to sit at the table with tall stools, which is not my fave. However, had we been anywhere else we would have missed out on Dustin. Great food and service=we'll be back, as Arnie says.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with asparagus as the side. Asparagus ended up being a $3 up charge and I got 4 small asparagus. The chicken was dry and didn't even fill the bun. Very disappointing.

This is a great bar and grille with a TON of options! All very hard to determine what you want because it all sounds amazing. I got the chicken tenders and wow they were very tender and delicious. I would get them again or anything else on the menu for that matter. They also have some great beers on tap, and some fantastic cocktails. Local beers and whiskies. The service at the bar was fast and the bartenders are very nice. I'd come back for sure

The food was okay, the service was good, but what got me was the beer prices! Very expensive! Our flight was $22 for our flight of 4 beers. The kicker was $11 for a 10oz pour!

The food is delicious, I have no complaints there...that being said, it is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. The photos online are not the same portion sizes. I got the short rib grilled cheese sandwich & it was 16 dollars...I kind of feel ripped off...feels like a sandwich from home...not a restaurant for 16 bucks! Lol delicious, but expensive for what you get...

What a cute local place!!! I love how they are all about supporting local too. They have tvs everywhere so that's nice if you're here for a game. The wait was pretty long but it was a holiday weekend. Waiter was attentive! We got the poutine appetizer which was pretty good!! The fries were perfect! I got the Cajun pasta as my meal. It was way too spicy, and I like spicy! But damn! Haha however the flavoring was amazing and worth the spice. The bread that it came with was so perfectly soft omg!!! We requested no fried onions on the burger and they still put them on. No big deal, probably did it out of habit but just so y'all are aware!! Lol. Anyways. would definitely come back!

We were passing thru and staying at Best Western Premier. The desk clerk recommended Conrad's! We went there and so glad we did! Claire was our waitress and she was amazing! Hubby has allergies and she went back twice to make sure he was ok!! We shared the Blue Chips appetizer...with a couple cold ones. OMG....they were soooo good! We had regular BBQ sauce instead of Buffalo. Amazing! And you get so much!! Definitely enough to share! Then we both ordered the grilled chicken wrap with ranch dressing. That also was so very good! I brought 1/2 of mine back to motel for breakfast in the morning. For a side I had steamed broccoli which was excellent. Hubby had the mixed vegetables. It is a casual but nice place!! Claire was awesome and so was the food!

We had our daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner at Conrads it couldn't have been better organized with the staff and the servers who were being so helpful to our every need. The professional Conrad's staff was on their A Game for sure. I, my wife, and especially my daughter were so pleased with the ambiance, the FANTASTIC food, and there was somebody to help her dad - that's me - with teeing up the computers for my power point slide show. You enabled me to deliver a quality show and your professionalism quickly reduced my anxiety by being able to answer all my questions and concerns. The best part of having the rehearsal dinner at Conrads was the execution. You all really helped make it a special night to remember!!! Thanks, Conrads, for your attention to detail!!!

After a long day at a customers facility and a poor meal last night, I was really hoping for a good meal. Someone recommended Conrad's to me so I thought we'd give it a go. I had a steak the night before and wanted something different so I got a wagyu burger and fries. I'd never had wagyu beef before but it was amazing. It's a little on the rich side, so I don't know how often I could eat one but this night I certainly enjoyed it. I ordered medium and it's exactly what I received - nice crust on the outside, slightly pink in the inside. The fries were handcut and perfectly seasoned and fried. Top it off with a nice cold ginger beer and it was a great meal. My coworker ordered the ribeye and it looked delicious as well. Waitress was great. She was very friendly but not in that "I'm flirting with you to get a good tip" way. With plenty of seating, and a noise level that's reasonable for a "sports bar" it was a great place to unwind. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in Liberty.

I love everything about Conrad's! The service has always been excellent, and the food is amazing. Dustin is such a personable, efficient, and wonderful bartender. He mixes cocktails like no one else. I highly recommend Conrad's. I have lived in Las Vegas since 1991 and visit Liberty every other month. I can say that Conrad's prices, service, and atmosphere beat MANY establishments on the Strip!

Great food and people great location and management many items to satisfy hour hungry and thirst!

We met a relative here while in KC for a concert . They have an extensive beer list, unfortunately they were out of the first two beers we ordered. Finally settled on a Bloody Mary and a local lager. The server was knowledgeable , enthusiastic and did a great job. The CFS was very good. The green beans we're prepared with bacon. Just enough gravy , not to much and not to little. We also had a SW Wrap. I tried it and it was delicious. The ambiance was typical sports bar. So it could be loud. But it was fine as we were able to catch up with each other. I would stop here again , when in the area.

Very nice atmosphere. Waitress was nice. Good selection. Trivia was ok. The food was terrible. My wife had egg salad and the bacon was rancid. My Italian sandwich had old hard bread. Pretzel bites were good. Hamburgers we below average. It my last time there. Never again. Liberty has many great restaurants

Really loved their Mac n cheese, pairs greatly with a cider ale and an evening with friends! This spot has a great ambiance and the staff is really kind.

My family and I stopped in for a quick snack on Friday afternoon. We had amazing service, we loved our food, and had just a great time. Such a cool bar and badass place to watch sports. Will definitely come back!

Great local restaurant. Open Monday thru Saturday. 42 beers that they rotate regularly. Great servers for a small table or large parties. It's cozy and fills up most nights. Get in early. I alway like working my way through their seasonal specials. Great loca place.

That was the best chicken fried steak I've ever had. That roll was to die for. Best mashed potatoes I've had in a restaurant. Our waiter was nice and attentive. The inside is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend. Loveeeeeed it.

I don't know what happen tonight but I have always enjoyed this place but I ordered chicken fried chicken and it was really dry Worset meal I had in along time

1 STAR for lack of service. A group of 5 adults went here to eat tonight at 8:00 pm and they said we had "No Choice" but to set at a small table for 4 with a chair added to the end, yet the restaurant is at best 2/3 full. We asked if we could have a bigger table and were told FLAT OUT NO and this is HOW THEY seat parties of 5. You must be kidding. So we left with our money and went to another of the many Better restaurants in Liberty, MO, that would welcome us and our money. SO SAD this place allows two very very young hostesses to control their business or now lack of business. Not a good business model. Crazy the control these two must THINK they have. UPDATE OF REVIEW! In response to the owners comment back to us. We did wait and talk with Jenna. It was Jenna who told us we had NO CHOICE and had to take this table and said THAT IS HOW WE DO IT HERE and other customers just take the table. It was Jenna who escalated this encounter and everyone in the group decided to leave at this point if this is how your managers respond with the words we had NO CHOICES. She made no attempt to make any other suggestion.

The worst service I've had in ages. She would wonder off and forget to return, like for extended periods of time. We finally ygot tired of waiting for our ticket and went to the bar only to find out she had messed up a big parties tickets. Just a mess!

In for dinner for the first time only a few days ago. We were greeted by two friendly ladies and seated quickly. It was not particularly busy which was fine by us. The atmosphere is decidedly dark and sports-oriented with TV's strategically placed. The menu consists of a variety of choices. We opted to start with an order of onion rings. These are seriously not to be missed - thick cut, lightly breaded, delish. Our server was Ryan. He did a very good job of being attentive and helpful if a tad over-animated. I asked him for a burger recommendation and he suggested the Adobo burger to which I added an egg. It was a good burger on a great bun although a little overdone imo. My wife had the mac and cheese with chicken. She enjoyed it for sure. Too full for dessert we decided to take a piece of carrot cake home. No regrets there - it also was very good. They do have a fairly deep beer and wine selection. My wife chose a wheat beer - Boulevard I think - and left the bottle empty. We really enjoyed eating at Conrad's, plan to go back, and recommend it for anyone looking for a varied menu sure to cover everyone's preferences.

The service at CONRAD'S was by far the best part of my experience. Our servers made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner, while also providing us quite a few laughs along the way. The restaurant was able to accommodate our large party rather quickly, which we greatly appreciated. They have a wide variety of beers available, so everyone's able to find something they like. The food was also good too. I had the Mac and cheese with grilled chicken. The chicken was a little dry, but it's something I'd order again.

We found this great spot driving through Liberty! Service was amazing, as was our food! So clean and beyond expectations! Tucked away with ample parking!

I love this place. I haven't been disappointed yet after 3-4 visits. This time I tried the chipotle chicken sando on their seasonal menu and WOW. Big props for using chicken thigh instead of breast, because it tastes way better especially with the perfect amount of char smokey flavor they prepared with it. More places should do this and discover the magic of thighs. They also had a cozy spaetzl and brawt dish on the seasonal menu that I will try next time. And as always, Kay's carrot cake is to DIE FOR. Seriously my fav carrot cake ever. Get it, you won't regret it.

This was my first time to Conrad's and I have to say I liked it! We had our work Christmas party here and there were about 12 of us! We ordered an array of appetizers and entrees. Everything came out in a timely manner and all at the same time. I must admit this is a huge pet peeve of mine when dining in a large group. The food never seems to come out together, people are done eating by the time someone's actual entree arrives, and it can be a hot mess! That was not the case here!! They had a large selection of beers and cocktails and I was impressed with the portion sizes. I ordered a steak and it came out perfectly medium rare, once again impressive considering the size of our group. My daughter ordered the kids salmon and I must note I loved seeing this option on a kids menu. So many times it's only cheeseburgers and chicken tenders, but Conrad's offered something off the beaten path!! I would definitely come here again!

They close at 10pm. I arrive at 9:05pm to meet a friend for a quick bite and drink. Kitchen is closed. So I politely ask for a drink and it is "last call". So I am thinking, they want my business ;-). We let them know we will be leaving at their closing time of 10. They stack chairs at 9:20, turn the full house lights on at 9:30, turn off the music at 9:40 (mind you we already let them know we are leaving at 10pm, which is their closing time). They all sit down at a huge bar right next to us at 9:45pm. We leave at 10:00pm on the dot (we would have either way). No wonder why we were the only one's there after 9:00pm. Not a very great plan for retaining customers.

Service was good, beer selection great. Food less than average. Smallest portion of fish I've ever seen in my whole life. It was less than you would feed someone on the children's menu.

Went here after church one Sunday. Food was okay. Price was acceptable for the food advertised on menu.

We were traveling from Arizona to Wisconsin's and staying at a hotel across the street. We had been in the car 10 hours and just wanted to relax with a good, casual meal. Conrads was above our expectations, as we arrived, it was 10. minutes before the end of Happy Hour, and Nour server, Jessica, was at our table imm mediately to inform us she could put in an order for drinks and an appetizer before happy hour ended. Cocktails were awesome, while enjoying pretzel bites. Jessica was so personable, pleasant, efficient and took our dinner order quickly! Everything ab out this casual dinner was excellent... food (burgers) and Jessica's service was above and beyond! We had the chance to chat with her- found out she has been a server for 10 years, after getting married and having 3 children. No doubt she runs an efficient household! But- she really has dreams of being a nurse and she would be perfect for this profession. We had some cash left from our trip, so handed it to her and told her to promise that she will return to school. What an amazing dining experience- Go Jessica! Cheers- your "fans" from Madison, WI

My wife and I stopped in with our daughter for dinner. Perused the drink menu and we got our order in and drinks arrived pretty quickly. Decent prices and a good selection. For dinner, I got the Black and Bleu burger. It was OK - could have used either a stronger blue cheese or a bit more of it, but it was fine. My wife got the Chicken Primavera Pasta - also fine, but not anything particularly flavorful or interesting. Our daughter got the Applewood Shrimp - a decent assortment of shrimp, with a side of asparagus (which I got as well). It was nicely flavored, but a bit overcooked. Service and atmosphere were good. Overall it was fine, but unremarkable. I'd go back to grab a drink, but not sure the food was memorable...at least on our visit.

I had a bad experience two years ago, my husband wanted to try it again. So I ordered the grilled cheese and short rib sandwich. It was not meant from the short ribs. It was stringy bland and wet. Flavorless. Very little horseradish. My husband had the Buffalo chicken wrap with no taste of Buffalo sauce or ranch. The cheese that comes with the pretzels isn't even as good as canned. Their desserts are not worth buying. Neither one of us could even get down half of a sandwiches. The fries were decent will never return. Strike two and you are out in my book.

HUGE fan of this place! Conrad's is just one of those places where if you wanna go to the bar and get good greasy bar food, you can. It's ALSO one of those places where if you want to sit by a fireplace and order a nice 5 star meal cooked by some of the best, you can. This time, we sat by the fireplace with friends, got drunk off cocktails, and our stomachs were full with the 5 star stuff. We started off with hand battered fried mushrooms- amazing. I ordered the chicken Marsala and it's now one of my favorites. The chicken was cooked to perfection, it was so tender and lovely. It laid on a bed of potatoes covered with fresh mushrooms and a wonderful sauce. I'll get it again for sure. We also ordered their newest sandwich on the menu, the "cubano" their take on a Cuban and we loved it. Paired with a side of perfectly fried sweet potatoes-yum. They also have nightly specials which is nice if you're wanting to try new things. A great date night place or just to go watch the game! At Conrad's you can do either! Or both!

Pretty homely environment, food is good but stay away from the whateverloaf! Yes the meatloafer was horrible. Replace this item asap, nevertheless there are some food favorites I'll take advantage of next time.

We don't usually complain about our meal unless there's something to be shared... We've been into Conrad's several times living 2 minutes away. The woman at the hostess stand was a tad short with an unwelcoming grimace on her face. Otherwise the employees are always pretty nice. We started with the fried mushrooms. The last couple times they've been overcooked. Darker brown instead of golden. Maybe they're sposed to be crunchy... Seemed a little longer to get food, which always fine but coming out looked as if it might've sat in the window. I'm just guessing. Just sharing our experience. Chicken Fett Alfredo, with side salad. And the Mac & cheese plus chicken and a side salad. Let's just say the side salads were better than the meals. Again, heat lamp? The breadsticks were dry. The Mac & cheese looked dry and wasn't really cheesy. My partner ate the chicken breast, left most the noodles and bread. The Fett Alfredo, there was more chicken than noodles. It looked better after being stirred. The chicken was great. But I was immediately disappointed by the size of the portions, considering $16 per plate. This has also been an issue in the past with portions here. But I will say they will fix it if asked but sometimes it's just not worth the hassle. You just want to eat. It's just nice to sit down for a meal and not a portion. The server was great. Just my thoughts on dinner. It wasn't a horrible experience.

All I could say was, Oh My! When I left work today I was greeted with a car that would put a sauna to shame. Yes, I know that it is summer time. And with me, being a somewhat quirky sort of fella, summertime means sandwiches and lots of them. Lately, the cagey old hamburger has been at the top of the list. You know, "I'd gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today." Now, there's a place not to far from me, That I have been thinking about for a very long time. So, as my AC is working overtime to cool down my car, and not wanting to crank on the oven for a TV dinner, I change course. I set my compass due east and head for Liberty. Sitting along the west side of Route 291, just north on the 291 and 152 intersection sits a culinary delight known as Conrad's Restaurant & Alehouse. Now, I've looked at the menu of this place on line so I knew what I would be ordering. Not only do I love a great burger, one that has really good, gooey, bleu cheese on it, is special. Add a cabernet demi sauce, onion straws, lettuce, tomato, pickle and bacon to it and you have heaven on a bun. Include a Martin City Hard Way IPA and a side of sweet potato fries and you are transported to Shangri-La. So, I am sitting back, sipping on a tasty beer when they bring me my burger. All I Could say was, Oh My! I ordered the burger medium. It was perfectly pink. The combination and the richness of the cabernet demi, along with the creamy, moldiness of the bleu cheese, and the savory delight of smoked bacon along with the vinegar in the pickles and the crunch of the onion strings...it was a perfect combination of flavor and texture. I ate the whole thing. Well Done Conrad's Restaurant & Ale House! Well Done Indeed!

Really just not good. They asked my husband what temp he wanted his burger and he said medium yet they served him a scorched and dry well done burger. My Mac n cheese looked like it had been sitting for days. They didn't even bother mixing it to make it look less nasty. Felt so gross for days after eating here.
