"Even though Conshohocken Brewing Company is outside of the city, they’re too good to not have on this list. The taproom has few tables big enough for groups, a long bar, and an elated wraparound deck outside where you can drink their blood orange IPAs, piña colada sour, or a crisp and hoppy unfiltered pilsner. They have really solid food as well like soft Bavarian-style soft pretzels, meatball sandwiches coated in heaps of parmigiana, and loaded hot dogs." - Candis R. McLean

Google
This brewery is located in the back of a large amount of corporate buildings walk all the way to the end of the building and you’ll find the brewery right next to a bike trail. Very helpful if you are looking to take a hike or bring your dog, super friendly staff.

Google
Can't beat this spot being on the the SRT. Love stopping here during a bike ride on a beautiful day. Nice selection of beers and plenty of bathrooms. Couple suggestions catering towards the biking folk that frequent this spot. It would be awesome to have some cushions on the chairs. It'd feel really nice after spending some time on the saddle to have some cushion for your rump whilst enjoying a tasty beer. Also a handful of bar chairs/stools on the outside balcony would be really nice. Great spot and a must stop along the SRT

Google
Perfect stop along the Schuykill valley trail. They have bike racks for those looking for a pit stop like myself. Place had an open layout with plenty of seating and a great selection of beers with Philly inspired names. The Frankze&LA was my favorite. Got chicken tacos and the bratwurst to eat and both were good too. Definitely stop in.

Google
Great spot to stop for a beer or meet up with friends. Located along the rail line and bike trail. Good selection, great atmosphere, easy street parking, and plenty of seating inside and outside.

Google
Rude and nasty customer service. Went on Thursday with our dog because they advertise as dog friendly. We sat at the bar with our dog and were served a beer. Subsequently the bartender began to give us attitude and said no dogs allowed. He then rather aggressively told us to go outside in the cold rain with our beers and dog. He continued to be extremely rude and embarrass us when we informed him that it is freezing cold and raining and the outdoor propane heaters had no propane. How were we supposed to know that the only “dog friendly” part of this place was outside in the cold rain? We would have gladly taken a refund and been on our way but even that was not an option. Instead of being understanding he switched to being ignorant and dismissive. We will not be coming back if this is how they treat customers. Plenty of other options in the area.

Google
Always a treat to come here after a long bike ride. We came on Memorial Day and it was very crowded but rewarding! We love your beer! We got: -milkshake ipa -backpack brew -blood orange ipa -pretzel -hotdog Will be back many times, and recommend to our friends all the time!

Google
Conshohocken Brewing Co. has the best atmosphere and amazing beer. The atmosphere is chill and so relaxing. It’s right on the bike trail so you can ride or drive. The warm pretzels are delicious & Nightmare on East Elm street is the perfect October fall festive beer! The bartenders and our server, Samantha, are so accommodating.

Google
Great beers in an out of the way brewery with a view of the rail trail. Located in a red brick building with a single unassuming sign in the front. The brewery is in the back of the building with 2 large garage doors opened to a view of the Schuykill River Trail. The brewery is very gracious. We saw several people using the rail trail come in and ask for water for both them or their dogs and they were served no charge. The beers are all exceptional with a variety of IPA's, a few dark beers, sours and a shandy. Everyone's taste in beer is different so I'll let you judge them. Great service - cool atmosphere - friendly bartender.

Yelp
Stopped by on a snowy, freezing rain type of night! But I need to eat somewhere when on the road! Cool place, I can see it being busy on a better weather night! Had the Nashville Hot chicken! Very good! Large portion loved the local bakery roll Made the dish.chicken seasoned and cooked well and I like the creamy Cole slaw on top!

Annie X.

Yelp
Very casual spot for beer in the suburbs! I came in with a group of friends in the late afternoon and really enjoyed how relaxed the atmosphere was. Food: I got tacos and thought they were good - it wasn't anything spectacular / there wasn't too much variety with their food options, but they're much more well known for their beer. I appreciated how many options they had around beer, and I loved the drinks we got there! Overall: 4/5 - a great go-to spot for beer in Conshohocken! I would come back for drinks!

Lisa S.

Yelp
Looked fun but the hours online said they were open Til 11 and when we arrived at 925 they were closed. They didn't offer a taste of the beer or we would have bought some to go. Update your Google map hours.

Anastasia R.

Yelp
This place can get crowded and a bit loud since it's not a large space. The beers/ciders are a hefty pour and I honestly didn't even finish 1 cider. Food options are a bit limited for vegetarian/vegan options, but my friends enjoyed the quick bites. I'd recommend coming here for apps before dinner or to grab drinks post meal. It's a lively place and appropriate for hanging with friends. Parking can be tough so plan accordingly.

Greg K.

Yelp
A sense of place. It's what defines your experience. It could be the best dive bar you ever discovered, or it could be an ultra luxe lounge; it's whatever creates your vibe. Now, if a place is seriously lacking in vibe... Hello, Conshohocken. I get that many breweries are located in reclaimed post-industrial spaces; in fact, it's almost a cliché at this point. But you can do it right- like Burlington Beer's new space in the South End, and create an inviting space. Or, you can work with what ya got, and let your beers be the star. That's how I'll generously describe the Conshy strategy. A place with zero curb appeal, minimal signage, and a general off-putting gateway atmosphere, which isn't helped by the long narrow entry into a rather small, dingy, unremarkable space. But...clearly this place is cyclist nirvana. The Schuylkill Trail is literally steps away off the back deck, and biking bros were streaming in at the 12:00 opening call (I guess the heard the garage door going up). Nothing harshes my vibe faster than a cluster of sweaty dudes impinging on my personal space. Hello, Brohemians, IT'S STILL A PANDEMIC. But I digress...I love their beer, Puddler's Row in particular is an outstanding ESB, and I picked up a fresh drop of Ring the Bell, which again is a four-star beer in my book. So, my guidance is, check out their other locations (Phoenixville is attractive and smack in the middle of an active downtown), or just stop by the beer store and grab some to go!

Ryan P.

Yelp
Stopped here on the spur of the moment to get away from traffic. And I'm glad I did! Decent beer menu, to-go cans, and a small menu of food makes this a good stop. Favorite beer is the Philly Vice, not too sour but more of a tart Berliner Weisse. My meal was a Bratwurst sandwich and chips, which was simple but effective. I'd come back again, but I would like to see more food options - I know their other locations have more variety with food, so maybe I'll head there next?

Dara R.

Yelp
I love that this is right off the bike path, which is doubly great because there is almost no parking. They are dog and cyclist friendly, the beer is good and it's a pretty cool spot. What's not to like?

M K.

Yelp
So here's the thing: there is nothing bad or unsatisfactory about this brewery. Walking in, you get a view of the brewery itself, which sets the vibe. Inside, it's cozy and casual, with a beautiful view of the ridge. It's much cozier than any brewery we've been to recently, and feels very homey. The staff are friendly, the beer is SUPER reasonably priced, there are plenty of comfy tables to sit at, and the music is nice. Limited food selection, but it's good food. None of the beers are bad--but most of them weren't standouts when we went. We liked all of them, didn't LOVE any of them. We will definitely be coming back but it's mostly for the atmosphere and the fact that you can't pick a bad beer here. Also, we cannot overstate how affordable it is. If you aren't a big brewery person and aren't looking for the really weird beers, this is a perfect brewery for you and a great place to start. We also think it's kid friendly.

Sean F.

Yelp
Beer is always tremendous. For the cheesesteak which was excellent. The shuffleboard is sanded to league regulations. Conshohocken lacks pool/darts/shuffle but you at least can find a good shuffle board here.

James P.

Yelp
How do you make a good cheesesteak great? Eat it at Conshohocken Brewing Co.

Yelp
over the years, there has been a steady decline in the quality of food, the quality of the beer, and certainly the level of service. now we are at the point where you sit outside at a table that hasn't been cleaned, order from a window, and roll the dice and wait to see how long it takes to get what is now relatively mediocre food. it's unfortunate, this was my favorite neighborhood place. now there are so many places whose food, beverage, and service, far exceed it. after my wife and I Left last Friday, two hamburgers, one appetizer, one beer each, $65 before a tip. and who do I tip? The person who spent around 15 seconds to carry my food to me. The person who never came to clean the tables. Certainly not worth it. not sure we will go back anymore. again, it's unfortunate, because this place was terrific. I don't want to settle for the "it's the pandemic" excuse, anymore. So many other places are continuing to turn out much better food and much better service with all the same circumstances.

Marissa G.

Yelp
I really like the atmosphere at the Conshy brewery. The staff is always very friendly and service is fairly quick. It's a nice place to stop along the river trail. Many Conshy groups hold worthwhile events there as well. My only hesitation to go more frequently is that their brews are just ok. The beer is by no means bad, but is also not the best I have had.

Jeff H.

Yelp
One of the best places for a good beer in the Greater Philadelphia area is at the Conshohocken Brewing Company. The challenge is that you have to find it. It's actually easier to reach by bike via the popular Schuylkill River bike trail. You see the Conshy Brewery lies directly on this path and one can then enter the brew pub from the back deck. Anyway there are always good and freshly brewed beers to be had here. I thought their English bitter called Puddlers Row ESB was awesome. In contrast to the bitter, the Blueberry Berliner Weisse has an interesting fruity/sour combo exploding in your mouth. To eat I ordered the Horne hot dog with Tito's chili and a little sauerkraut and it was a perfect accompanier to the different brews. You can order beer in multiple sizes here which is totally cool as it allows you to try many of their offerings at a fair price. Now check this out - the Braumeister Andrew Horne has lived in both Vienna and Salzburg in Austria and speaks Austrian German while the bartender Scott spent a week in Vienna a few years ago. Cool! I knew I liked this spot!

Stephanie G.

Yelp
We have experienced CBC beers at local beer festivals and finally got a chance to drop by the Conshohocken location. Small, but lively space. We started at the bar and moved to a table when friends arrived. I am an IPA drinker and Type A became my go to for the evening. I did also enjoy Viking Funeral. I mean wow! So smooth. Way smoother than that other PA honey ale. Will be back when we are in the area.

Nicole R.

Yelp
Love this spot. And LOVE the beer! They have great bartenders and a chill vibe. Bring your dog too.

Tim Y.

Yelp
I've heard so many of my biker-friends rave about this place, so I wanted to make this a stop along the way of my latest round-trip cycle from Philadelphia to Valley Forge. I timed it so my stop was on my way back to Philly and I'd be primed for a nice, cold beer - and I couldn't have been happier with how accessible this place is, the welcoming service I received from the bartender, the choice of brews, and all the fellow bikers who stop off here. For this review, I can only attest to the crispy-delicious Summer Love beer that I had; which was perfect after 50 miles on the summer trail! It's your standard, light & fruity Summer Love that is served in so many places. But the breadth of selection of other beers should make it so anyone can find something they like here. I paid $6 for the Summer Love + tip; not that far off from Center City Philadelphia type prices, but respectable to support a cool business like the CBC is. Don't worry, I took about a half hour of chitchats with the locals, and a few swigs of water to re-hydrate before I left - so let's make it clear that I did not drink & drive/bike! Hahaa The bike racks are practically overflowing-full most every time I pass by here, but I was so glad to easily get a spot in the middle of the afternoon - as I don't come through this way very often. And there are a lot of folks who bike here - the trail-facing deck & yard are full of them mixing and mingling with another! Folks were pretty friendly here, as is typical for a suburban/hipster type place. Indoors was much smaller than I had imagined; there are decent amounts of tables, but they were all full - and I'm guessing that a wait for tables occurs rather often for most folks. If you are here to eat, obviously you'd want a table or find an open seat at the bar. I look forward to making this a more regular stop on a journey through the Schuylkill River Trail!

Courtney S.

Yelp
This place was out of control busy for their 4 year anniversary party. That mixed with the 80 degree weather in April that everyone has been waiting for made for a perfect storm of day drinking. The space lends super well to dog meet ups and outdoor lounging but every seat in the house was taken so our choices were to sit on the grassy area outside or stand in the taproom area so we stood and we liked it. Can't wait to come back

Paige J.

Yelp
Had a great time here. Felt very safe our whole time here. They service was excellent. Dog friendly which is always a plus for us. Beer was AMAZING! definitely will be back; maybe even after a bike ride!

Dave P.

Yelp
Good food, kid friendly, and great beer! Great brunch options too @conshohockenbrewing Go EAGLES! Just off of 202, so

Kathleen D.

Yelp
I feel like I should've arrived on a bike after looking at a sampling of the other reviews. Unfortunately, I'm a terrible bike rider, but I [finally] made it here after work Friday with a large group. This is a beer-only review since I didn't try any of their food...but I did see others order some and it all looked really good. Five stars for appearance! As for the beer, I assembled a fairly mixed flight: a blonde, an ESB, a festbier and a vanilla porter. The surprising standout? The ESB. This is only the second time in the whole [very short] history of me liking beer that I've actually enjoyed an ESB. Others agreed that it was an exceptional choice. While the other samples were good, they weren't on the level of "must drink this again soon!" I'd be curious to try their regular porter, and, of course, a stout as winter creeps in. CBC is situated in a nice facility, and I like how accessible their brews are in the neighboring communities (who doesn't love Tandem?). Definitely will be back at some point.

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
I'm not sure who enjoys Conshy Brewing more, me or my dog! Whenever she sees that we're headed to the brewery she knows she will be receiving lots of love and treats from the great bartenders. All of the staff are excellent. The selection of beer is robust. Available year round they have a sour, an ESB, a few IPAs, and a pilsner. Additionally available are seasonal selections, including my absolute favorite, The Oats Magoats, an oatmeal stout. If you are looking for a place with good beer, enhanced by great company, look no futher!

Mike H.

Yelp
Based on the pictures I've seen on their website and on Yelp, I knew that the Conshohocken Brewing taproom wasn't a huge spot, but it was a little smaller than I had expected. Working with a smaller room as it is, I was a little surprised that, in my opinion, I feel like there was a lot of space being under-utilized as standing room where more tables would have sufficed. In comparison to other local taprooms, I feel like the ratio of patrons sitting vs standing is a little imbalanced here. The beer at Conshy is always good, not a single issue there. Most of the ones I wanted to try were available, and of course everything tasted super fresh. We scoped out the menu online before going so we could make a decision on whether or not to grab food there. We decided we would eat there after seeing a decent set of options on the menu. Though when we got there, I was surprised to see that the food prep area was right out there behind the bar. It consisted of a woman in a cramped-looking corner with a little hot surface, a toaster oven and a tiny prep area. The proximity of the food to everyone bustling around and lack of a proper prep area made me feel like anything off the menu would probably fall flat. I understand that it's a taproom and food isn't the focus, but it seems like they should either have designed it better or just didn't have it at all. It looked clean and sanitary but I didn't feel like it was well-thought-out, so I ultimately decided against getting food there and going somewhere else afterwards. I plan on visiting their Brewpub in Bridgeport soon. Given Conshohocken Brewing has a track record of good beer and a great local word-of-mouth, I'm looking forward to seeing if the Brewpub has more space available that I feel would resolve some of the issues at the Taproom.

Kristen G.

Yelp
Stopped by for a drink the other day while exploring the neighborhood. The space is small, but luckily the sun was shining so we were able to take advantage of the deck out back. There is a good amount of standing room out there, but I think it would be cool if they could expand the deck even more and add some tables and chairs as well. The beer I selected was the Blueberry Berliner Weisse. It was very refreshing and a tasty pick for the summer. Fruity beers can be hit-or-miss, but I'm happy to report that this one was well-balanced and not too sweet. One recommendation I would make is to add the style of beer to all of the names listed on the chalkboard. Some of them had them, some did not. My boyfriend and I were checking Untappd before ordering to look up what was what for any beers that only had a name listed. Overall a fun little place and somewhere I'd stop by again if I was in the area.

Lisa T.

Yelp
I wanted some good bar food at a brewery. We happen to be close by, saw that they had good reviews, so we gave it a try. Although the ambience is awesome (it's a cool old building which they decorated nicely with a wide open feel) the food is horrible! My husbads salad was slimy like they used old lettuce. I had a seasonal flatbread which was to have seasonal veggies on it. It's Fall...seasonal means, squash, apples, pumpkins, cauliflower, spinach.... not broccoli, onions and peppers...which is all that was on this non-toasted, cold white bread. It was nasty. My kids got the typical kids meals, mac and cheese and a burger (apple sauce comes in the plastic sealed container from Costco). Not impressive. I'd never come back, the beers were ok, but if you're looking for some good picky food to go with it, stear clear of this place.

Melissa S.

Yelp
First and foremost, this place DOES serve food. This wasn't advertised on their website during my first visit so I didn't show up with an appetite (photo of what was offered during my visit is posted). Nothing too fancy, just some little snacks to keep everyone satiated. Second (and just as important), its dog friendly! The place is small but welcoming. I'm guessing that it can accommodate up to around 60 people. Board games are available to play with friends in addition to a shuffleboard. I'm assuming that nobody would care if guests brought along their own games. Flights are charged per beer, not a flat rate. Cost of a 4oz beer will vary between $2-3. As I've stated in previous Yelp reviews, beers are tough to judge as everyone has a different palate. What I will indicate here is that CBC offers a little bit of everything. They do not specialize in any particular style of beer (such as Porters or IPAs) so this is a good place for everyone to check out.

Albert S.

Yelp
Went after a convention held at the Expo center in Oaks, PA. I'd say that the brewery itself had a typical brewery look. Nice little bar with tables and chairs in the center. They did have a nice looking outdoor area that overlooks the bike trail and river. The beer is what makes me a fan. The Puddlers row ESB was excellent. No wonder it won the silver at the World Beer Cup for two years. The Type A, Blueberry Berliner Weisse, Blood Money, MC5, and Hop Life were all very good. I really liked the Doll's Eye CDA. The only one that fell short for me was the Mr. Robusto Porter. Nice servers also.

Christopher H.

Yelp
A solid hangout, particularly when the weather is nice. Though the square footage is small, beer drinkers can take advantage of the garage style doors and back porch overlooking the towpath and Schuylkill river. And it's dog friendly! On warm weekend afternoons, cyclists will rack their bikes on the rear lawn and then jump in line for some cold brews. The brewery offers a diverse beer menu (I'm a fan of the Hearts Alive Imperial Red Ale and the Life Coach IPA), including four-packs to go. A limited food menu and the aforementioned tight space are the only knocks. My buddy and I were thinking on busy afternoons, they should consider moving a keg or two to an opposite corner of the tap room to accommodate the larger crowds and minimize the wait time.

Erika L.

Yelp
I like this place. People are nice here. It's a limited menu so don't go expecting dinner. The deck area is great for sunny days and the heat lamps are nice when it's cold.

Gene P.

Yelp
Good people, good beer, good food. We visit microbreweries all over the US This is a nice place with a great location. We tried: 1 Food... the chili - good. The humus platter - very nice 2 Beer... Rye Porter nice porter with a full bodied finish still smooth no bitter. Maple Porter wow what a surprise it is a malt porter that shares a very maple finish that is very distinctive. Russian imperial stout - rich dark full bodied with a very slight bitter finish. (She ordered 2...)

Wil M.

Yelp
Great beer; don't get near - the food. Microwave, dry, reheated chicken & tacos. No no's. Dogs have it good. People should.

Leah T.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere with games to play and shuffleboard. I also enjoyed that the back opened up so you could hang out on the back porch. I wasn't crazy over the beer and it was a little overpriced compared to other smaller breweries. For me, the porter was a little flat in carbonation and lacking a depth of flavor.

Michelle P.

Yelp
After riding past this place many times and longing to stop, my husband and I finally decided to make this a destination for one of our bike rides. We were conveniently able to leave our bikes on one of the two racks next to the Schuylkill River Trail. Most people didn't lock their bikes but we decided to lock ours. We left our helmets and water bottles with the bikes and came back to them with no problem. Ok so now for the good, the bad and the odd. The good: The beer was pretty good! We got a four beer sampling flight with the Blonde, Saison, IPA and Belgian IPA. All four were tasty and good for what they were supposed to be. We also ordered a soft pretzel to split. It was large, fresh and hot perfectly hitting the spot. Our total bill was under $10- score! The service was pretty speedy. They also have a juke box with a great selection. We heard one of our favorite songs while we were in there and we weren't even the ones to select it. The bad: The place was swarming with bugs. I understand they keep the back door/window open but they were constantly all over us. I would have stayed for another round but I was being eaten alive. The odd: At one point one of the employees came over to our table and asked us if she could scoot our table back a few inches. We complied but had no idea why we were asked to do that. No one came to the table behind us and we weren't in anyone's way. This scooting seemed like it could have waited until we were gone. I enjoyed the beer, our experience was quick and inexpensive; I'd definitely make another stop back. It's nice to have another local brewery in the Philly region.

Robert O.

Yelp
Terrific beers always something different great atmosphere with the dogs and everybody on the deck. Definitely will be coming back and forth many times especially when I go for a bike ride.

John M.

Yelp
Conshy Brewing Company always delivers a great beer selection and complimentary munchies! Thanks for your determination thru Covid-19!

Matt S.

Yelp
I found that most people who really love this place are from conshohocken and are proud of their own brewery. I've been here a few times and then finally stopped going. I haven't been there in over a year I think... What I loved most about this place, was that they offered various size glasses for a fair price per ounce. The 8 ounce is exactly twice the price of a four ounce pour. It's a great way to make your own flight. I found the service to be slow. One time, I wanted to buy beer and waited for over seven minutes for the staff to fill water bottles for some bike riders. Behind the bar isn't designed for speed. The beer is below average and I've told my friends I think it tastes like home-brews I've made. I could also be brewing amazing beers at home that just aren't my style. There are a lot of better microbreweries around.

William I.

Yelp
Visited the location for the first time last night and absolutely loved the location. Little difficulty finding a place to park since we drove, but the fact that it's right on the bike path is great. As a cyclist I loved reading a review that said they're will to fill water bottles. The set up is nice with a wide open porch, and pleasant selection of tables Onto the beer (at least the ones we had). Mostly writing this because earlier this summer I had their blood orange IPA (Blood Money) and it officially became my favorite beer. I had the ESB (Pulling Row?) and it definitely lives up to the expectation. I found it delicious and my girlfriend who doesn't usually like ESBs enjoyed it as well. So for a person who isn't a traditional ESB drinking it'd be an awesome beer to experiment with. My girlfriend had the session IPA and it was very nicely done. It was hoppy and tasty but not too bitter of an aftertaste. Overall, we were both very satisfied with our choice.

Michael P.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place. I wanted to get behind them since they're local. But I just can't. Their beer...well, let's face it...it's just awful. It's boring. There's no passion in what they make. There's very little creativity in their varietals. And the results are just plain bland. These folks are the result of an over-expansion in the craft beer industry and I have no doubt once the bubble bursts, they'll be one of the first to exit. Cute space though.

Tiffany C.

Yelp
Beers are of course delicious, but food is also amazing! The Brussels Sprouts were absolutely fantastic!!! So yummy and cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly, prices are reasonable, and atmosphere was very chill. Definitely recommend!

Rachel O.

Yelp
Conshohocken Brewing was the perfect destination goal for our first long ride together! We almost blew by it, but 2 full bike racks pretty much screamed "Stop Here!" After admiring the fancy bikes (and deciding whether to secure our amateur gear when there are way nicer ones unlocked), we went up the deck stairs to the bar. The atmosphere is casual, but gets crowded quickly: we arrived at 12:15P and got a table, but the place was packed with bikers by 12:35P. Drinks: * Pours: 4oz (~$1.5), 8oz (~$3), 16oz (~$6). They don't penalize for smaller pours! * Growlers: 32oz/64oz (~$8/$14. Prices vary). Take out only. Don't eff up a good thing! Flights decks of 4 (4oz/pour) are available. Selection changes frequently. We had: * Dolls (Cascadian Dark: 5.2%) * Day without Dawn (Cascadian Dark/Black IPA: 7.4%) * Single Hop Cascade (Pale Ale: 5.3%) * Lucien (Belgian Style Table Beer: 4.4%) * Conshy Blonde (Blonde Ale: 5.0%) * Summer of '19 (Pre Prohibition Lager: 6.5%) * 10,000 Marbles (Belgian Style Pale Ale: 6.4%) * Tripel Deke (Belgian Style Tripel: 8.5%) The Cascades were a shade hoppy for me, but they were all refreshing - something for everyone! Shout out to Home Brewed Events for the delicious 10,000 Marbles collab! Food: Mainly bar bites. We had: * $5 "Horne" Dog with Beef Chili and Sauerkraut * $6 Beef Chili with Tortilla Chips or Bread Unfortunately, our order got stuck in the hangry lunch crush. They have a very small kitchen and patience is encouraged. However, beer sampling and people watching kept us busy during the 30 minute wait. Amenities: * ~10 tables (seats 4-6), ~10 bar highbacks, 2 bike racks by the trail, 1 sweet deck * Pet friendly (deck and outdoors only) Pay it Forward: Share your table if you can. Clientele ranges from families with very young children, young couples, and spandex-clad bikers out for a long ride. We met a sweet couple sneaking out for adult time (sleeping baby in tow!) and a rad older couple who decimated our meager distance - and gave us insider scoop on other stops down the trail!

Yelp
This is my absolute go to place. The beer and food are nothing short of amazing. Thank you Savannah for making a very welcoming environment!

Yelp
My second time here. I wiped out on my bike and didn't have any aspirin, so I walked in and asked for an IPA to kill the pain. Today, it was the Blood Money IPA...just as awesome as their flagship Conshohocken IPA. I have not eaten here, but these guys had a first aid kit and hooked up some band aids and antibacterial cream. Thanks guys...I needed this!

Yelp
It looked closed, but we tried the door anyway. Glad we did. It was a nice hangout spot with friendly people and two very nice bartenders. We sampled all of the beers and enjoyed the variety. The pulled pork street tacos were good, with the horseradish sauce as the star of the dish. The pretzel was good and once again the IPA mustard was the unique element which made it worth it.

Yelp
Talk about a ton of beers! A few months back I started following these guys on IG and they were posting some solid looking brews. One day a couple of friends and I decided to pay them a visit and I'm glad we did. Upon entering, you walk down a hallway, with the brewery on your right, which eventually leads out to the tasting room. Between my buddies and I, we sampled every beer that they had on tap that day, while playing some rousing games of shuffleboard. There wasn't one beer that I didn't enjoy; however, my 3 personal favorites for that day were their festbier, island in the sun (DIPA), and vanilla porter. The bartenders were also super cool and made us feel right at home. Although I did not order any food, it both smelled and looked amazing. I suppose there is always next time for that.

Yelp
This is our favorite stop when we bike from Philly to Valley Forge on the Susquehanna trail! We normally regret it just a little once we are ready to hit the road again, yet we still do it every time. I love getting the flights because I get to try a little bit of everything. Service can understandably be slow when it gets pretty busy in there, but I personally think the best time is when it is half full and I have enough table room to spread out and enjoy the respite!

Yelp
I was.... not really that impressed with this brewery. The pastry stout was dry and I didn't taste any of the hints they noted in their desorption. The strawberry seltzer tasted more like beer than a seltzer. The dunkel was probably the best beer but even then it was pretty low on the taste buds. The place was popping though and very crowded and they seemed to handle the crowd well! The parking situation was a little confusing. We weren't sure if we were or were not allowed to park in that lot down the street because the brewery's sign seems to indicate you can but signs in the lot don't indicate you can.

Yelp
Great beer! Best bartender! Tough crowds and a lot of folks were wildly demanding but the bartender stayed super cool and ran the ENTIRE room and bar like the absolute pro she is. We will come back for her since she's wonderful but hire more people so we can actually chat with her please!!

Yelp
Good beer in a location you expect, Conshohocken Brewing Company is lots of fun and at this point a town staple. I'm not sure when Conshohocken Brewing Company was first established, but it feels like they've been around forever. This is the original location right along the Schuylkill River Trail, which brews all of the beers and has a small indoor tasting area with first-come-first-serve tables and standing room only outside. The food list is average with handhelds, tacos, and apps (the location in Bridgeport has the full restaurant experience). Perpetually popular, you'll probably find it crowded with millennials during the obvious busy hours. The beer here is pretty good - I loved the fruit beers (Blueberry Berliner Weisse and the Blood Money Blood Orange) and the Island in the Sun DIPA, a well balanced IPA with generous hops balanced by fresh pineapple flavors (plus a portion of the proceeds benefit the Alzheimer's Association). In sum, come mostly for the beer and the hip microbrewery atmosphere and save your food dollars for the Bridgeport location. Definitely a must visit if you're in Conshy.

Yelp
A great stop for runners and bikers looking to grab a beer or snack on a nice day. The brewery is literally right off the sculykill trial (about 11 miles from boathouse row and about 5-6 from manayunk). It's also dog friendly if you happen to have your pup out with you. The place isn't huge and it can definitely get crowded or a little backed up on a nice day, so be prepared. There is a nice variety of beer but there is nothing too mindblowing, all the expected styles. I recommend ocams lager if you are looking for a nice thirst-quencher. The blueberry berliner weisse may sound good, but be warned its quite tart.
