We had Constellation Culinary handle the staffing and other catering equipment for our Wedding, and they did an amazing job! Gianna was very professional and great to work with, and was able to coordinate seamlessly with our wedding venue and caterer to figure out all that was needed. They also provided linens for our Wedding lunch, and tablecloths for our Wedding Welcome Party. All in all, it was a great experience - we would highly recommend Constellation Culinary for staffing/catering equipment!

I can't rave enough about Constellation Culinary recently hosting our wedding. Staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Several of our guests stated it was easily the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! Kathy was AMAZING to work with from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure it was memorable day for us- mission accomplished!

We got married at the Curtis Atrium, managed by Constellation Catering. Amy Weisgal and the team were all amazing to work with as we planned our wedding. The food at our event was excellent and everything by the Constellation team was executed perfectly. Highly recommend this venue or any other venues managed by Constellation!

I wish there were 10 stars to give Constellation Catering Group. I have used their services for the last 5 years - from our wedding, parties, and galas. Their service, attention detail, and FOOD is top notch. The chef and team will work with you to create the most delicious and creative menu. It’s very difficult to serve high quality meals for large groups and the fact that guests contact me after our events to rave about the food speaks volumes. Huge kudos to Constellation and their team for always delivering over and above - I will forever be a client and biggest fan!

Constellation catered and managed the event space for our 2021 wedding at the Curtis Atrium in Washington Square. Our dedicated venue planner, Amy Weisgal, was amazing and a huge help with every aspect of the wedding. The food was good and the service was good, especially considering the circumstances around covid at the time.

If your thinking of having an event at the NY Botanical Garden. Communication between the garden and the catering company is less then subpar, while you are paying a premium for hosting an event at an iconic location the catering company is not giving you half of what you are paying for. The catering company has no contingency plan for their workers should something happen.The company will instead try to trick you into postponing or cancelling, then inform you they will not subsidize the services. The Catering company will inform you that you have to reschedule in two weeks even if your contract says 90 days I honestly do not think they even read the contract, mind you, you are still responsible for all the vendors you already paid and if you booked on a peak day they will not accommodate you for the difference. The catering company is very unprofessional and unresponsive. Also be aware that if you cancel or postpone and one of your guest shows up to the venue they count it as services render, that is what we were told by their sales rep.

We recently (26th May 2019) had Constellation cater for your daughters wedding at Vizcaya museum in Miami. Coming from the UK the only similarity to having an event in England was the Language. However Constellation helped, guided, and advised us so well from beginning to end . The wedding was an incredible evening in every way and if we could have dreamed how we would want the event to go......that was it. Everyone loved it, we were all overwhelmed at what Constellation created for us and our guests. The food on the night was as good as at the food tasting, and that takes something when catering for so many guests. The effort and input that Tatiana in particular put in and ably delivered by the Constellation team was immense and fantastic to enjoy and experience. We were so happy to have chosen you and your company and it "shines" through how much you care for your clients, and how honest you are, which made it so much more relaxing to enjoy and made us feel very comfortable and confident in our choice. On the night you all worked above and beyond the call of duty . A really deeply heartfelt thank you to you all for everything that you provided to make Jade and Patrick's wedding so memorable, you were honestly a dream and a pleasure to work with and have by our side. Overpriced, ignorant, and racist. When initially in the contracting process, they made it known they were experts in South Asian foods as well as being comfortable with the cuisine...they were not. They noted how difficult it was to create a menu like this, which I agree - cultural food is not as easy as throwing some pigs in a blanket on a tray and passing around but please note your lack of experience from the jump instead of wasting both of our time and also withholding our money when we were rightfully owed a refund per your contract but had to go to hell and back to actually have our money returned. For their price point, I'd recommend any South Asian couples to look elsewhere as our unique culture is not only unrepresented by this caterer, our value is not respected.

My friend said they are absolutely amazing to work for BUT sometimes catering companies need bodies and they bring on the worst behaving individuals on the planet. I have witnessed my friend become visibly upset by the people they staff. I hear they are trying (my friend has full faith in them) but good lord, the behavior allowed onsite during a person's event or special day is scary as hell! And that's on a manager in my opinion! PS food is great, the good bartenders make great drinks, the bad peeps need to go immediately. Bar management is questionable. Outside of their bar issues the events are beautiful!
