Contessina Suites and Spa

Fantastic resort with amazing service! We stayed in the private pool suite….would highly recommend this room. So spacious and great to have your own pool, as the resort pool can get busy during the day. We especially loved the front office staff, nothing was ever a problem and they were so helpful. Very impressed that they genuinely wanted to know how they could improve anything about the resort. We loved that it was a more boutique resort and adults only. Perfect location to walk to lots of cafes, shops & beach. We will miss being there🥰

We had a fantastic week here. The breakfast buffet has everything you need and more. The coffee tasted great (we've been to Greece many times and this hotel has the best coffee we have ever had in Greece). The members of staff serving breakfast food and coffee are all very professional, service minded and friendly. The cleaning staff were all very kind and thorough as well. Maria, the friendly guest hostess, was very helpful as well as everyone working in the reception. Thanks again to Emilia for lovely tips on what to do during our stay. I forgot something in the room (after we checked out), and we were contacted by the reception. After discussing different options, the hotel driver brought the forgotten item to the airport. Very professional! We can strongly recommend this hotel, it is calm, clean, posh and perfect for a romantic getaway. Both of us appreciated it a lot and we are already talking about going back next year.

Highly recommend! Our stay was amazing – the food was delicious, the staff were wonderful, and the hotel was just perfect. Service All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. A special thanks to Miss Emilia, who made our stay truly memorable with her warmth and attention. Cleanliness Everything was spotless. Our room was cleaned daily, and the pool was kept in perfect condition – cleaned both in the morning and even at midnight. Hotel Atmosphere The hotel is small, which gave it a cozy, private feel – a peaceful place where you can really relax. Food The food was excellent. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and you could also order extra dishes from the menu. We took the half-board option, and it was a great decision – the dinner menu changed daily, and everything we tried was fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared.

Every single person we interacted with was so lovely and helpful, from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and cleaned multiple times daily. Lovely hotel for a luxury, quiet getaway for a couple. We’ll be back!

We had a great experience at Contessina Suites & Spa! Even before we arrived, the team (and especially the lovely Maria) were so responsive and helpful in organising transfers, a private boat tour for my partner’s birthday, and dinners throughout the vacation. They also suggested some of the hotel’s unique dinner evenings such as the Greek taverna night and lobster night - both of which were excellent and really good fun! The hotel’s restaurant Nobile is probably the best fine dining experience on the island and the wine pairings were really successful. They made my partner’s 30th birthday a really special one by upgrading us to the most gorgeous room with a private pool and remembering it on the day by sending a personalised note and a bottle of wine. Every member of the team is so friendly, caring and fun, so you feel truly at home. ||The hotel’s itself is extremely clean and the rooms are made up twice a day. The bed was very comfortable and having Chromecast in the room meant we could have movie nights in the evenings with no hassle.||Each guest can use the sauna and the private pool for free and we definitely benefited from that almost every day, which was so relaxing. We also had a couples massage (Cretan treatment) which was one of the best spa experiences I had - a must try! ||Overall, we had a dream of a vacation at this lovely hotel and are grateful to everyone who made it so special :) We will be back very soon hopefully !

The hotel is beautiful- the design is breathtaking and the greenery and plants makes the place seem so peaceful and tranquil. Breakfast is good as there are so many options for the buffet and if you don’t fancy any of that (which seems unbelievable!) you can order something from an ala carte menu. Because of the location, near to so many tavernas, we didn’t eat at the main restaurant so cannot comment on that however we did go to Nobile - a Michelin star restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel which was fantastic! This was expensive but worth it - we did a full review of Nobile on their tripadvisor page. |The pools, sun beds and loungers are very comfortable and the snack bar has some good options that can be ordered and delivered to your room or your sun beds! There were a few tiny inconsistencies like some days we got face towels and some days we didn’t, our toilet roll holder was faulty so the paper kept falling off, the wardrobe is too close to the bed so you cannot fully open the drawers etc but we didn’t feel that this greatly affected our stay - however I know some people expect perfection when paying for and staying in 5* accommodation. |The spa on site is a great facility. You can book a private session in the sauna, steam room and indoor pool which was fabulous, we also added on a full body massage which was pricey but again worth it for the full experience. |All staff were friendly and helpful and check in /out was quick and smooth. |It is an oasis in a busy area of Tsilivi and we feel very lucky to have been able to stay here.

Me and my girlfriend were massaged by Dimitra and Angela. It was very nice, they have been very friendly and gave us an absolute relaxed vibe. The Cretan Massage was very special and with Perfect intesivity which you can choose and also change also when you are into the Massage. Thank you, we would come back!

This place is absolutely amazing. Rooms are fantastic, pool is amazing, sun beds are very comfortable, staff are lovely. Special shoutout to Manos who was my masseuse in the Contessina Suites and Spa. Had one of the best massages I’ve ever had
