I told Frank that I needed to move, the area I desired to move to, my price range and within a day or two he provided me with over 100 listings in that area. There were 5 -6 that immediately caught my attention and I wanted to view them. So we scheduled showings for that Sunday afternoon. My realtor's name was Art. He was very patient , professional, and friendly. During the viewing of the third property, I knew I had found my new home. I told Art , "I want this townhouse." It was beautiful, cozy, matched the decor of my furniture, included all the amenities that I was looking for, , and in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Art and Frank immediately contacted the agent. The very next morning , I completed and submitted my application. The very next day I completed my background and credit checks and had the results within 10 minutes or less. The realtor for the property owner said everything looked good and they drafted up the lease terms and agreement. I viewed the property one more time and signed the lease. Today , I paid my deposit and I eagerly await my move-in date.
