Sure, you can find cheaper, more authentic Mexican restaurants, but not many in this area, so let's support this independent one. I had the birria burrito plate, which came with rice, beans, salsa, lettuce, and tomato. I added a small horchata to drink. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Ordered BUILD YOUR OWN BOWL & they put whatever they wanted on it. My husband had to go back with my screaming 3 month old and get the bowl we actually ordered. which the new made bowl is great! But made no sense they had all this other stuff on it. Pickled onions on the first bowl but got real fajitas on the new bowl which make no sense. The nice lady got the order correct but the cooks didn’t even care to read the order sheet just made whatever. We love supporting small businesses but it’s hard when common sense is not there for simple things.

Showed up on a Saturday morning near 1030 am, hours posted online said they open at 9 am. Parking lot was empty, go to the front door it's locked. As im turning to go in my car another car pulls up. An Asian couple gets out and I said "Sorry, they're closed" only to hear. "Sorry, were late, we're about to open." We left.

This was soooo good! Even with only a few people in the staff tonight my family was able to have a wonderful meal. The cook is new but made amazing birria and everything is freshly made. We were the only ones in at the time and the cook let us test more sauces and carnitas he was working on free of charge. The music is fun, the staff are charming, and the food is PHENOMENAL. I’ve been to a ton of authentic places and grew up eating the same dishes, and I was skeptical when I first walked in but it was all worth it. You certainly get what you pay for and then some.

This place is fantastic. A total "hole-in-the-wall" type feel for a place that markets as fast food. The birria tacos and really anything with the birria is phenomenal but the tacos are so dang good. The tortillas were crispy and the whole thing just melted in your mouth. If you live in the Broomfield/Westminster area I highly recommend this place if you want really good birria, and the california burrito is just *chefs kiss

Legit spot. Chips: homemade with the right amount of chili and salt seasoning. Salsa: fresh and tasty. Al pastor tacos: cooked and seasoned perfectly with fresh onions, pico de gallo, and a delicious 🥑 verde salsa; fresh corn tortillas. Real Mexican coke. Great service and hospitality. I’m going back.

The food was fresh and flavorful. Presentations was nice too! Friendly service and very welcoming atmosphere.

Ordered 5 different times now, great experience every time. Food tastes great. Birria meat has been the favorite so far. Really enjoy the variety of their menu too, such as offering boba teas at the moment. The tea was balanced really well between bitter and sweet

New restaurant at this side of town, they have fusion of Mexican menus to various options from pasta, pizza to bowl as well. There is something for everyone! Got us couple taco plate orders to-go. Birria tacos, beef tacos and an ordered a churro. Love our tacos very delicious, the Birria sauce was perfectly seasoned absolutely loves it. The churro, not so much will try different one next time. Oh btw they have drive through as well, great service and casual ambience.

The Birria tacos have absolutely no flavor on their own. The consomme that goes with the tacos was watered down. The decor and environment feels like a fast food joint but the prices are not. Service was fine.

We had quesabirra tacos and a birria quesadilla both were incredible! Our order came with consomme on the side that was super flavorful. The owner gave us a free sample of a virgin margarita. The chicken , steak, and al pastor are personal recipes of the owner! The only thing I would change is to make their salsa spicier! The service was fast and our food was hot. The decor was pleasant and the restaurant was very clean. We plan to come back very often.

We're visiting from California and decided to stop by here to grab something to eat. The birria tacos were delicious. Apparently, they won 1st place. The meat was tender and the tortilla had a nice crunch to it. I'm not much of a birria person, but this is the best birria I have ever tasted! We plan to come by tomorrow too. Delicious!

This place is addicting! It's the kind of food you'd only expect to find on Federal or in Aurora, so it's a blessing for me to have this place right across the street from my gym in Westminster. Without a second thought, I could easily throw back at least 30 Al Pastor tacos, and 10 birria tacos for dessert. Love this place a lot.

Must have Birria tacos! Heard the Pastor is good too. Real deal cooking with friendly service.

Drove by several times and decided to stop and give it a try. All I can say is WOW! Had the Birria tacos and empanadas. Sooo good! Best Birria I've ever had! Will be back soon!

Try the breakfast tacos! A nice alternative to a breakfast burrito and they are amazing. We have also had the brisket tacos (on corn tortillas, although you can also request flour tortillas or corn shells) and they were also delicious. Very warm and friendly service. We will be back soon!

Way over priced!! Food was mediocre. Don't try chips and salsa , it was like it was from 7-11. Ring bell to get help so no one is able to assist you. Restaurant was empty so I should of had a clue. One and done.

Last week, we visited Contigo Taqueria and had a wonderful meal. They offer a special dish called Birria, which is a specially seasoned Hispanic beef. We also enjoyed a chicken burrito smothered in their outstanding green chili. Great food that uses quality ingredients that you can taste The restaurant is cute, clean, and the service is excellent. The owner even stopped by to thank us for dining there. I highly recommend Contigo Taqueria!
