The Continental Gin is an incredible place for office space! The building, originally constructed in 1888, has been remodeled beautifully—blending historic charm with modern, stylish design. The atmosphere is creative and inspiring, with decor that makes a great impression on clients and visitors. Savannah, the leasing manager, is absolutely amazing—professional, responsive, and super friendly and helpful. Whether you need a dedicated office, a common desk, or just a meeting room to rent, this place has great options and is very well-managed. Highly recommend!

Love this building, it’s got amazing charm! It’s very well designed. The people and staff are great. A great place for a shared office. Certain areas have wonderful natural light. I feel like I’m in a San Francisco or NYC shared space. They use Vari auto standing desk. I took these pictures really fast so it doesn’t do the building justice. A quick walk to a lot of restaurants.

I visited the coffee shop here and enjoyed the decor and set up. This place is great for studying, a small gathering and/or meeting. The coffee is decent, but I may need to try other blends. I'd come back for another small meeting.

We came to try the Fiction Coffee location inside. This is an excellent place to get some work done. Not as vibey as a coffee shop but perfect for studying or work vibes. The coffee was ok - nothing spectacular. But it was nice to mix it up for a day.

I love coming to work at the Continental Gin Building. The entire vibe is amazing and I've always had a great experience. There is so much parking in the lot, it's makes coming to work easy and accessible. I also really love the coffee shop on the first floor. It's perfect for a quick pick me up in the morning or a great energy boost during the day. Continental Gin is also in a great location, it's not far from a lot restaurants to indulge in for lunch and social bars and meet up places to go to after work. I really enjoy the CG building, it makes my work experience a great one!
