We were in Paris for our anniversary and we went out for dinner at contraste! And what an exceptional gastronomic experience. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the interaction with the staff who were friendly and very knowledgeable. Each of the chefs creation were top ! What a great evening. Congratulations to the chef and the staff.

We had the multicourse tasting menu. The color, texture, taste, and presentation of each dish were well done. The mushroom dish reminded me of a Van Gogh painting. Service was attentive and friendly. The pace of the meal seemed just right. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for showcasing a tourist the French cuisine.

Service was okay, but we waited a long time to receive next glass or dish. No official wine pairing. Food was good in places and a challenge in others. Restaurant was unbearably hot - staff opened the door as we started our dessert. Not bad, but frustrating for the €200+ per person.

Great experience. No music, no nonsense. Just the sounds of cutleries and people talking about food! I tried the 4 course vegetarian menu but the starters, appetisers etc. made it like a 12 course dinner. Took us about 2 hours. The taste of some dishes could have been better but it was still an amazing experience.

Excellent experience! Younger staff and chef with some contemporary vibes. Chef came out to welcome us and served us a number of items not on the 5 course menu. My wife and I would certainly return on our next trip to Paris.

We had a great lunch here! Food, service, and ambience was very nice, we had the lunch menu and the flavours of all the dishes were very tasty! My husband especially liked the desserts, but every dish we had was delicious! Service was top notch, and the servers were all friendly.

A singularly incredible meal. I think we may have scared our server with our enthusiasm. We did the eight course menu with wine pairing. Each dish was visually stunning, thoughtful, and of course delicious. We will be back on our return to Paris.
