I moved back to Orlando from upstate NY in 2021 and did so much research on the best property management companies to work for in the area. ContraVest came up multiple times and I applied! Life had different plans for me at the time and I ended up at another company. However as fate would have it, my current property manager walked into my life and invited me to apply with ContraVest to be her assistant. ContraVest has been a top choice employer for me since 2021. I’m so proud to say that I am a ContraVest employee since May 2024. The systems and network they have in place are some of the very best I have experienced in my career. You have a network of experienced managers that you can reach out to for help. Your upper management teams are comprised of individuals with long term careers at ContraVest whom really have a lot of knowledge to offer. I’m very thankful to my amazing property manager for providing me with this opportunity. Contravest has been nothing short of amazing, from education opportunities to open communication within the company this property management shows how much it cares for not only their employees but for their residents as well. ContraVest welcomed me in 2012 as a brand new leasing agent. I have learned so much and appreciate them for all they do. ContraVest is truly the best property management in the greater Orlando area and beyond. The entire team from onsite professionals and upper management all offer the highest level of care. This is a company that is all about people, which is so hard to find. I am incredibly grateful to live, work, and play at a stunning Contravest property for the last 3 years.

Contravest is not suitable to obtain any care for there tenants. I reside in Charlotte NC (Addison eight50) and I have not had the best care with signing my lease. Ive had maybe one tenant consider things in a professional manner that wasn't a manger but a leasing agent that only has so much control. Ive had problems with noise complaints and spoke with a manger numerous of times pertaining the issue. Once I moved in I had tiles coming up from the floor, my door wouldn't shut completely and I've placed numerous of work orders to come fix these things specifically. Also within my bedroom the set up was meant for failure because of the the wiring within the walls with the electricians not doing the wiring properly. I couldn't use my tv or other outlets within my room unless my closet light was on and that allowed my light bill to be extremely high every month. Ive complained about that and no one took action to do anything about it after informing them numerous of times. Furthermore im in a position now that Im in the process of eviction over an insurance policy late fee and them not wanting to take my funds over 50 dollars! The management has no remorse for there tenants in life situations that can cause a lifetime of problems with applying for other properties. They are not considerate and has no sympathy for anyone that lease out there units. I advise to stay very far away from Contravest, the corporate isn't helpful ive tried reaching out to district mangers and higher individuals within the company and no response. Save yourself some time and find a better property before considering this one!

I have invested with Contravest and would do so again. Through years of hard work, they have established a well-respected and trusted company with a great culture. They build quality product and are committed to doing things the right way and with integrity. With Contravest, it's always "a great day to build apartments." Wishing them the best of luck!

I've been with ContraVest a little over a year and it is a great company to work for. I have met a lot of great people and enjoyed the Annual Meeting that I got to attend. It was so much fun.

Contravest is the managing partner on a beautiful development in Gateway area of Orlando. They are full integrated and take pride in having a long history of hard work and integrity. Many of the employees have been there for 20 years plus. Wouldn’t hesitate to invest in another Contravest development. 1st class all the way!
