ContraVest is truly the best property management in the greater Orlando area and beyond. The entire team from onsite professionals and upper management all offer the highest level of care. This is a company that is all about people, which is so hard to find. I am incredibly grateful to live, work, and play at a stunning Contravest property for the last 3 years.

Contravest is not suitable to obtain any care for there tenants. I reside in Charlotte NC (Addison eight50) and I have not had the best care with signing my lease. Ive had maybe one tenant consider things in a professional manner that wasn't a manger but a leasing agent that only has so much control. Ive had problems with noise complaints and spoke with a manger numerous of times pertaining the issue. Once I moved in I had tiles coming up from the floor, my door wouldn't shut completely and I've placed numerous of work orders to come fix these things specifically. Also within my bedroom the set up was meant for failure because of the the wiring within the walls with the electricians not doing the wiring properly. I couldn't use my tv or other outlets within my room unless my closet light was on and that allowed my light bill to be extremely high every month. Ive complained about that and no one took action to do anything about it after informing them numerous of times. Furthermore im in a position now that Im in the process of eviction over an insurance policy late fee and them not wanting to take my funds over 50 dollars! The management has no remorse for there tenants in life situations that can cause a lifetime of problems with applying for other properties. They are not considerate and has no sympathy for anyone that lease out there units. I advise to stay very far away from Contravest, the corporate isn't helpful ive tried reaching out to district mangers and higher individuals within the company and no response. Save yourself some time and find a better property before considering this one!

I have invested with Contravest and would do so again. Through years of hard work, they have established a well-respected and trusted company with a great culture. They build quality product and are committed to doing things the right way and with integrity. With Contravest, it's always "a great day to build apartments." Wishing them the best of luck!

Contravest is the managing partner on a beautiful development in Gateway area of Orlando. They are full integrated and take pride in having a long history of hard work and integrity. Many of the employees have been there for 20 years plus. Wouldn’t hesitate to invest in another Contravest development. 1st class all the way!

treats temp workers badly. Stacked 60+ cinder blocks on pallets by my self in 100 degree weather. Apparently the "supervisor" Jose was not happy with my performance despite the fact that this shouldn't have been a 1 man task in the first place, I still did it within half an hour. I took a brief break and the "supervisor" gets upset and says " I need this done today" and I explained that I'm doing the best I can, and he says "doing your best isn't good enough" , which i find incredibly rude and ungrateful. For one, there's absolutely no way the task could be done in the last 2 hours of the day by a single person. If they needed it done so urgently they should have had us start that task in the morning, not at the end of the day when there's literally 2 hours left, or simply put more people to the task instead of just me. Also, I didn't even meet Mr. Jose at first, the original person I met told us we could take a 10 min break every now and now and then because of the record breaking temperatures we experience daily. Of course Foreman's and so called "supervisors" wouldn't understand because they sit in an air conditioned trailer all day, and have not a clue what's going on but have no issue telling ppl what to do. I guess they expected me to kill my self for minimum wage. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and insensitive .

There hasn't been any power at one of your properties for the past two days. You've offered no support for residents or staff. It's Christmas Eve and it's estimated that we will be without power for two weeks.

Hello- I have been requesting to speak with a representative or supervisor of the Addison at Windermere. I have not been contacted. Please see the negative review for more information. As a response, your manager offered to terminate my lease instead of dealing with the issues. I can tell responsibility does not want to be taken however, I have maintained proof. It’s not a professional response but a defensive one.
