We enjoyed our stay. |The breakfast in the beautiful chapel was plentiful and delicious. There is a young waitress there that is super nice and attentive. |Our room (superior deluxe) was clean, with very tall ceilings and good closets. Housekeeping is very good.|The free parking is wonderful!! |The best part was walking out and literally being 5 minutes from the cathedral and restaurants.

- The property is beautiful as well as the staff, but the rooms need some improvements. |- The AC of our room was not able to cool down during the day. |- Cafe con Leche during breakfast was really of poor quality for the price charged as well as fried eggs, which are not fried to order, they seat there for a long time. |- Room cardboard cups in the bathroom and for coffee in a 4 stars hotel? I think they do not match!

We stayed two nights at the end of our Camino to "treat" ourselves after a long hike. This definitely was an upgrade. Well located, beautiful historic hotel- clean, with a great breakfast. We particularly liked the wonderful pool after a long Camino. The air conditioning was perfect and it was quiet, with room makeup each day. We were lucky to be there and didn't want to leave! While we booked through a package, looking at the public rate the price is reasonable- similar to a limited service hotel in the US but for full service amenities and very unique building

Great stay! The location, staff, and service are excellent. The room we had was much bigger compared to the average hotel in Spain. The bathroom was also spacious. We especially enjoyed the breakfast in the rectory. My wife said it reminded her of the room that the conclave was filmed. Our son and his wife enjoyed the pool. It's a beautiful property with so much history. The location is excellent and just a three minute walk from the main square. Make sure you visit the church.

Perfect location, good value . Pool & jacuzzi very welcomed after finishing our Comino walk . Lovely large gardens||However||There are no faculties to enjoy the large out door space i.e. no pool or areas with out door seating. Not sure if this is on purpose i.e. in keeping with hotel design, the Gardens are beautiful but it would be great to sit out side, relax and enjoy them||Breakfast at 22 euros to expensive.||Some of the staff had a poor attuited and were not friendly. Particularly in the small café/bar area. I went there twice on the evenings and felt a reluctance to serve me by the staff. On the second night I considered the waiter disappeared on purpose so he did not have to serve us any more. He then turned up 1/2 hour later, at closing time (11am) with the bill , we had not yet requested, wanting payment and wanting us to leave. Not great customer service

The most creepy hotel I ever stay in also the coolest hotel with so much to explore. It used to be an eighteenth-century convent. There still a lot of history in the hotel. The check in was quick and they inform us the two elevator go to two different flood. There a between floor, and where the breakfast is at. I also love that because of my disability, they actually have a really good shower chair in our room. If you have a chance to stay here, do it, do be scared of potential paranormal in this hotel. The pool is big and there is a hot tub. The breakfast is very delicious and the room is a but unsettling with a big Jesse statue watching you eat. The room we had was sufficient and since we finished Walk the Camino de Santiago, they lost a bottle of wine in our room. I would stay here again as there was so more of the hotel I do not see.

The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful in every way. Our visit was in February so the use of the spa & pool was such an added bonus, (probably because we had it to ourselves). Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room an amazing experience. Free parking. We found the hotel a bit austere in atmosphere, as if it was still a convent, but that was part of its charm for us.

A comfortable hotel in the heart of this beautiful city - with very attentive staff. Particularly of note were the housekeeping staff, who came immediately to help make my bed more comfortable (due to back problems) and service we received in the restaurant from Fran over Sunday lunch, whose English was excellent!
