Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I was really excited for the chicken sandwich and the wings... but they were both disappointing. They weren't bad, but they weren't good either. Didn't help that I burned my mouth taking my first bite, but in reality, the meal was lackluster at best. I'd probably give them one more chance - but with so many other options at the Tangram Mall - I would probably sample around other spots first. Just being honest. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes for your order as well.

I went on a Saturday and there was no line, so the service was super fast! I thought the sandwich was nice but I don't think the price is good. Service was fine.

2nd place trying this place. Was shocked by all the reviews. I thought the Chicken sandwich was good for the price. 10 dollars and you get a big chicken sandwich that actually fills you up. The thigh is pinkish, but technically ok to eat. Haven't got food poisoning yet. Sandwich tastes pretty good.

4.5 stars. Tangram Mall’s food court is slowly opening more stalls and options for dining. While visiting today, we saw that CooCooCachoo had finally opened. So glad that they opened a location here in Tangram’s food court. Currently, most of the food selections in Tangram are fancy sit-down restaurants so it’s nice to have other options. They are tucked in the back near the entrance of Hoi Polloi. I ordered the Make It CooCoo’s Way Combo A ($12.75), which consisted of a sandwich or wrap, fried and a drink. Since it was my first time trying them out, I ordered their signature Rock CooCoo chicken sandwich. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this sandwich. It’s honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve eaten in a long while. The chicken was juicy, tender, and perfectly fried. It wasn’t overly battered, and the coating retained its crispiness. The sandwich had a slice tomato, lettuce, and their signature sauce. I wished it had a bit more sauce (some kind of aioli) but other than that it was perfect and delicious. The fries were meh. I would recommend getting one of their dipping sauces to help elevate it. After I inhaled the chicken sandwich, I was seriously considering getting another. It was that good. Luckily, I restrained myself and got dessert instead at one of the other food stalls BUT I am already planning my next trip here so I can try more of their menu out.

Got the fried chicken sandwich and it was very good. Some others are complaining about wait time but if they are frying your chicken to order, it's well worth the wait to get freshly fried chicken. The sandwich was very well balanced and flavorful. Highly recommend and will be returning

Wish I saw the reviews before ordering.KFC is better and they don't charge you extra for BBQ sauce for your popcorn chicken.

ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 bites in i notice the inside of the meat is completely pink, after taking it back for a refund the staff inspected it under their ambient RED lighting and said "it's supposed to be like that because it's thigh meat" the actual taste was very mid, not risking salmonella for it

This is my first time writing a review. I sincerely hope everyone stays away from this store. The chicken drumstick I ordered tasted terrible. What's even more terrifying is staff service attitude. We stood in front of the cashier for a long time but no one asked. When our order was ready, we went to pick it up, but the cashier just pointed at the food without saying a word. This work attitude is disgusting.
