I went to Cook out several weeks back and when I got home and bit into my burger it was barely cooked. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I figured this was a one-time incident and went back this past week. Shame on me, because when I got home yet again burger very undercooked. I'm glad I decided to cut into it to check for doneness instead of trusting it and biting into it. I won't be back, this is unacceptable.

Went to cookout tonight and placed my order, when i received it the food was cold. Went back and stood at the window for 5 minutes for someone to come over and help me. When the young lady came around the corner eating her meal (which i assume was hot) she set it down promptly and asked what was wrong and i explained it was cold. She took the food back in with out any further info about 10 minutes later she comes to the window and hands me a bag but quickly pulls the receipt off of it. To my surprise its the same cold food. Well i learned my lesson Cookout will never receive another dollar from me.

Ordered seasoned fries and got cheese fries. Cashier was very short and unpleasant. If you dont like your job then don't work there. Management needs to hire better people or just plain new Management.

The young woman at the window, Jaysha, was the loveliest and most sincere employee. She smiled and gave me my Oreo milkshake and fries. To be honest, she's the sweetest staff I've ever seen there! :)

Possibly the worst fast food service experience I've ever had in my life. My cousin and I drove 9 hours straight from NYC back home and needed a bite to eat late at night around 11 PM. I checked the bag after ordering 5 quesidillas and I asked the girl if everything is in the bag because I saw 2 wrapped quesidillas and I assumed they were bundled together in foil. I went home and saw only 2 quesidillas....I took a pic of my receipt and food then drove back to ask for the rest of my food. They kept saying I needed my receipt and I showed them my picture of the receipt, she didnt even look at it and THREW THE BAG OF FOOD INTO MY HAND AND SLAMMMED THE WINDOW SHUT with a nasty look on her face. THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE THE CORRECT QUESIDILLAS I ORDERED THAT I PAID FOR WITH MY OWN MONEY. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE ID RATHER STARVE AND DIE

We stopped at the 70 business location in Clayton and I won't be going back. The guy mumbled into the microphone so low I couldn't hear him. He could not get the order right so a woman came on and after two more attempts we finally got the order made. We proceeded to the window. The guy in the window never said a word, just looked at me. I handed him my card. He took it, swiped it, handed it back and still never said a word. He handed me the drinks, still not a word just a blank "I hate my job" stare. Finally got the bag of food and it was missing food. I sat there waiting for him to open the window back up which he finally did (still not uttering a single word). I told him what we were missing and he closed the window. A woman then appeared and I told her what we were missing. She asked what we ordered. I gave up on trying to use words since no one there seemed to comprehend anything and I pulled the receipt off the bag and handed it to her. She asked again what I was missing (I had already told her and him three times). She comes back with the missing food and hands it to me without a word. I wouldn't go back there if the food was free.

AWESOME customer service, fast ,fresh and very well put together. The big double was great and I’m definitely going back to try more of their shakes HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered from this place via the drive-thru, food was tossed into bag as everything was opened and/or torn. Items were missing from my order, a burger and hot dog I got charged for but never received.
