The only thing that is keeping this place from getting 5 stars is the price of the cookies. $36 for 12 minute cookie sandwiches?! A bit ridiculous in my book, especially since they don't have a storefront and are run out of essentially a trailer. I think a lot of the money must go into the presentation and boxes because that was one of the nicest boxes that I've ever seen cookies packaged in.
Now, that being said, I find the products here both visually and culinarily pleasing. It's such a fun concept and they are completely adorable. My nieces both loved how they were their size and loved the flavors as well. For me (a large man) each cookie was about three small bites, if only to savor them and slow myself down from devouring the entire box in one sitting. The cookies are fluffy and seem more like cakes but that does not do any harm. My favorite flavors were the Turtle and Bourbon Buttercream, Toasted Coconut and Salted Caramel, and Chocolate and Chocolate Cherry, though the be honest, there was not a bad sandwich in the bunch! Definitely give Cookie Rich a try!
