Every time I’ve ever visited this location, the staff has been incredibly helpful. I don’t know how staffing works here, but they hire the most kindest nicest people. They are always in such a great mood and have a wonderful attitude. The cookies are to die for!! Definitely better than Crumbl cookie and any other cookie spot

I LOVE this location! The cookies are always the best and Miss Bonnie is awesome! Tried the banana pudding today and it is amazing!! You gotta go get these cookies!! Yum!!

Google
It's a cookie place, what more do you want!? Decent number of flavors and they taste pretty good. I got banana pudding, lemon pound cake, iced oatmeal, and white chip macadamia nut cookie. They all taste like their names so that's a big plus. Clean place and friendly staff. 👍🏽

Google
These cookies are gooey, soft, and absolutely delicious! I picked up a box from Cookie Society and went for some fun flavors: Red Velvet, Banana Pudding, Frosted Oatmeal, and Salted Caramel. They had the classics like Chocolate Chip and Brownie, but I wanted to try something different to share with friends later. We all sampled each one, and honestly, I can’t decide which was the best—they were ALL amazing! Highly recommend if you're craving something sweet!

Google
First time here on a Sunday afternoon, Great service, I asked for what I didn't know was a custom made cookie and the young gentleman behind the counter volunteered to make it, and the cashier also was very helpful with great conversation. My cookie was delicious! It was 2 sugar cookies with icing as filling, basically the oatmeal cream pie but just with sugar cookies.Try it next time you are there, just a warning it's super sweet but will definitely take care of that sweet tooth.

Google
These delicious cookies ( especially the croissant flavor and the french toast one) live rent free in my mind. Their taste is quite literally the same as the other pastries they're named after! I could not believe how incredible the croissant cookie was and how gooey and delicious the French Toast one was as well. I cannot wait to come back to Texas to try more of their excellent cookie flavors!!! I'm hoping they start shipping their cookies so I can have some back home as well!!!

Google
The guy working at the front was so nice and helpful. This is my first time here and he helped me feel very welcomed and explain that weekly. The cookies are changed out to different flavors. These were the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. And I worked as a baker before. I highly recommend them ♥️♥️

Google
Think Crumbl, but less sweet! Soft and flavorful, each cookie was so good. Pictured from top to bottom, left to right is: banana pudding, salted caramel, honey butter biscuit, and stuffed french toast. My favorite would have to be honey butter biscuit from this bunch, but they were all so good! I can’t wait to try croissant cookie and creme brûlée cookie next time. 🍪

Yelp
Hey!!! Did someone say, Cookie Society-Addison for dessert??? Lol...we did. After my first amazing dining experience at Anaya's Seafood. We (my family) decided that we wanted something sweet before calling it a night. Cookies from the Cookie Society-Addison is what we all agreed on. Once entering the doors. We saw the very little amount of cookies that were left for the night (before closing) I'm guessing. There were two people in front of me and just TWO CHOCOLATE BROWNIE COOKIES on the tray. I was thankful that the female only chose one. I knabbed the other one. My daughter wanted a brownie but they were all sold out. It was people coming in and out as if they were selling lottery tickets here. I'm glad since this is now a BOB business it's flourishing. I'll definitely return, hopefully for the summer they'll get a few umbrellas, tables, and chairs outside. Maybe there's not enough room for all my crazy ideas. A Cookie Lover can dream right? I'm sure my cookie is going to be delicious with my Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream and my warmed Chocolate Brownie Cookie. I'm already in Love in my heart, now once my cookie hits my mouth it'll be pleasurably tasty and delicious. I would've purchased more before my 10% discount expires but they didn't have a variety of options.

Yelp
WHOA. These cookies are SOMETHING ELSE! Very soft and gooey, I could eat their banana pudding cookie EVERY day and not grow tired of it. My coworker suggested we stop here to pick up some cookies for a work lunch and I had no idea what we were getting into. These cookies are leaps and bounds better than crumbl (shhhhh I know I shouldn't say their name!). But these are just very home baked taste in comparison. I do think you need to eat them the day you get them, the next day they are a little stale for me, but that's minor. Do yourself a favor and stop in!
google avatar

Yelp
I have never had a bad experience or cookie here. Stopped by on my way to Austin to get a dozen for a friend and we all ate them so quickly I didn't even think about taking a picture. I only wish some of the seasonal cookies were year round or could be special ordered. Pb&j and brown sugar pop tart are my personal favorites
google avatar

Yelp
Best cookies ever! Definitely started a cookie addiction while I was out in Dallas, but it is soo worth it from Cookie Society. I found them to be the right amt of sweetness and they have rotating monthyl flavours :) Service was efficient, just drop in, tell them which cookies you'd like and they'll get it to you.

Yelp
Wow, let's start with how good the cookies were Now to the review. I was looking forward to trying Cookie Society cookies for the first time. They are located in a shopping plaza and are easy to find. There's so much parking close by, and they also have two parking spots right in front of the door for customers and several parking spaces around. There was no line or waiting, which I was happy about; I got the last ( 5 chocolate chip cookies). It's very spacious inside. They have premade dough in one of the refrigerators, which you can purchase to bake at home. Friendly staff, and I was in and out. There is no picture of the cookie because I started to eat one before I left, rushing to beat that afternoon traffic

Yelp
First: customer service EXCELLENT Ok now for the rest...instantly when you walk in, there's the scent of freshly baked yumminess in the air. Perfect. I already knew it's about to be good. The options they have really makes it difficult to choose. We settled on the banana pudding and turtle cookies and an oatmeal cream pie. OMG! How are they crispy and soft at the same time?! Delicious!!! I ate them entirely way too fast. LOL

Yelp
The store is so beautiful and so inviting!! The staff was sooo nice and explained the concept and flavor releases to us. Be sure to tip!!

Yelp
My friend and I were in Addison heading back to our side of town, and she mentioned Cookie Society and how good they were, and did we want to stop! In a rush I said yes, and she scurred the car to the far right side of the road and pulled in!!! Walking into the bakery smelled sooooo good, it was just heavenly! You're greeted immediately by a case of a variety of cookies that were the size of my hand!!! Decorated beautifully! We took our time to go through and look through all the flavors before we decided on a 6pack to take back to the kiddos! We ended up with the classic Chocolate Chip, Chocolate & PB, Twix, Banana Pudding and a Brownie flavored one! All of them, and I mean all of them were absolutely delicious! They are the perfect texture where they have the perfect bite, not too soft, not to firm, just right!!! Certainly the next time I am in Dallas, will have to swing/scurrrrr through again!!!

Yelp
If you are a cookie lover, look no further! This location is definitely worth a try. Unique flavors and they all taste really tasty. The cookies are a bit pricey but they are big, not overly sweet, and super soft. It really tastes like the flavor you order.  Flavors I got: *Banana Pudding *Chocolate Chip *Brown Sugar *Salted Caramel *M&M Place is very clean. Staff is friendly. If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping by to try them out. Its totally worth the calories. My tastes buds were satisfied and glad I was able to stop by during my trip to Dallas. So worth it! 2 thumbs up from this Yelper! Tips: *Shared parking lot with other businesses. *No seating options - take out only.  *Credit card accepted. *They have multiple locations.

Yelp
Let's get into these cookies' when I say DELICIOUS I'm not dragging it at all. I waited to write this review cause I wanted to make sure this was the consistency each and every time . So after my third visit I had to write my review. Run , don't walk I highly recommend any flavor they are all good. My personal favorites are the two shown plus the snicker doodle in which I had already devoured. Buttery, Rich, Soft , flavorful melt in your mouth freshness they are freaking Amazing. Great ambience and great customer service if it's your first time they will give you a cookie to sample first ... then you are hooked!

Yelp
Always excited to try the monthly flavors and the last cookie I tried was the spooky peanut butter that was decorated with a Reese's cup as a spider. My absolute favorite cookie by far. The store is always clean and smells so sweet. I love the endless options so there's always something new to try. So far I've tried the classic chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal cream pie, spooky peanut butter, cannoli, cake batter and salted caramel. Let's not forget the cinnamon rolls that were sold one Sunday last month. Everything is amazing and I'd recommend to anyone.
google avatar

Amy W.

Yelp
Me say, forget that horribly misspelled overly-hyped cookie chain ending in "L"! (BOOO!) THIS is where cookie dreams come true. Me think flavors change monthly, so always something new for Cookie Monster to try! When Bonnie, the nice cashier, found out we never been here before, she insisted we try a regular chocolate chip--nom nom, very good start. Then, me and hubby ordered FOUR more cookies! Banana pudding, salted caramel, cannoli, and gooey butter cake. Me favorites? The cannoli and gooey butter cake--mmmmm, so gooey, so good! Me love supporting woman-owned business! Especially when they make DELICIOUS cookies. Mmmmmm... COOKIES!

Yelp
My friend SWEARS by these cookies. She is a cookie society loyalist! Lol. My favorite dessert is butter cake and she sent me a notification that they had butter cake cookies. I was just landing from a flight so I looked up the nearest location and booked it. I've been to the Addison location before and it was a pleasant experience. This time I got a little rattled/disappointed. When I arrived I asked the young gentleman behind the counter for 2 butter cake cookies and a cinnamon roll. He said that they were out and didn't know when they will have some more in. I asked were they out for the day or are some more being made and if so how long was the wait? He again said that they were out. I then asked if he could check to see how long it would take to make some more as I lived about 45 minutes away with traffic at that hour and it was the main reason I went. He went to ask and thankfully they had sheets of cookies already made in the back. I was able to get my order and leave. It was unfortunate that I had to prompt him so many times to get information but the cookies were pretty good. I didn't love the butter cake as it was very sweet and didn't like the "unfinished" portion in the middle. The good thing about these cookies is that they keep well and I ate them over the span of 3 days. The cinnamon roll cookie itself was my favorite out of the three, I could've done without the icing on top. The iced oatmeal is a classic. I do think they are better than Crumbl and Insomnia. A nice treat you can enjoy for days

Yelp
The staff is so friendly here, and the interior here is very cute and inviting. There isn't any seating here but you can stand around a table if you really want to eat it in store. I got the banana pudding and salted caramel cookie. I liked the flavor of the banana pudding which wasn't overpowering, and the chewy caramel inside the salted caramel cookie. Both these cookies were very sweet though, it was too sweet for me. I also tried warming them up, and it was a bad idea. I couldn't pick up my cookies after they were warmed because they were just falling apart like uncooked batter. The texture is chewy and soft when room temp but once heated up it starts to look undercooked and taste overbearingly sweet. I still want to return someday to taste the butter cake and cinnamon roll cookies since those were sold out when I came. Maybe I'll like those better. :)

Yelp
I am a cookie fan much like Cookie Monster, so I had to try this place once I heard the name. I went in and got a 2pk, 1 classic chocolate chip and 1 M&M cookie. The price was very fair compared to other places. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and helpful. I wish I remembered her name. Anyway, I hop in the car, find some shade, and proceed to devour the chocolate chip cookie. So good!!! And might I add they are even better after warming it up in the microwave. Very buttery and delicious! The M&M was my favorite :)
google avatar

Anthony B.

Yelp
Cookies were good. 7 out of a 10. TikTok really hyped this place up. Service was great. No place to sit down and enjoy these cookies though. Had to go back to the car to eat them.
google avatar

Brenda W.

Yelp
Delicious and fresh cookies made daily! I recommend the M&M cookie. It's a mix of chocolate chip and M&Ms I will be back to try some other flavors, including the limited time only flavors.
google avatar

Temika M.

Yelp
Definitely one of my favorite places to satisfy my sweet tooth! Always clean and staff is always friendly

Yelp
I placed an online order for two 12-packs of assorted cookies as a Thank You to a couple of local businesses that take really great care of us and our small business. I have never been in a Cookie Society store before and now I wish I had heard about them as soon as they opened. Service is amazing. Friendly, helpful & efficient. The cookies are enormous and delicious. Perfectly baked. The store is spotless with great displays and signage. SO impressed. The recipients of our Cookie Society cookie boxes were speechless. Precisely the reaction I expected when they opened the box. Thank you, Cookie Society. We'll be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Best cookies in town! Seriously they're goated in my book... They have a menu of classics (including chocolate chip, salted caramel, banana pudding) but also flavors of the month. This month we tried the lemon bar, and smores (20/10 btw). I hope they bring this cookie in as a regular flavor. The bakery is a grab and go concept, so no seating but they have a variety of drinks, cold brew coffee at one of the locations and take and bake frozen cookies which we'll have to try next time. The bakery is always clean and the workers are always friendly. I do hope one day they test expanding one of their locations into a Cafe concept.
google avatar

Alicia M.

Yelp
BEWARE OF HAIRS!!!!! Got these from an event and me and my boys had such a bad stomachache after eating half the cookie. I thought maybe it was all the sugar and butter we aren't used to eating. Tried to look the nutritional information up on the website and it didn't list anything and just said to contact for more information on ingredients. Tried eating another one a week later (because they are very tasty). I had the cookie in the wrapper breaking the edge off and pulled out a HAIR that was inside the cookie. I picked it up with a sticky because I want to send the entire box to the company so they can address this issue. Not recommending this business at all and I'm pretty grossed out. I can only imagine why everyone in my house has tummy aches from eating them now! Sad because we absolutely love cookies.
google avatar

Jackie S.

Yelp
Maybe it's just not my thing. They are very Crumbl like in that they are a bit underbaked. The Banana Pudding was the best but otherwise they lacked flavor. We tried one of everything including a brownie. Also, while the menu says 1 dozen is $42 there were 10'cent up charges for many of the flavors. Still better than $4.25 per cookie BUT overall didn't think it was worth the price. The store also needed some cleaning - dirty glass and counter tops. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are opening a 5th location so it might be your thing to try.
google avatar

Jon G.

Yelp
Still my favorite cookie spot in Dallas! It's always quick and I like how they change up the flavors every month. I stop here at like 2-3 times a month.

Vanessa H.

Yelp
They variety of cookies was so cool! For my first time going it was a great experience, especially since I am from out of state. The displays were pretty epic as well. Our service was good as well!
google avatar

Lois H.

Yelp
These are the new hottest cookies around! I never have loved the pumpkin spice flavor until I've tried these pumpkin spice latte cookies. They almost taste like a sweet potato pie even. The service is fast and the workers are always nice. I've also like the Twix cookie and it taste like a real Twix! Definitely will be trying different seasonal cookies.
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
Stopped in here this afternoon with my friend and Miss Bonnie took care of me. She was so sweet and wonderful. I really felt like she rolled out the red carpet for me. The cookies were beautiful and delish as usual. Really loved the frosted sugar cookie.
google avatar

Heather R.

Yelp
I tried these cookies after flying home with a 4 pack in my backpack. A few days later (and straight out the fridge) they are still delicious! The banana cream one would probably be amazing if popped in the air fryer and topped with vanilla ice cream, but we ate it too fast to try it for ourselves! I also really enjoyed the oatmeal cookie with the marshmallow fluff filling. I'm not a big marshmallow fan, but it worked surprisingly well with this cookie. Snickerdoodle was not my favorite, just standard snickerdoodle. Not bad, but the specialty cookies are where it's at!
google avatar

Candace M.

Yelp
I went to Cookie Society for a Yelp elite event but forgot to check in‍ but the peanut butter and jelly cookie is always worth the trip back because I could eat these forever. I love peanut butter cookies and the little hit of jam with it was divine. Apparently they aren't offered year round so if you see it, try it!
google avatar

Anthony B.

Yelp
Thank the lord- simply good cookies. I personally don't need cookies the size of hubcaps or have 4lbs of icing on them. They have fun flavors and so far, the ones I've tried all taste pretty damn good. They have seasonal flavors as well, so that gives you a reason to pay them another visit to try out the new stuff. The staff is friendly and they get through a large crowd pretty quickly. The store is nice, albeit small, so there isn't a ton of seating, but honestly, I buy them to take home and gorge in my own privacy so no one gets grossed out by my gluttony.
google avatar

Shubha S.

Yelp
Nice location in Addison, easily accessible. The cashier was friendly and answered all my quesions. It was a very hard decision as to which cookie or brownie to pick... I ended up getting the snicker doodle coockie and it was amazing! Soft, buttery and nicely flavored.

Joshua B.

Yelp
Overpriced. No better the a subway cookie tbh. Pretty decent sized cookie but taste is pretty average.
google avatar

Chastity W.

Yelp
I loved this place! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sweetest young lady. She showed me the cookie selection. I decided to go with the frosted sugar cookie and it did not disappoint! Very delicious cookie. Probably my favorite of all the chain cookie places now.
google avatar

Stacy W.

Yelp
Attended as part of the Yelp event. The store was clean and bright and the service was good. I forgot which cookie I ordered but it had a crust on the bottom and was almost like a pie? I enjoyed it and would order it again!
google avatar

Ray F.

Yelp
Cookies. BIG SWEET and DELICIOUS cookies! Sounds like Cookie Monster pitching the place. Seriously, this place has a great ambiance with big, good tasting cookies at center stage! Parking is easy once you find it. It took me a couple of tries to find it. Once in, the staff was very helpful! offering ideas and suggestions. I grabbed a box of 6, and all were really good soft cookies! My favorite was the chocolate chip.
google avatar

Stephen K.

Yelp
My favorite cookie store in the Dallas area. Friendly and helpful service. The young woman helping me had to stop a pushy food delivery guy from cutting in front of us while she was cashiering me and she handled the situation so gracefully - I was very impressed! Now to the sweet stuff: their chocolate chip has just the right balance of crispety crunchy outside and chewy moist inside. The brown butter adds a perfect amount of richness. The other 4 flavors I tried were all solid, especially the frosted oatmeal. Great texture on all their cookies and everything is pretty- shop, display and baked goods. Kinda glad I live a bit away or else this would become a bad habit haha!
google avatar

Princess W.

Yelp
**Yelp Elite Experience** I arrived at this location and was immediately greeted. My eyes popped open like a kid in a candy store. I didn't know which cookie to choose. After a few minutes, I decided on the seasonal Sweet Potato Pie and the Texas Toffee cookie! I tried to save the cookies until I arrived home, but ... the Texas Toffee was calling my name and OMG it was so freaking yummy! I tried to savor every single bite. This was truly the best cookie I have ever tasted to date. It was buttery, chewy, moist, and flavorful! Unfortunately, i didn't get to try the Sweet Potato because my significant other devoured it and he doesn't even like sweet potatoes!!! That is a true testament of how delicious their treats are. If you ever wondered, wonder no more--try Cookie Society today!
google avatar

Julian R.

Yelp
Had a get-together around closing time but the cookies were soft and the shop is pretty standard inside. It's cool for a quick snack or hangout, plus it's in the outlet. Lots of parking spaces too
google avatar

Yelp
I've been to Cookie Society in Addison several times, and let me tell you, each time my taste buds are having a party that even the neighbor's dog wanted an invite to! Upon entering the store, your greeted with the warm ambiance of fresh cookies baking. You know it's time to relax and let the aromas transport you to your happy place. This time I went with the basics: Snickerdoodle, Oatmeal Raisin, and Banana Pudding. These cookies are definitely rank in my top 3 best cookie shops in Dallas. Cookie Society's presentation is top-notch. Whether neatly stacked in their signature blue boxes or displayed in the case, each cookie is a visually delectable. The packaging ensures your cookies arrive in perfect condition, ready to be devoured. The customer service is fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about cookies! They are always willing to guide you through the menu to find the perfect cookie for your taste buds. If you love cookies, do yourself a favor and treat your taste buds to the delights offered by Cookie Society. It's a culinary experience you won't want to miss!

Yelp
Fast friendly establishment...I love cookies! my guest and I felt the cookies were extremely sweet which took away from the flavor...beautiful clean store. I won't be visiting again.
google avatar

Diana W.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of the....big C company. But this place is pretty amazing as well. Thinner cookies than C's but with a gooier inside. Eating these cookies won't make you feel AS sick. I also enjoyed all the seasonal flavors and the option of multiple flavors to choose from
google avatar

Shelli M.

Yelp
Oh wow! Who knew cookies could be so ooey gooey soft and chewy delisciousness! These folks did that is for sure! Upon entry I was completely overtaken, overjoyed and enveloped by the smell of hot, fresh, cinnamon rolls just coming out of the oven! OH MY GRACIOUS they smelled amazing. I opted for the basic chocolate chip cookie because IMO that is the tell tale sign of a good cookie if done right. They did not disappoint. I barely made it 10 minutes down the road before I finished it ALL! It was definitely worth the trip. I was not able to wait for the cinnamon rolls to cool and be iced but I will most definitely make a trip to try one of those soon! The store was clean, the girls working were super nice and helpful and there was a steady flow of customers in and out. The price is a little more than I would like but they do make a darn good cookie so why not splurge a little!
google avatar

Jackie B.

Yelp
Amazing cookies with so many different choices. The salted Carmel was great as was the cinnamon roll cookie and snickerdoodle. We bought 6 and gave 4 to family. Can't go wrong!
google avatar

Yelp
Better than Crumbl, Crumbl, Crumbl... Better than Crumbl, Crumbl, Crumbl... Yes it's better than Cruuummmmbs,.. but not my Mommms.... (sing it with me, yall).
google avatar

Keesha D.

Yelp
So glad I found this place! I live out of state but wanted a Dallas gem. I found it. My favorite was the croissant cookie. I hate I only got one! The snickerdoodle, double chocolate, French toast were also really good. Although I'm not sure what was in the middle of the French toast one. Something wet. Normally I'm a chocolate chip girl but this one was just ok. The place was clean and cute and the service was great! I'll be back!
google avatar

TB T.

Yelp
Surprised my wife for her birthday. She had them one other time when someone brought them to her work. The kids and I had never had them before. They were outstanding. You gotta try them. We'll be back. We live 30 minutes away. So next time we're close I'm going back for seconds!
google avatar

Cory H.

Yelp
This place has the best cookies If you are dieting or trying to avoid sweets, you should stay away. I am so glad I do not live close by because I would be coming here every week. They keep a few constant flavors, but each month add 4 new flavors to the menu. They also have some delicious brownies too. Do yourself a favor and try this place out, I am sure you will not regret it.
google avatar

Kelly L.

Yelp
stopped by on the way home from work and picked up a 4 pack for bachelorette night. I got the banana pudding, oatmeal, chocolate chip, and PB&J. they were all SO GOOD. my favorite was the banana pudding and PB&J. I couldn't stop nibbling away at them. I would definitely come back and recommend cookie society to my friends. the staff was so friendly and helpful with their recommendations.

Gabrielle A.

Yelp
Devilish. So addicting I wanted to stop but ate the whole thing. Will be recommending!
