Ordered the mini strawberry and maple pecan in a cone. It was around $9 for both. Additional seating immediately outside of the business.

Friends swore by it so we gave it a try. I couldn’t decide between the Cow Pattie and the Salted Caramel so the guy let me get a bit of both. Omg… so friggin good! I’d be in trouble if I lived near here!

A cute little gem tucked in Kemah. The ice cream was delicious. My favorite was the blackberry jam & goat cheese and my husband loved the root beer float. Highly recommend

Love grabbing ice cream here and eating in the courtyard or strolling the boardwalk. They always have amazing flavors that are hard to choose from! never had something I didn't love, especially since they let you sample. There's a loyalty program too, great local business to support!

Great place! Friendly and helpful staff and delicious ice cream! They have some great flavors that they rotate out. It’s also in a great spot right around a beautiful courtyard. We had a great experience, 10/10 would recommend!

Cute little hidden ice cream spot in Kemah. Didn’t have too many flavors to choose from but the ones we did choose were delicious. They have unique flavor options too, for example my wife got Honey Crunch and my son got Strawberry Pop Tart. For one shake, one waffle cone (with two scoops) and one small cup (with two scoops) the total came out to $17.95. FYI the small cup seems really small, but it fits the perfect amount with two scoops. Not too much, not too little. So don’t be intimidated by the cup sizes! There was a pretty good waiting line and while we sat we noticed the line continuously going, so all though hidden it seems a pretty popular spot. Adequate seating outside the shop too.

Small creamery in the heart of the Kemah. Staff was friendly, ice cream even better. We tried a wide array of flavors along with a strawberry malt. 🍓 highly recommend if you're in the mood for something sweet and cold.

We came right when they opened on Tuesday. No wait and service was quick! The shop is super cute, about 5 little tables for two for seating. We got these flavors: Strawberry Tres Leches Circus Animal Carrot Cake Bedrock Blast WOW. will definitely be coming back again when we come back to Kemah!! This is probably the best ice cream i've ever had... could not pick a favorite out of the 5 flavors we tried. Handcrafted ice cream FOR SURE. Would give this place 6 stars if I could - the flavors here are insane..!!!! Definitely a unique ice cream shop!! They change flavors daily, get on their instagram or call the shop to get the flavors!!

Ice cream was so good that I am writing a review fresh after finishing my ice cream!!! Lol. The sundae is an amazing deal, you can choose your own flavors and you get 3 flavors for $12 where the small scoops are around $5 each. The wait staff is so chill and cool and I love the sunglasses part of their uniform haha The caramel crack cookie is delicious and they include larrrggeeee chunks of toffee and caramel, their Oreo is so delicious and I can tell they use real Oreos!! So creamy and decadent. I even like strawberry and I'm not a big strawberry ice cream person, but this strawberry ice cream is perfect! Love the chill vibes too and the joke board. Must visit in Clearlake :)

Why 4 stars? Because they were not shy with the portions! --- --- --- I bookmarked Cool Cow years ago and finally had the opportunity to visit after eating lunch nearby. I saw on their website a list of like 100+ flavors, but assumed they only had a fraction of those actually available in the store. My assumption was correct, as there were about 10-12 flavors available. I was hoping for some that were not in the case, but I was definitely intrigued by the Christmas Tree Cake and couldn't resist throwing a scoop of that on a cone. And then to counteract something a bit crazier, I added a scoop of ol' reliable coconut. I really liked both of them. I'd stop short of saying I loved either, but I'm a sucker for ice cream and am never mad when I can sit down with a couple of massive scoops while my son makes a huge mess of his face attempting to eat his own. That's what happened at Cool Cow and I'm glad I was finally able to visit.

The staff here is super chill and amazing. They have some of the best ice cream I've had in years and collab with the astronauts. Based ice cream. A must visit if you're in Kemah.

My family and I decided to try Cool Cow Creamery for a cold sweet treat after dinner. When we drove up and parked there was a sign showing us where to go. It was busy inside. It was clean and bright with a few places to sit. The employees were friendly. They asked if we wanted to try anything and would let us sample if we wanted. My husband and I shared a small scoop of vanilla ice cream with a scoop of strawberry sherbet on top. It was cold, soft, and delicious.

Awesome people! Their truck has the coolest vibes! Very cool vanilla 10/10 smooth, creamy just perfect! Summer strawberry 10/10 not overly sweet. Perfect balance btw vanilla and strawberry.

This is hands down the most amazing ice cream I've ever had! Better than Blue Bell! They have skateboard ice cream flights. New flavors every single day. You can clearly taste that this ice cream is homemade.

This little ice cream shop is popular and for good reason! The staff are beyond friendly, there is plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, and the flavors are amazing! They often have flavors that are offered for a limited time so go by often and check them out. This place does not disappoint.

Very unique flavors that taste delicious and airy. The service was very friendly and cordial. The AC appears to not be fully working because there are big fans across the location. While the temperature in the place was not too bad, the moisture is likely causing the waffle cones to not taste as fresh. I would definitely be back if I'm in the area as the actual ice creams are great. Flavors ordered included the Texas cornbread cookies and honey buttercream, fudge malted milk and cookies and cool cow chocolate and German chocolate cake. All delicious!

We hired Cool Cow Creamery for two events last week. Both were a huge hit! The ice cream is to die for and they have temperature-changing spoons (super cool). They were a pleasure to work with and you should definitely hire them for your event. The truck was like the Pied Piper for kiddos. It was adorable. Amazing service and unbelievable food. I couldn't recommend them more.

Small ice cream shop tucked away in this outdoor shopping center by Kemah Boardwalk. Very small place so it's best to order and enjoy your ice cream outside by the luscious garden area that's part of the mall. Amazing selection of flavors and best of all, the flavors are seasonally rotated. Service was super friendly. They also have a very cute skateboard samplers which I didn't get, but will try on the next visit.

Man listen... when I tell you this ice cream is crazy good I'm not exaggerating. First off the customer service is top notch. Talk about family friendly oriented. Extremely clean establishment. Plenty of samples to go around, decent scoops of ice cream so you don't feel slighted. The flavors change weekly and the ice cream is hand crafted. Can't wait to come back for more. You won't be disappointed here, I can guarantee you that much.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for this place! The icecream was delicious and the service was incredible! We completely over ate and enjoyed every bite. We got the brownie sundae, cinnamon milkshake and the surfboard sampler. Oh, and a couple pup cups - you know for the puppies. If you like ice cream then you should come here and treat yourself!

Absolutely outstanding! Everything about this ice cream store is fabulous. The staff is beyond nice and their ice cream is so refreshing and delicious. They have flavors I have never tasted before and a wide variety of toppings. This was exactly what I want when I go to an ice cream shop. Definitely worth checking out if you want a refreshing treat or just generally want ice cream. 100% would recommend!

Awesome local ice cream parlor! My boyfriend and I were feeling a sweet treat (and how could you not with the Houston humidity!), and wanted something local. Cool Cow Creamery totally delivered. Fun unique flavors, friendly staff that didn't mind a few samples, and generous scoops! You can tell that this is a fun place. They were making the experience fun for kids in front of us and overall it just brought back a lot of really good memories from going to ice cream places all summer long growing up. (Now tell me the last time an ice cream shop did that for you!?) The strawberry is from heaven and that honeycomb flavor was INSANE. (If you love honey anything you must go try that ice cream.) The carrot cake flavor was also really really really good. Tempted to go back tonight! Thanks CCC!

Great ice cream, fantastic male employee but the manager or whoever was yelling at him and then talks to my 4 yr old telling her to calm down because a drink was spilled. She was so rude and shouldn't address children at all. Was disgusted by her behavior.

Ice cream here is amazingly delicious! We went to Kemah in winter break, while searching for a local ice cream shop, CCC stood out with it's amazing 5star reviews and glad we checked this place out! Service is great, person behind the counter was warm, welcoming and friendly. Prices are very reasonable too! Me n my kid tried few samples, all the flavors were so good, it's hard to pick two. I picked two Java latte and blackberry jam cheesecake, I m not a fan of cheesecake cake flavored ice cream and I don't even try the samples, but I was told it's there popular flavor, so I took a sample, OMG! It was just perfectly balanced flavors, not too sweet, nothing overwhelming, I loved it. Java Latte, coffee and ice cream are my two favorites and Java latte was just perfect in every was, I could taste the coffee, it was creamy and again not overly sweet, just the way I like it. My kid picked summer strawberry and texas paralines pecans, Summer strawberry was refreshing and full of natural flavors. Texas paralines pecans was bit sweet for me, but my kid loved both his favorite. Definitely check this place out, you won't regret it!

The store front is cute, and it's lovely to eat in the shady outdoors when it isn't 100°! The kids (it's always kids) are hard working and friendly. The clever flavors can sometimes sell out very quickly, so run don't walk if you see something special on social media!

The red velvet cake ice cream was delicious. The ice cream had soft cake distributed throughout. Usually the cake crumbles are a little stiff once they're mixed in, but this one wasn't. The chocolate ice cream tasted like Dutch chocolate ice cream. Usually I like my chocolate ice cream very fudgey and dark, but this was a good chocolate fix. The brownie had a good fudgey flavor and texture. The chocolate frosting was sweet. It's a large portion for $3.

Quite simply... the best. Flavor, texture, pricing, staff... love this place. They've catered a few events where I've had the privilege of ordering directly from their ice cream truck. So cool. No pun intended.

Helpful young lady was new but made me a happy customer, I hoped to try the blackberry and goat cheese flavor but they didn't have any set out.

So I returned - this time I made sure to call / message beforehand to make sure they had the flavor I wanted ( I noticed this seemed to be common since the 20 mins we were there i heard them answer the phone and go over available flavors ) Also originally I rated 4 stars bc I thought selection seemed meek but I learned they have revolving flavors & since everything is made in house that makes more sense . I sampled some flavors while in today also : oatmeal raisin and summer strawberry . Both amazing !!! Ended up leaving with a quart of Vietnamese iced coffee too . Will definitely be our new go to ice cream shop . SUPPORT LOCAL !

I may have already given this place a review. If not, here it is. The ice cream is made by them, and it changes every time you go in. The very best was a blueberry pie ice cream that we keep going back in hopes of finding a second time. The people that work there are very friendly and they always offer a sample taste if you don't know quite what you want. The store itself is small and tucked away, so you have to park out on the street near the Kemah docks area and follow the sign back into a little courtyard. Get the ice cream and sit in a pagoda in the courtyard to enjoy it!

Friendly staff and great service. Seating inside and outside. My favorite is they offer coke/root beer floats. Reminds me of growing up and being a kid. Their icecream was great as well. Got the chocolate brownie. Just the right amount of fudge and brownie. Not too rich. Ice cream waffle cone was not too sweet. Overall a great little place.

Absolutely delicious!! This place came highly recommended to us by some friends and the area and it did not disappoint! The ice cream looks just as delicious as it tastes which is why I ended up without any photos. I had the honey crackalicious along with about 4 other people in our group and let me tell you, it was amazing! Such a fun flavor and texture for ice cream. Some of the other people in our group got Death by Chocolate Brownie and Peanut Butter Pandemonium. Everyone LOVED their choices and we can't wait to go back again soon. The staff was so helpful and were happy to let us sample whatever we wanted. The skate board flight is a great idea and my topping crazed kids were delighted that some of the toppings were generously complimentary! Don't forget to stop by this place, it's worth every delicious calorie!

Best ice cream in South Houston (that I've tried). The help is always fun and they rotate flavors (they stock eight at a time). Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry are always in-stock. Waffle cone is a must

Best ice cream in the area. I had a fantastic Belgian dark chocolate, hubby took the two peanut butter concoctions and daughter was delighted with chocolate birthday cake. Naturally toppers are available to further customize your treat. Love the skateboard flight! 12 flavors! Service always delightful. P.S. NASA is nearby and I know some astronauts who really like this ice cream

Cool Cow Creamery is obviously where all the cool kids get ice cream, I should have came here sooner! Tucked away in this Kemah shopping center, this is probably the best little hidden gem in the area. Walking in, you're immediately hit with that sweet cream smell that every good ice cream parlor has. It's a small shop, but has a very happy, friendly vibe. We couldn't resist from sampling a couple flavors, but ultimately ended up getting all 12 flavors of the day on their skateboard ice cream flight ($12). Lined with 12 mini cones, one of each flavor, this was plenty of ice cream to share between 3 friends. Each flavor you could tell was homemade in house, and had this comforting flavor that made you want more. The quality of their ingredients really shines through. Our favorite flavors ended up being banana pudding, carrot cake, vanilla, java latte, and cookie dough, but everything was delicious. The mini sugar cones just completed the whole experience, and the best bite was always the last bite of the bottom of the ice cream soaked cone. We will DEFINITELY come back again soon!

My first time there and the worker was enthusiastic serving my friend and I. We showed up 30 minutes before closing and he was still genuinely serving us. He had sampled almost everything they had that night and we enjoyed it so much we got the skateboard platter of all the flavors we liked. My favorite that night was the Summer Strawberry. It was so fresh and the strawberry taste was so good. My favorite ice cream spot near home. Will be back!

If you want the best ice cream in Kemah, go here! The butterscotch flavor was chef's kiss! My boyfriend, got the Espresso Chip, which was so yum! Perfect for date nights, kids and people of all ages! Must go!

My husband is addicted to this place... addicted. I'm not a crazy ice cream fan or else I'm sure I would be too. I do like monkey bread though and this place can't be beat in that department. I'd bet money on that. Their monkey bread is sinful! Lol. Super friendly staff too.

This place makes amazing quality ice cream, and love the huge list of creative flavors that they rotate through, never been disappointed. I also greatly appreciate that they offer at least one dairy free option to accommodate the dairy allergy that most of my family members have. It would be nice to see more dairy free options, but the staff is always friendly, courteous, and the location and ambiance is great. I'm glad to have found a great local business to support. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend the vietnamese coffee flavor. You can actually taste the coffee flavor and not too sweet for me.

Handcrafted gourmet ice cream. Need I say more? No but I will. Delectable treat for a date or family outing. Flavors change daily. Owner is amazing. Supports his neighbors and is a delight to know. Get some shopping done 3rd Saturday of the month in Toucan Alley on Bradford at 6th then treat yourself to a cone or a flight of flavors!

The ice cream is fantastic, and the service is even better. I appreciate they washed the spoon when I mentioned I had an allergy when asking about flavors, especially since my allergy is my problem, not the rest of the world's. And the spoons change color when they get cold, we kept them.
